No full textThis study will discuss the challenges to implement a hybrid system, solar Photovoltaic and LPG fuel to offset the constraints on the intermittent energy, reducing GreenHouse Gases (GHG) emissions and power consume costs. Using SOLARGIS the solar software and a matrix to calculate the consumptions of LPG, the results of this study was that using de hybrid system the results obtained were that with the implementation of the hybrid system, it saves 15% of the lifting cost compared to the current diesel generation scenario.En este estudio, se realizaron simulaciones mediante el software SOLARGIS, para determinar la radiación del Clúster en mención, y modelar la cantidad de paneles necesarios para abastecer la demanda energética. De igual forma, se estudiaron las rutas de GLP, para dar el completo funcionamiento al sistema. De lo anterior, los resultados que se obtuvieron fueron que con la implementación del sistema híbrido se obtiene un ahorro del 15% en el costo de levantamiento comparado contra el escenario actual de generación por diésel

Development of an alternative product using cooking oils treated by the Greeenfuel Colombian enterprise
No full textThe work of degree that develops next in developing an alternative of product already be wax for floors, industrial soap or epoxidized oil; from the used cooking oil (ACUs) treated by the Greenfuel Colombia company in order to expand the market, obtain environmentally friendly products and be a profitable product. The company Greenfuel Colombia, is responsible for the collection and treatment of used and expired oils and fats in order to remove in greater proportion the impurities that are obtained during the cooking and frying process. Initially a characterization of the used cooking oil treated by the company was carried out to evaluate the conditions and the physical and chemical properties in which the raw material is found, the tests that were performed were density, refractive index, iodine index, index of peroxides, saponification index, acidity index, acidity, moisture content and volatile compounds and finally insoluble impurity content. In accordance with the established trials, an experimental development was carried out since the results obtained met the requirements for the preparation of the three selected products which are waxes for furniture and laminate floors, industrial soaps and epoxidized oil. After the development of each product, quality tests were carried out to identify if the product is within the parameters at the industrial level for commercialization.El trabajo de grado que se desenvuelve a continuación en desarrollar una alternativa de producto ya sea cera para pisos, jabón industrial o aceite epoxidado; a partir del aceite de cocina usado (ACUs) tratado por la empresa Greenfuel Colombia con el fin de ampliar el mercado, obtener productos amigables con el medio ambiente y ser un producto rentable. La empresa Greenfuel Colombia, se encarga de la recolección y tratamiento de los aceites y grasas usadas o vencidas con el fin de retirar en mayor proporción las impurezas que se obtienen durante el proceso de cocción y fritura. Inicialmente se realizó una caracterización del aceite de cocina usado tratado por la empresa para evaluar las condiciones y las propiedades físicas y químicas en las que se encuentra la materia prima, las pruebas que se realizaron fueron densidad, índice de refracción, índice de yodo, índice de peróxidos, índice de saponificación, índice de acidez, acidez, contenido de humedad y compuestos volátiles y por último contenido de impurezas insolubles. De acuerdo con los ensayos establecidos se realizó un desarrollo experimental ya que los resultados obtenidos cumplían con los requerimientos para la elaboración de los tres productos seleccionados los cuales son ceras para muebles y pisos laminados, jabones industriales y aceite epoxidado. Posterior al desarrollo de cada producto se realizaron pruebas de calidad para identificar si el producto se encuentra dentro de los parámetros a nivel industrial para comercialización.GreenFuel Colombi
Technical-financial evaluation of the hydraulic refracturing of wells in the Castilla Field in the Llanos Orientales basin
No full textThe main objective of this Project was evaluate the technical and financial viability of the hydraulic refracturing in the Castilla field. This was developed through a series of simulations in 5 wells at the field. For the development of the work they were used the software’s of Excel, Wellflo and FracPro, with which they were estimated various parameters. The first group of parameters correspond to the base designs that were proposed according to the statistical analysis. The second was the estimation of the production of the different refracturing wells through a nodal analysis that take as starting point the test of bottom hole pressure and the rate of fluid, in which the skin damage was adjusted to the test point. The last group of parameters were calculated with FracPro and belong to the refracture models.With the implementation of this technique (with the base designs), we estimate to obtain an oil incremental of at least 50%, taking into account the theorical considerations of the refracturing design that includes a FCD of 1.El objetivo principal del presente trabajo fue evaluar la viabilidad técnica y financiera del refracturamiento hidráulico en el Campo Castilla. Esto se realizó mediante una serie de simulaciones en 5 pozos del Campo. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se utilizaron los Softwares Excel, Welfflo y Fracpro, con los cuales se estimaron diversos parámetros. El primer grupo de parámetros corresponde a los diseños base, que son planteados a partir de un análisis estadístico. El segundo fue la estimación de producción de los pozos al refracturarlos mediante un análisis nodal que toma como base un punto de prueba al que se le ajusta el daño de formación actual; con base en este ajuste se plantean dos escenarios de refractura. El último grupo de parámetros se calculó con el software FracPro y corresponde a los del modelamiento de refractura. Al implementar esta técnica con los diseños base se estima obtener un ganancial de crudo significativo de al menos 50% teniendo en cuenta las consideraciones teóricas del diseño de la refractura que incluye una relación de conductividades de uno

The doping control test laboratories in the world are in charge of carrying out the controls for the detection of prohibited substances in athletes, by means of analysis of the collected biological samples. Given the importance of these analyzes, the laboratory requires accreditation by the regulatory entities of the control test laboratories to doping WADA and ONAC, in order to guarantee technical competence and validity in the results.En este trabajo se presentan orientaciones prácticas para la transición y actualización del sistema de gestión de la calidad de la norma ISO/IEC 17025:2005 hacia la norma ISO/IEC 17025:2017, en un laboratorio de ensayo de control al dopaje. Proposal for an alternative for the use of sludge generated in the drinking water treatment plant in the municipality of Subachoque
No full textInitially, a diagnosis of sludge production in the plant was made, comparing different methodologies, it was determined that around 26.78 kg / d of dry mud are generated, which was sent to characterize an external laboratory at the Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute , reporting satisfactory results to classify the sludge according to Decree 1287 of 2014 in category A, being a non-hazardous waste; After characterization, the alternatives described in that decree for that category were evaluated, through a selection matrix and using the Pugh methodology, two alternatives were evaluated, which were crop input and soil improvement and recovery of aluminum coagulant. The alternatives were developed using experiment designs, which in both cases generated appropriate results, where the mud could be used according to its characteristics. In order to take advantage of the greater amount of waste, the two alternatives were compared and it was decided to carry out the technical specifications in crop input and soil improvement, given that Subachoque is characterized as a municipality of agricultural and livestock production, so that said alternative generates a common benefit between the population and the company.Inicialmente se realizó un diagnóstico de la producción de lodos en la planta, comparando diferentes metodologías, se pudo determinar que se generan alrededor de 26.78 kg/d de lodo seco, el cual fue enviado a caracterizar a un laboratorio externo en el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, reportando resultados satisfactorios para clasificar el lodo de acuerdo al Decreto 1287 de 2014 en la categoría A, siendo un residuo no peligroso; luego de la caracterización se evaluaron las alternativas descritas en dicho decreto para esa categoría, por medio de una matriz de selección y haciendo uso de la metodología Pugh se determinaron dos alternativas a evaluar, las cuales fueron insumo de cultivo y mejoramiento de suelo y recuperación de coagulante de aluminio. Las alternativas fueron desarrolladas haciendo uso de diseños de experimentos, que en ambos casos generaron resultados apropiados, en donde el lodo pudo ser aprovechado de acuerdo a sus características. Buscando aprovechar la mayor cantidad de residuo, se compararon las dos alternativas y se decidió realizar las especificaciones técnicas en insumo de cultivo y mejoramiento de suelo, dado que Subachoque se caracteriza por ser un municipio de producción agrícola y ganadera, de manera que dicha alternativa genera un beneficio común entre la población y la empresa.Aguas y Aseo de Subachoqu
Corporate social responsibility in Colombian SMEs of the manufacture sector and its contribution to competitiveness
No full textThe aim of the present work is so exploring the development degree of actions considered socially responsible, by describing and comparing the commitment present in Colombian SMEs through CSR policies incorporation in their management to improve their competitiveness, noting that their indicators for diagnosis have already been established. The results show that Institutionalized and improving practices (first stadium) are increasing as enterprises grow in size, starting from 0% to 4,87% upon obtaining 21,95%. A similar result was obtained for practices that are being executed and progress checked (second stadium), where the increment going from a micro-enterprise to a small business and from a small to a big enterprise corresponds to 26%. A contradicting result appears for the three remaining stadia: Being planned and resource-assigned (third stadium); Not developed, but worth the consideration (fourth stadium); and non-applicable in the enterprise (fifth stadium). It has been found that as enterprise size increases, the amount of practices in these sections diminish, and the reason for this behavior is specifically due to enterprise’s impact (positive or negative) towards their internal and external environments.El propósito de este trabajo es explorar el grado de desarrollo de las practicas que se consideran socialmente responsables, describiendo y comparando el compromiso de las empresas PYMES colombianas al estar incorporando en su gestión la RSE para mejorar su competitividad, teniendo en cuenta que, ya se han venido estableciendo indicadores para el diagnóstico. Como resultados se obtuvo que, para las practicas que se encuentran institucionalizadas y en mejoramiento (Primer estadio), van aumentando a medida que las empresas crecen en tamaño, empezando desde 0% a 4,87% hasta obtener un 21,95%, lo mismo ocurre, en las practicas que están en ejecución y se verifican avances (Segundo estadio), donde el incremento desde la microempresa a una pequeña y de una pequeña a una grande del 26%. En el caso contrario, ocurre en los tres (3) estadios restantes: está planeada y con recursos (Tercer estadio), no se ha desarrollado, pero valdría la pena considerarla (Cuarto estadio), y no aplica en la empresa (Quinto estadio). Ya que estas, a medida que aumenta de tamaño la empresa, disminuye el número de prácticas en estas secciones, esto se debe específicamente al impacto que tiene la empresa, sea positivo o negativo, hacia el entorno interno y externo de la misma
