No full textThe present work of degree elaborates a strategic plan for a company of the construction sector, dedicated to the study, design, planning, coordination, and construction of civil engineering works and architecture. First, a diagnosis is made using tools such as PESTAL analysis (Colombia and Bogotá). Likewise, a sector analysis was carried out and later a self-diagnosis was carried out by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. Then, a DOFA (Weaknesses, Opportunities, Strengths and Threats) analysis was carried out, where the position of the company in the sector was identified and strategies were proposed for the context in which the company carries out its activities.El presente trabajo de grado elabora un plan estratégico para una empresa del sector construcción, dedicada al estudio, diseño, planificación, coordinación, y construcción de obras de ingeniería civil y arquitectura. En primer lugar se realiza un diagnóstico utilizando herramientas como el análisis PESTAL (Colombia y Bogotá). De igual manera, se realizó un análisis sectorial y posteriormente llevar a cabo un autodiagnóstico de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá. , luego se realizó un análisis DOFA (Debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas), donde se identificó la posición de la empresa en el sector y se propusieron estrategias para el contexto en el que la empresa lleva a cabo sus actividades

No full textAccess to water resources is fundamental for the basic needs of human beings anywhere in the world, it is required to satisfy the consumption of drinking water in chemical, oil and domestic industries, it should be noted that it is a vital component for life and growth of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. Therefore, it is important to search for new green technologies that are friendly to the environment that are not toxic and that reduce the consumption of chemical products, while fulfilling the same characteristics of chemical coagulants, in this case it is described theoretically through search engines such as Researchgate, SciELO, Dialnet, World Wide Science and Google Scholar. and adding, with a database from the Ministry of the Environment and Agriculture, business reports that contribute to the construction of this project. In this research project it is necessary to look for industrial processes, to obtain a coagulant from plant extracts such as Opuntia Ficus Indica, not only does this natural coagulant exist to be evaluated, there are other species derived from bacteria and plants that are they can, study and replace as natural coagulants, in order to find processes that are sustainable and economical. In addition, that they are safe for implementation in drinking water treatment plants in Colombia. It is a theoretical study to solve small problems due to the use of chemical coagulants, causing long-term diseases. However, this natural coagulant studied in a liquid and solid form has properties that prevent diabetes and others.El acceso al recurso hídrico es fundamental para las necesidades básicas de seres humanos en cualquier parte del mundo, se requiere para satisfacer el consumo de agua potable en las industrias químicas, petroleras y hogares domésticos, cabe resaltar que es un componente vital para la vida y crecimiento de los ecosistemas terrestres y acuáticos. Por tanto, es importante la búsqueda de nuevas tecnologías verdes amigables con el medio ambiente que no sean tóxicas y que reduzcan el consumo de productos químicos, a su vez que cumplan las mismas características de los coagulantes químicos, en este caso se describe de manera teórica a través de motores búsqueda como Researchgate, SciELO , Dialnet, World Wide Science y Google Scholar. y añadiendo con base de datos del ministerio de ambiente y la agricultura, reportes empresariales que aporten a la construcción de este proyecto. En este proyecto de investigación se requiere buscar procesos industriales, para la obtención de un coagulante a partir de extractos vegetales como lo es la Opuntia Ficus Indica, no solo existe este coagulante natural para ser evaluado, existen otras especies derivas de bacterias y plantas que se pueden, estudiar y reemplazar como coagulantes naturales, con el propósito de buscar procesos que sean sustentables y económicos. No full textThis project was based on the development of a graphical interface tool, created with the purpose of speeding up the corresponding calculations to determine the hydrodynamic behavior of a hybrid bioreactor and other reactor configurations, thus knowing their type of flow (Plug flow or Complete mixture), all based on data obtained experimentally using the tracer test method that, together with its mathematical procedures, are detailed in detail by Octave Levenspiel in his book "Tracer technology, Modeling the flow of fluids, fluid mechanism and its applications". No full textThe operator company HOCOL S.A. was required to investigate the wells located in the Eastern Llanos Basin due to the low production performance obtained after stimulation works since 2009. For that reason, it was gathered information about the wells as the result of the stimulations. Subsequently, this study was arose aiming to generate a tool to optimise the selection of stimulation processes and ensure their profit. In order to enable the complete of this study, it is necessary to analyse the different types of stimulation, to comprehend how the wells were intervened and the result of the performance before and after the stimulations. Therefore, the wells are divided in groups in accordance with petro physic properties and similarities in reservoir, production and completion characteristics. This will allow identification and assessment of the stimulation treatment and, eventually, will enable diagnosis of the right type of stimulation for each group.La compañía operadora HOCOL S.A. vio la necesidad de realizar una investigación de las estimulaciones implementadas desde el 2009 hasta la actualidad en los pozos petroleros de uno de los campos que opera ubicado en la Cuenca de los Llanos Orientales, esto con el fin de mejorar el proceso en términos de la eficiencia de la inversión y disminución de casos de no éxito en la producción del campo. Para esto se recopiló información tanto de las características de los pozos como del resultado de las estimulaciones. Posteriormente, se planteó el presente estudio con el propósito de generar una herramienta para optimizar la selección de procesos de estimulación y garantizar su rentabilidad. Para elaborar este proyecto es necesario analizar los diferentes tipos de estimulación realizados, entender como fueron intervenidos los pozos y estudiar su comportamiento antes y después del procedimiento. Por consiguiente, los pozos similares se separarán en grupos de acuerdo con sus propiedades petrofísicas como características de yacimiento, producción y completamiento. No full textIn order to achieve the full development of the project presented below, entitled "Development of a maintenance plan for a lattice crane of the Subsuelos SAS in Cota-Cundinamarca" began by characterizing the crane systems to gain knowledge of the elements and components present, after this, through field visits to the maintenance workshop, a diagnosis of the systems was given, thus knowing the current state of the machine, once this was determined, a criticality analysis was carried out to determine which systems are more critical than others and in what order the maintenance plan should be implemented, an evaluation was carried out between the maintenance strategies TPM, RCM and FMEA to establish which of these best suited the operational tasks and condition of the crane. After having carried out the evaluation of strategies, it was concluded that the most appropriate for this machine is the failure mode and effect analysis, then this strategy was implemented to carry out the maintenance plan, different failure modes were established to perform the respective FMEA to the systems, in the same way lubrication and inspection tasks were assigned to the maintenance program where factors such as time, the place of repair, the person in charge and different aspects that allow to better carry out this task plan are taken into account scheduled.Para lograr el desarrollo total del proyecto presentado a continuación, titulado “Plan de mantenimiento para una grúa tipo celosía bucyrus 38-B de la empresa Subsuelos S.A.S en Cota-Cundinamarca” se empezó por caracterizar los sistemas de la grúa para tener conocimiento de los elementos y componentes presentes, posterior a esto, mediante visitas de campo al taller de mantenimiento se procedió a dar un diagnóstico de los sistemas, conociendo así el estado actual de la máquina, una vez determinado esto se realizó un análisis de criticidad para determinar que sistemas son más críticos que otros y en qué orden se debe implementar el plan de mantenimiento, se realizó una evaluación entre las estrategias de mantenimiento TPM, RCM y AMEF para establecer cuál de estas se acoplaba mejor a las tareas operacionales y condición de la grúa. Luego de haber realizado la evaluación de estrategias se concluyó que la más adecuada para esta máquina es el análisis de modo y efecto de falla, entonces se procedió a implementar esta estrategia para realizar el plan de mantenimiento, se establecieron diferentes modos de falla para realizar el respectivo AMEF a los sistemas, del mismo modo se asignaron tareas de lubricación e inspección al programa de mantenimiento en donde se tienen en cuenta factores como el tiempo, el lugar de reparación, la persona encarga y diferentes aspectos que permiten realizar mejor este plan de tareas programadas

No full textThis work seeks to analyze the aspects of strategic planning as a tool to increase the sustainability of companies in the sector of provision of cleaning and maintenance services in the city of Bogotá, using as a case study two of the largest companies in that sector. The work begins with the identification of the processes of design, implementation and monitoring of strategic planning in companies in the cleaning and maintenance services sector of the City of Bogotá. For this, case studies found within the review process are initially presented in 10 Universities classified by the Model of Educational Performance Indicators - MIDE. Subsequently, the context of the companies that are part of the case study of this work is shown and, finally, the management models of the case study companies are detailed based on the design, implementation and monitoring processes.Este trabajo busca analizar los aspectos de la planeación estratégica como herramienta para incrementar la sostenibilidad de las empresas del sector de prestación de servicios de aseo y mantenimiento en la cuidad de Bogotá, utilizando como estudio de caso a dos de las más grandes empresas de ese sector.
