No full textThe objective of this work was to demonstrate the technical feasibility of the production of ferrate (VI) by electrochemical reaction from carbon steel shavings. Ferrate (VI) is a reagent obtained through the oxidation of iron and has shown effectiveness as a water disinfectant agent. Electrochemically, it has the following advantages: It does not require multiple stages and can be carried out at ambient conditions. This method requires an electrode with a high iron content and because the carbon steel shaving meets this characteristic, in addition to being an abundant residue with minimal use, it is chosen as a raw material for the production of ferrate (VI). Different concentrations of electrolyte were evaluated, which were determined from the solubility of sodium hydroxide in water, 20, 40 and 60% solubility, corresponding to 5.45, 10.9 and 16.35M, respectively. Similarly, two current densities were proposed, 60.98 and 121.95 A/m2, which were established from the supplied current, 2 and 4 amps. An electrochemical cell was established to carry out the production.El objetivo del presente trabajo fue demostrar la viabilidad técnica de la producción de ferrato (VI) mediante reacción electroquímica a partir de viruta de acero al carbón. El ferrato (VI) es un reactivo obtenido mediante la oxidación de hierro y ha demostrado efectividad como agente desinfectante de agua. Por vía electroquímica presenta las siguientes ventajas: No requiere múltiples etapas y se puede llevar a cabo a condiciones ambiente. Este método requiere un electrodo con alto contenido de hierro y debido a que la viruta de acero al carbón cumple con esta característica, además de ser un residuo abundante con mínimo aprovechamiento, se elige como materia prima para la producción de ferrato (VI). Se evaluaron diferentes concentraciones de electrolito, las cuales se determinaron a partir de la solubilidad del hidróxido de sodio en agua, 20, 40 y 60% de solubilidad, que correspondieron respectivamente a 5,45, 10,9 y 16,35M. De igual manera se plantearon dos densidades de corriente, 60,98 y 121,95 A/m2, que se establecieron a partir de la corriente suministrada, 2 y 4 amperios. Se estableció una celda electroquímica para llevar a cabo la producción

No full textThe monograph presented below presents the design of a business plan for an e-commerce (electronic commerce) of sports products and services in Colombia, through four main chapters. The first of these consisted of studying the market through the application of a survey to know the perspective of the clients, the analysis of the competition (value proposition, digital channels, prices and products), the identification of opportunities and threats in the sector, and the evaluation of suppliers. The second chapter includes the technical-operational study, where the name, slogan and colors of the undertaking were selected; In addition, the Canvas business model was designed to provide a clear, concise and structured display of the key segments for business success. On the other hand, the development of the third chapter, corresponding to the administrative and legal study, includes the investigation of the documentation required by the regulatory entities, of which the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce is the main one; the structuring of the general organization chart and functions by department, and the types of company that best fit the business model.En la monografía expuesta a continuación se presenta el diseño de un plan de negocio para un e-commerce (comercio electrónico) de productos y servicios deportivos en Colombia, por medio de cuatro capítulos principales. El primero de estos consistió en estudiar el mercado mediante la aplicación de una encuesta para conocer la perspectiva de los clientes, el análisis de la competencia (propuesta de valor, canales digitales, precios y productos), la identificación de oportunidades y amenazas del sector, y la evaluación de proveedores. El segundo capítulo comprende el estudio técnico-operativo, en donde se seleccionó el nombre, eslogan y colores del emprendimiento; además, se diseñó el modelo de negocio Canvas para suministrar una visualización clara, concisa y estructurada de los segmentos clave para el éxito del negocio. Documentation proposal of the quality management system form the technical competence of a quality control laboratory
No full textThe quality management system in the control laboratories is a determining factor to demonstrate technical competence, guarantee the reliability of analyzes and the validity of their results. This work aims to make a proposal for the creation and updating of documented information in a pharmaceutical quality control laboratory based on the international standard ISO 9001 for quality management systems and ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 on general requirements for the competence of a testing and calibration laboratory. It starts from the diagnosis of the laboratory documentation case study against the fulfillment of the requirements of the applicable international standards. Subsequently, the information update proposal was structured for laboratory accreditation purposes. The results show the importance of keeping ten procedures documented and their respective records, in such a way as to provide evidence of the conformity of the activities carried out in the laboratory processes.El sistema de gestión de calidad en los laboratorios de control se constituye en un factor determinante para demostrar la competencia técnica, garantizar la confiabilidad de los análisis y validez de sus resultados. Este trabajo tiene por objetivo realizar una propuesta de creación y actualización de la información documentada en un laboratorio de control de calidad farmacéutico basado en la norma internacional ISO 9001 de sistemas de gestión de calidad y la ISO/IEC 17025:2017 de requisitos generales para la competencia de un laboratorio de ensayo y calibración. Se parte del diagnóstico de la documentación del laboratorio caso de estudio frente al cumplimiento de los requisitos de las normas internacionales aplicables. Posteriormente, se estructuró la propuesta de actualización de la información con fines de acreditación del laboratorio. Los resultados exhiben la importancia de mantener documentados diez procedimientos y sus respectivos registros, de forma tal que permitan proporcionar evidencia de la conformidad de las actividades que se desarrollan en los procesos del laboratorio
