No full textThe department of Guaviare is one of the regions of Colombia richest in biodiversity, but it has also been historically marked by war and armed conflict, having needs and problems that affect the territory and its community directly, that is why generated a series of proposals that can respond to the specific needs of this region. No full textThe present work aims to develop a proposal for the separation of a PVC sheet and a polyester layer at the laboratory level in CROYDON COLOMBIA S.A. Currently, the daily production is 6000 pairs of boots with 8% defective boots. This proposal aims to achieve optimal use of PVC from defective boots to avoid plugging that occurs in injectors due to contamination with polyester. During the development of this proposal, the process was selected by evaluating its advantages and disadvantages. Likewise, the washing method was selected because of its simplicity and because it involves less investment in energy, logistics and location.El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar una propuesta para la separación de una lámina de PVC y una capa de poliéster a nivel laboratorio en CROYDON COLOMBIA S.A. Actualmente, la producción diaria es de 6000 pares de botas con un 8% de botas defectuosas. Esta propuesta pretende lograr un aprovechamiento óptimo del PVC de las botas defectuosas para evitar los taponamientos que se presentan en las inyectoras debido a la contaminación con poliéster. Durante el desarrollo de esta propuesta se seleccionó el proceso por medio de la evaluación de sus ventajas y desventajas. Asimismo, se seleccionó el método de lavado por su sencillez y porque implica menor inversión a nivel energético, logístico y locativo

Having three variables that can be monitored through a program such as TemViewer or if they are within the coverage of the module's LAN network. For the development of this project, the different parameters and requirements were established for the development of the didactic bench, being useful some components already existing in the Instrumentation and process control laboratory of the University.Este proyecto nace de la necesidad de realizar un laboratorio remoto para las asignaturas de Instrumentación Virtual e Instrumentación, en donde los estudiantes pudieran aplicar los conocimientos vistos en estas materias y replicarlos tanto en las tarjetas de National Instruments con el programa LabView o también realizarlo por medio de los PLC que están en la Universidad de América. Teniendo tres variables que pueden monitorear a través de un programa como lo es TemViewer o si están dentro de la cobertura de la red LAN del módulo. Aplication of the ISO norms to the main risks of a company through a integral model of risk management based on the process presented in the ISO 31000 of risk management
No full textRisk management has become an issue of great importance over time, as preventing risks is much more beneficial for companies in the future. For this reason, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO, for its acronym in English), developed a pioneering standard for risk management in an organization, called ISO 31000. This standard contains the set of parameters to effectively manage risks. However, its information is very global and only with its reading and implementation are missing data to develop parameters such as risk identification, analysis, treatment, among others. For this reason, in this document this missing information was supplemented with other ISO standards that refer to other types of management systems in organizations, such as the environmental management system, the occupational health and safety management system. , the information security management system and the supply chain management system, and with documents containing information on the sources of the risks, their analysis and treatment, developing a comprehensive model that contains all the stipulated sections by the ISO 31000 standard, the provisions of the ISO 14001, 45001, 27001 and 28000 standards referring to the same sections, and the information of interest set forth in other documents.La gestión de los riesgos se ha convertido en un tema de gran importancia con el avance del tiempo, ya que prevenir los riesgos resulta mucho más beneficioso a futuro para las empresas. Por esto, la Organización Internacional de Normalización (ISO, por sus siglas en inglés), desarrolló una norma pionera para la gestión de riesgos en una organización, denominada la ISO 31000. Esta norma contiene el conjunto de parámetros para gestionar efectivamente los riesgos. Sin embargo, su información es muy global y solo con su lectura e implementación quedan faltando datos para desarrollar parámetros como la identificación de los riesgos, el análisis, el tratamiento, entre otras. Por esto, en el presente documento se complementó esta información faltante con otras normas ISO que hacen referencia a otros tipos de sistemas de gestión en las organizaciones, tales como el sistema de gestión ambiental, el sistema de gestión de la salud y seguridad en el trabajo, el sistema de gestión de la seguridad de la información y el sistema de gestión de la cadena de suministro, y con documentos que contenían información de las fuentes de los riesgos, su análisis y tratamiento, desarrollando un modelo integral que contiene todos los apartados estipulados por la norma ISO 31000, lo estipulado por las normas ISO 14001, 45001, 27001 y 28000 referente a los mismos apartados, y la información de interés expuesta en otros documentos

No full textThe development of a digital tool for evaluating the design criteria and sizing of mud / gas separators in drilling operations, under the requirements of API STD 53 of 2018, is determined by the need for efficient separation equipment and reliable, that guarantee safety and optimal operation under real well control scenarios, considering the international API standard (American Petroleum Institute). Through this research project, the identification of variables and equations directly involved in the design and sizing of mud / gas separators is produced, likewise, the logical sequence that the tool must follow is designed, in order to determine Blow-Through , gas flow rate, liquid seal column, internal diameter of the separator, pressure in the inlet line and friction pressure in the optimal vent line. Once the MGS Sizing Tool has been programmed, the validation and verification is carried out by simulating and reproducing 6 operating scenarios that allow the sensitivity analysis of the naturally critical variables of the well control equipment, making use of the designed digital tool. .El desarrollo de una herramienta digital para la evaluación de los criterios de diseño y dimensionamiento de los separadores lodo / gas en operaciones de perforación, bajo los requerimientos de la norma API STD 53 de 2018, se encuentra determinada por la necesidad de equipos de separación eficientes y confiables, que garanticen seguridad y óptimo funcionamiento bajo escenarios reales de control de pozos contemplando la norma internacional API (American Petroleum Institute). Por medio de este proyecto de investigación se produce la identificación de variables y ecuaciones directamente implicadas en el diseño y dimensionamiento de separadores lodo / gas, así mismo, se diseña la secuencia lógica que la herramienta debe seguir, con el fin de determinar Blow –Trough, caudal del flujo de gas, columna sello líquido, diámetro interno del separador, presión en la línea de entrada y presión de fricción en la línea de venteo óptima. Una vez programada la herramienta MGS Sizing Tool, la validación y verificación se realiza mediante la simulación y reproducción de 6 escenarios operativos que permiten realizar el análisis de sensibilidad de las variables naturalmente críticas del equipo de control de pozos, haciendo uso de la herramienta digital diseñada

Evidence of the problems focuses the partial plan in the social sphere dealing with the reconciliation of indigenous and peasant communities, under the theory of the intersection of sets where common elements such as the river, and the ideal of being self-sufficient joins these two cultures to achieve a reconstruction of the community, concentrated all in the reconciliation node located in the middle of the proposal , where the projects that seek to achieve territories of peace are located, rescuing cultural identity through an exchange of knowledge and generating social interaction, preventing more segregation because of this meeting place. Por esta razón se plantea el plan maestro bajo cuatro estrategias importantes: social, ambiental, productiva y mejorar la infraestructura para recuperar el tejido de la zona. Evidenciando las problemáticas se enfoca el plan parcial en el ámbito social tratando la reconciliación de las comunidades indígenas y campesinas, bajo la teoría de la intersección de conjuntos donde los elementos en común como el rio, y el ideal de ser autosuficientes une a estas dos culturas para lograr una reconstrucción de la comunidad, concentrado todo en el nodo de reconciliación ubicado en el intermedio de la propuesta, en donde se encuentran los proyectos que buscan lograr territorios de paz, rescatando la identidad cultural a través de un intercambio de conocimientos y generando una interacción social, evitando que exista más segregación a causa de este lugar de encuentro.
