No full textColombia has faced a serious humanitarian crisis triggered by an internal armed conflict. Being the second country with the highest number of displaced persons after Syria with 5.7 million displaced persons according to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, the department of Chocó has historically been affected by the armed conflict and natural disasters, although its population It is equivalent to only 1% of the national total, in 2018 it ranked first in massively displaced people, sixth in victims due to mobility restrictions and first in number of people affected by disasters of natural origin, with at least 20 % of the population of the department affected. These factors deteriorate the situation of the population, since 78% of the inhabitants live under the extreme poverty line according to DANE for the year 2012.Colombia se ha enfrentado a una grave crisis humanitaria desencadenada por un conflicto armado interno. siendo el segundo país con mayor número de desplazados después de siria con 5.7 millones de desplazados según la oficina de las naciones unidas para la coordinación de asuntos humanitarios el departamento del chocó ha sido históricamente afectado por el conflicto armado y los desastres naturales, aunque su población equivale sólo al 1% del total nacional, en el 2018 ocupó el primer lugar en personas desplazadas masivamente, el sexto en víctimas por restricción a la movilidad y el primero en número de personas afectadas por desastres de origen natural, con por lo menos el 20% de la población del departamento afectada. No full textThis monograph seeks to develop a business plan for the creation of a MSMEs dedicated to the construction of urban and rural housing specifically for strata 4 and 5, in the province of Los Almeidas in the department of Cundinamarca, since within the area to Intervene does not have construction companies dedicated to the construction of houses and where it is identified that the community of these strata must travel to different cities to hire and bring the personnel for the construction of these houses. For this, it has been defined to use the Canvas model to carry out an exhaustive investigation on possible clients, growth, investment, possible competitions in the market at the provincial level and to identify short and medium-term stability to provide the required services and stay within of the labor market. Within the development of the research, it was possible to identify a segment of the future clients that Ingac Construcciones y Servicios SAS will have, where a multiple selection survey was carried out, in order to tabulate and graph the respective results, identifying the average values with which they would enter to offer services to different users and have financial stability. At the end of this research for the creation of Ingac Construcciones y Servicios SAS with the respective results, it has been concluded that the project is viable and would have a great boom within the Almeidas area as it is the pioneer in developing housing projects of strata 4 and 5Esta monografía busca desarrollar un plan de negocio para la creación de una Mipymes dedicada a la construcción de viviendas urbanas y rurales específicamente para los estratos 4 y 5, en la provincia de los Almeidas en el departamento de Cundinamarca, dado que dentro de la zona a intervenir no cuenta con empresas constructoras dedicadas a la construcción de viviendas y donde se identifica que la comunidad de estos estratos deben desplazarse a diferentes ciudades para contratar y traer el personal para la construcción de estas viviendas. Para esto se ha definido utilizar el modelo Canvas para realizar una exhaustiva investigación sobre los posibles clientes, crecimiento, inversión, posibles competencias en el mercado a nivel de provincia y lograr identificar la estabilidad a corta y mediano plazo para brindar los servicios requeridos y mantenerse dentro del mercado laboral. Dentro del desarrollo de la investigación se logró identificar un segmento de los futuros clientes que tendrá Ingac Construcciones y Servicios S.A.S, donde se les realizo una encuesta de selección multiple, para lograr tabular y graficar los respectivos resultados identificando los valores promedios con los que se entraría a ofrecer los servicios a los diferentes usuarios y tener una estabilidad económica. These waters are characterized by the negative effects they can have on the environment; For this reason, they are currently considered one of the largest pollutants in the world, since for their reuse they must be previously treated. Among the most common uses that are given to treated water, reinjection stands out, for which it is necessary to remove heavy metals such as copper, because in high concentrations it can alkalize and degrade the formation, in addition to forming precipitation, scale and corrosion in pipes.En Colombia para el año 2020, se estimó que la relación de producción agua petróleo (RAP) alcanzó los 16 barriles de agua por cada barril de petróleo y a nivel mundial varió entre 10 y 14 para campos maduros. Estas aguas se caracterizan por los efectos negativos que pueden tener en el ambiente; por lo que actualmente son consideradas como uno de los mayores contaminantes en el mundo, ya que para su reutilización deben ser previamente tratadas. In this way, it is proposed to reuse the vitelma plant through the development of an art and expressionism center whose objective is to revalue the heritage property that the town has through the adaptation and use of its infrastructure, generating spaces and cultural scenarios to the interior and exterior of the building, providing the town with more areas for social recreation and whose scope is to cause a decentralization of culture towards urban environments that have unique places in the city.El proyecto se desarrolla en un enfoque patrimonial específicamente en la reutilización de edificaciones de la ciudad de Bogotá D.C en la localidad de san Cristóbal donde se encuentra ubicada la antigua planta de tratamiento de agua de vitelma la cual atraviesa por el olvido de su importancia histórica, colectiva y patrimonial. Remote work in Bogotá, Colombia: The relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership
No full textIn this document, a study is carried out on the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership for remote work in Bogotá. This work modality drastically increased their numbers due to the preventive isolation decreed by the Government due to the coronavirus pandemic. This study includes a theoretical review of the concepts of emotional intelligence and leadership framed in a context for remote work, for later, through surveys, to make a diagnosis related to these two issues. A statistical analysis of the sample is carried out, in total there were 88 surveys, in order to evaluate factors such as age, gender, educational level and role (leader or collaborator) in the place where you work in terms of emotional intelligence and leadership. For the evaluation of emotional intelligence, the method of Schutter, et al, and the method of Wong and Law is taken as a basis and a survey (contextualized to remote work) of 35 questions classified into five categories is developed: use of emotions (score highest), management of own emotions, perception and evaluation of emotions, social skills and emotion regulation (lowest score).En el presente documento se lleva a cabo un estudio acerca de la relación entre la inteligencia emocional y el liderazgo para el trabajo en modalidad remota en Bogotá. Esta modalidad de trabajo aumentó drásticamente sus números debido al aislamiento preventivo que decretó el Gobierno a causa de la pandemia por coronavirus. Es estudio incluye una revisión teórica de los conceptos de inteligencia emocional y liderazgo enmarcados en un contexto para el trabajo remoto, para posteriormente, mediante encuestas, realizar un diagnóstico relacionado a estos dos temas. Se realiza un análisis estadístico de la muestra, en total fueron 88 encuestas, con el fin de evaluar factores como la edad, el género, el nivel educativo y el rol (líder o colaborador) en el lugar donde trabaja en términos de inteligencia emocional y liderazgo. Para la evaluación de la inteligencia emocional se toma como base el método de Schutter, et al, y el método de Wong y Law y se desarrolla una encuesta (contextualizada al trabajo remoto) de 35 preguntas clasificadas en cinco categorías: uso de emociones (puntaje mas alto), gestión de emociones propias, percepción y evaluación de emociones, habilidades sociales y regulación de emociones (puntaje mas bajo)

This is because the gas is dissipating and there is not the capacity to treat it. First, a description is made of each of the treatments to be carried out on the gas, then its usual operation with the processes and equipment used and finally the results of the chromatography are used to characterize the components.En el desarrollo de este proyecto obtendremos como resultado una planta de regasificación en el sur occidente del país; la cual tiene la capacidad de endulzar, deshidratar y licuar el gas (100MMPCD) de gas natural; debido a que el gas se está disipando (700MMPCD) a causa de que no hay la capacidad necesaria donde tratar el gas ya que contamos solo con una regasificadora en Cartagenda que cuenta con una capacidad de (400MMPCD). Inicialmente se hace una descripción de cada uno de los tratamientos que se le van a realizar al gas, teniendo en cuenta las normativas vigentes nacionales e internacionales para la implementación de la planta; luego su funcionamiento habitual con procesos y equipos que se emplean y finalmente se utilizan los resultados de la cromatografía para caracterizar los componentes

The present degree work proposes a machine composed of seven systems that help to solve one of the biggest problems that operators face when carrying out their daily tasks. The main reason behind the development of this device is the prevention of different types of illnesses and injuries caused by overloads to which workers are exposed. In this order of ideas, it was sought to design a sprayer that required the least amount of physical effort in the cultivation of Junca onion.La fumigación es el método más efectivo que tienen los campesinos para el control y eliminación de plagas e infecciones en los cultivos. Esta técnica se efectúa con equipos especializados que transmiten una mezcla química en forma de pequeñas gotas que se rocían tanto en el tallo como en las hojas de las plantas. El presente trabajo de grado propone una máquina compuesta por siete sistemas que ayudan a resolver uno de los mayores problemas a los que se enfrentan los operarios en el momento de realizar sus labores diarias. La razón principal que inspira el desarrollo de dicho aparato es la prevención de los diferentes tipos de enfermedades y lesiones causadas por las sobrecargas a las cuales están expuestas los trabajadores.
