Within the context of Human Talent Management, it is extremely important to have knowledge about health and safety at work, for this reason it must always be ensured that the environment in which the work team or staff is located strictly complies with all their respective safety and health standards and technical reviews. As well as their due training to each member in order to generate an environment where everyone is aware of each of the pertinent procedures to follow in case of any type of eventuality, both positive and negative.La salud y seguridad en el trabajo dentro de la gerencia del talento humano como ítem principal es una temática fundamental a la hora de manejar personal, este se define como una disciplina encargada de velar por la seguridad de cada uno de los miembros pertenecientes a una entidad o empresa. Proposal for an implementation plan of a quality management system based on the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the company SSH S.A
No full textThe following work presents a proposal for an implementation plan of a Quality Management System (QMS), according to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the company SSH S.A. (Software, Servicios y Hardware S.A.), an SME in the information and communication technology sector. The work was carried out in four stages, in the first one the analysis of the organizational context was carried out through the use of the matrices of evaluation of internal factors (EFI) and external (EFE), the matrix of analysis of political, economic factors, social, technological, ecological and legal (PESTEL), a checklist of needs and expectations of interested parties and a review of the mission, vision and values of the company. In the second stage, the identification and characterization of the processes was carried out using a characterization matrix, later a process map was established to define the interactions between them. As a third stage, a diagnosis of the company was carried out against the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard using a checklist to determine its compliance status. Finally, as the last stage, an action plan was created which includes the activities to be carried out in order to achieve the implementation of the QMS.En el siguiente trabajo se presenta una propuesta de un plan de implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC), según la norma ISO 9001:2015 para la empresa SSH S.A. (Software, Servicios y Hardware S.A.), una pyme del sector de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación. El trabajo se llevó a cabo en cuatro etapas, en la primera se realizó el análisis de contexto organizacional mediante el uso de las matrices de evaluación de factores internos (EFI) y externos (EFE), la matriz de análisis de factores políticos, económicos, sociales, tecnológicos, ecológicos y legales (PESTEL), una lista de chequeo de necesidades y expectativas de partes interesadas y una revisión de la misión, visión y valores de la empresa. En la segunda etapa se llevó a cabo la identificación y caracterización de los procesos mediante una matriz de caracterización, posteriormente se estableció el mapa de procesos para definir las interacciones entre los mismos. Como tercera etapa se realizó un diagnóstico de la empresa frente a los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2015 utilizando una lista de chequeo para determinar su estado de cumplimiento. Finalmente, como última etapa se elaboró un plan de acción en el cual están comprendidas las actividades a realizar con el fin de lograr la implementación del SGC

Por lo que se determina desarrollar un parque ya que son espacios que sirven como nodos de interacción entre la población gracias a estos se puede proteger la fauna y flora de las ciudades, promueven actividades de recreación, deporte, de paisajismo y de educación. Promueven el crecimiento de las sociedades y fortalecen sus vínculos. This proposal, begins with a diagnosis where first, an initial evaluation is carried out in which the Minimum Standards defined in Resolution 0312 of 2019 are evaluated, in order to know at what level of compliance with respect to the standard the organization is located; Second, we proceed to develop the Safe Work Analysis (ATS), considering the corresponding guidelines of the Occupational Risk Manager (ARL), which is affiliated with the organization, this being this Positive Insurance Company. And third, a DOFA matrix is developed, taking into account the aspects described above and evaluated in order to know the state in which the company is currently located.El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad elaborar una propuesta de implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo basado en la normatividad vigente en Colombia para la empresa CERÁMICAS GRANITO DE ORO LTDA., la cual se encuentra ubicada en el km 3,6 vía mochuelo, y tiene como principal actividad económica la fabricación de materiales de arcilla para la construcción. Work is being carried out to establish whether implemented public policies had a positive impact on the reduction of the wage gap and its factors, for which, in the process, the most representative factors affecting the pay gap were identified according to the methodology of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and exposed to the situation of women in the labour market , the National Development Plans for this period were subsequently identified and from there it was established that public policies were proposed around the reduction of the wage gap and its factors.Este documento tiene como objetivo principal analizar la evolución de la brecha salarial entre hombres y mujeres en Colombia a partir de los factores que inciden en esta, y de las políticas públicas implementadas desde los Planes Nacionales de Desarrollo para el periodo 2010 – 2018. La implementación exitosa de un sistema de gestión de calidad depende de la capacidad de la organización para el aprendizaje y adaptarse a los cambios del entorno. El objetivo de este trabajo es desarrollar un sistema de gestión de calidad desde el enfoque de aprendizaje organizacional en una pyme productora de pulpas de fruta.
