Impact of foreign direct investment on the distribution of income in Colombia
No full textThis work describes the incidence of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the distribution of income in Colombia during the period 1992-2017, that is, the evolution of FDI in Colombia is described, where it is evidenced that the Colombian economy and the reception of foreign capital reported a good performance during the study period. There is also talk of the distribution of income, which has been one of the main problems that worries economic theory; The income distribution for this work is represented by the Gini Coefficient, which is an index of income inequality in the countries. No full textThe main objective of this project is to study the PRINCE2 and PRAM methodologies focused on risk management in projects, a bibliographic and conceptual review of the two methodologies is made specifically on the subject of risks, which are a determining factor at the organizational level, these provide a general and specific perspective of the possible acts that benefit or endanger an organization; the stages, step by step, analysis tools, strategies and evaluation for risk management are described. Next, a theoretical comparison is made to highlight their differences and similarities, and finally, these methodologies are implemented in the identification of risks generated in the hydrochloric acid distillation process, a case study given by a company dedicated to the manufacture of substances and basic chemical products, where the management, identification, analysis and evaluation of risks are described step by step, using a series of tools, matrices and tables that help the collection and creation of viable information for the application of the same. All this in order to observe the management of the two methodologies and conclude which is the best to be implemented in the production process.El objetivo principal de este proyecto es estudiar las metodologías PRINCE2 y PRAM enfocadas a la gestión de riesgos en proyectos, se realiza una revisión bibliográfica y conceptual de las dos metodologías específicamente en la temática de riesgos, los cuales son un factor determinante a nivel organizacional, estos entregan una perspectiva general y especifica de los posibles actos que benefician o ponen en peligro a una organización; se describe las etapas, el paso a paso, las herramientas de análisis, las estrategias y la evaluación para la gestión de riesgos. Seguidamente se realiza una comparación teórica para resaltar sus diferencias y similitudes, y finalmente, se implementa estas metodologías en la identificación de riesgos generados en el proceso de destilación de ácido clorhídrico, caso de estudio dado por una empresa dedicada a la fabricación de sustancias y productos químicos básicos, allí se describe paso a paso la gestión, identificación, análisis y evaluación de riesgos, usando una serie de herramientas, matrices y tablas que ayudan a la recolección y creación de información viable para la aplicación de las mismas. Todo esto con el fin de observar el manejo de las dos metodologías y concluir cuál es la mejor para ser implementada en el proceso productivo

No full textCurrently the company Ecopetrol SA, takes into account the technical-historical data such as those stored in OpenWells and Power BI, to evaluate the performance during the drilling phase of the wells week by week, instead of taking advantage of this information together with the variables involved in the complexity matrix, to optimize well planning through the implementation of a predictive model, thus generating added value on the stored information.
Considering the above, the present degree work was carried out in order to optimize well planning for the 2020 Castilla y Castilla Norte drilling campaign by applying the selected machine Learning models, which predict cost days and NPT's associated with problems in open hole. Therefore, a methodology aimed at the implementation of three supervised machine learning models was designed, based on the information from the 2019 Castilla y Castilla Norte drilling campaign. Subsequently, the prediction of the models was implemented and evaluated. for the same field in 2020.Actualmente la compañía Ecopetrol S.A, tiene en cuenta los datos técnicos-históricos tales como los que se encuentran almacenados en OpenWells y Power BI, para evaluar el desempeño durante la fase de perforación de los pozos semana a semana, en vez de aprovechar dicha información junto con las variables implicadas en la matriz de complejidad, para optimizar la planeación de pozos mediante la implementación de un modelo predictivo generando así un valor agregado sobre la información almacenada. Considerando lo anterior, el presente trabajo de grado se realizó con el fin de optimizar la planeación de pozos para la campaña de perforación de Castilla y Castilla Norte 2020 al aplicar los modelos de machine Learning seleccionados, los cuales predicen días costos y NPT’s asociados a problemas en hueco abierto
