No full textIn the hydrocarbon industry, corrosion has been one of the factors that has presented the most setbacks in the development of activities; however, this problematic requires of many efforts to be controlled; this is why different ways have been developed to mitigate corrosion in the last years, one of them is based on the application of an anticorrosive coating on pipes (made from alloys) that reduce the impact of a corrosive environment on the metal to be treated; nevertheless, these paints are manufactured based on traditional pigments such as Zinc Chromate (ZnCrO4) or Zinc Phosphate (Zn₃ (PO₄) ₂) [1], which generate environmental and health problems in case of accumulation.En la industria de los hidrocarburos, la corrosión ha sido uno de los factores que más contratiempos ha presentado en el desarrollo de actividades; sin embargo, esta problemática requiere de muchos esfuerzos para ser controlada; es por esto que se han desarrollado diferentes maneras para mitigar la corrosión en los últimos años, una de ellas está fundamentada en la aplicación de un recubrimiento anticorrosivo sobre tuberías (elaboradas a partir de aleaciones) que disminuyan el impacto de un ambiente corrosivo sobre el metal a tratar; no obstante, dichas pinturas son fabricadas a base de pigmentos tradicionales como el Cromato de Zinc (ZnCrO4) o el Fosfato de Zinc (Zn3(PO4)2) [1], los cuales generan problemas ambientales y de salud en caso de acumulación

No full textWithin the Bogotá - Tunja corridor is located the environmental reactivation lung in the municipality of Gachancipá, this is a partial plan focused on sustainability, maintenance and care of ecosystems, due to the strategic central location of the municipality, at the level of the national corridor, and its important geographical boundaries, such as the Tominé Reservoir, the Bogotá River, and the La Cabrera hill. The problem has to do with the degree of environmental contamination produced by industrialization, deforestation, contamination of the Bogotá River and overpopulation of the region, including neighboring municipalities. The main objective is to mitigate all polluting factors that affect the ecosystems, and thus improve the quality of life of the regional population. Considering this and that the territorial expansion of the municipality is directed to the hill, the methodology proposed to protect it is to create a forest reserve with a research environmental action unit which controls the ecosystemic development, and to move the growth of the territory in the opposite direction, relating it to the road variant of national connectivity.Dentro del corredor Bogotá - Tunja se ubica el pulmón de reactivación ambiental en el municipio de Gachancipá, esté es un plan parcial enfocado a la sostenibilidad, mantenimiento y cuidado de los ecosistemas, esto debido a la ubicación estratégica central del municipio, a nivel del corredor nacional, y a sus límites geográficos importantes, como el Embalse del Tominé, el río Bogotá, y el cerro La Cabrera. La problemática tiene que ver con el grado de contaminación ambiental producido por la industrialización, deforestación, contaminación del rio Bogotá y sobrepoblación de la región incluyendo municipios aledaños. El objetivo principal es mitigar todo factor contaminante que afecte los ecosistemas, y así mejorar la calidad de vida de la población regional. Teniendo en cuenta esto y que la expansión territorial del municipio está direccionada al cerro, la metodología que se propone para protegerlo es crear una reserva forestal con una unidad de actuación ambiental investigativa la cual controla el desarrollo ecosistémico, y trasladar el crecimiento del territorio en el sentido contrario, relacionándolo con la variante vial de conectividad nacional

No full textThe research focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of the TiO2 photocatalyst for the removal of NOx pollutants in the air. Initially, a bibliographic review was carried out that included a short bibliometry, as well as some of the most relevant studies on the removal of NOx with TiO2 and modified TiO2. Likewise, the main methodologies for the realization of photocatalytic materials by coatings with TiO2 were identified, among which are the methods of mixing, spray coating, impregnation, sol-gel and dip coating, among others.La investigación se enfocó en la evaluación de la efectividad del uso del fotocatalizador TiO2 para la remoción de contaminantes NOx en el aire. No full textThis work is focused on the determination of areas with 131I activity in Bogota due to results of previous investigations with activity of the same near and above the permitted limit (19 Bq/L in the case of 131I) at the outlet and inside the Salitre WWTP respectively. It is developed through the construction of a sampling methodology focused on sanitary sewage, covering authorized institutions that use 131I in nuclear medicine and residential areas without influence of these in 13 points of the city with triple repetition; the characterization of the samples is given by gamma spectrometry with Ge-HP detector and the spectra are analyzed with the specialized software Hyperlab; finally, the elaboration of a monitoring plan by risk level for the areas according to the activity detected to exercise radiological control.Este trabajo se centra en la determinación de zonas con actividad de 131I en Bogotá debido a resultados de anteriores investigaciones con actividad del mismo cercana y por encima del límite permitido (19 Bq/L en el caso del 131I) a la salida y dentro de la PTAR Salitre respectivamente. Se desarrolla mediante la construcción de una metodología de muestreo enfocada al alcantarillado sanitario, abarcando instituciones autorizadas que emplean 131I en medicina nuclear y zonas residenciales sin influencia de estas en 13 puntos de la ciudad con triple repetición; la caracterización de las muestras se da por espectrometría gamma con detector de Ge-HP y se analizan los espectros con el software especializado Hyperlab; finalmente, la elaboración de un plan de monitoreo por nivel de riesgo para las zonas según la actividad detectada para ejercer control radiológico

No full textThe main objective of this document is to design a mechanical cleaning machine for the inspection of critical external areas of drill pipes, with diameters between 3 ”and 7” (inch), for the company South American Inspection Services Colombia S.A.S., which at the date does not have any official or unofficial design for the design of said machine. This company is dedicated to providing exploration and / or production tools and equipment services in the hydrocarbon sector. Therefore, this document deals with showing in detail the design of the drill pipe inspection mechanical cleaning machine. Initially, the characterization of the company is recounted, in order to account for the problems that arose in its context. Then, the designs, mathematical analyzes, among others, are presented. Finally, the final design for the mechanical cleaning machine that meets the needs of the company is revealed.Este documento presenta como objetivo principal, diseñar una máquina de limpieza mecánica para la inspección de áreas exteriores críticas de tuberías de perforación, con diámetros entre 3” y 7” (inch), para la empresa South American Inspection Services Colombia S.A.S., la cual a la fecha no cuenta con ningún diseño oficial o extraoficial para el diseño de dicha máquina. Dicha empresa se dedica a la prestación de servicios de herramientas y equipos de exploración y/o producción en el sector de hidrocarburos. Por lo cual, este documento se ocupa de mostrar en detalle el diseño de la máquina de limpieza mecánica para inspección de tuberías de perforación. Inicialmente, se recuenta la caracterización de la empresa, a fin de dar cuenta de la problemática que surgía en el contexto de esta. Currently the treatment plant has a treatment capacity of 79 lps of raw water, where 3% corresponds to backwash water, which is used to wash the filters of the plants, removing sedimentable particles composed of iron minerals. , Magnesium, calcium, Anthracite and sludge from the catchment wells. Initially, the document began with an analysis of the current state of the PTAP, supported by secondary information provided by the EMSERTENJO E.S.P. company, together with a physicochemical analysis of the backwash water with the support of the HIDROLAB S.A. laboratory. for current backwash water conditions.El documento se centró en la evaluación de la actividad de un agente coagulante natural (Alginato de Sodio) para el tratamiento de aguas de retrolavado de la PTAP del municipio de Tenjo, Cundinamarca. Each formation has unique characteristics and therefore the rheological properties of drilling fluids are duly studied to fully accomplish this mission in the oil industry have been achieved great advances such as the implementation of nanofluids that thanks to its properties are perfectly coupled to the well. The objective of this research is to recognize the importance of the use of various nanoparticles in drilling muds through examples of nanofluids that have worked successfully during the drilling process and focus on four specific areas: inhibition of clay swelling, rheological behavior, filtrate and retort thickness control, as well as thermal stability.Durante la perforación de un pozo, el proceso se ve afectado por tareas desafiantes en las que gran parte de la responsabilidadrecae en el lodo de perforación y su correcta ejecución. Cada formación tiene características únicas y por lo tanto las propiedades reológicas de los fluidos de perforación son debidamente estudiadas para cumplir plenamente esta misión en la industria petrolera se han alcanzado grandes avances como la implementación de nanofluidos que gracias a sus propiedades están perfectamente acoplados al pozo. The new work scenarios challenge us and invite us to evolve and generate new practices, one of many is Telework, a work modality that requires leaders with emotional intelligence management as a basic tool for remote interaction with work teams, thus generating motivation, positive attitudes, orientation to the achievement of objectives and above all commitment and loyalty towards the company and personal development. To conclude, our present forces us every day to develop and grow as individuals, to discover ourselves and have the ability to adapt to different situations that require us to show our leadership and management of emotional intelligence with ourselves and our work teams. The research consists of an introduction, objectives, statement of the problem, justification, antecedents, delimitation and a section with the theoretical review on emotional intelligence, leadership and telework. The methodology is analyzed to continue with the development of the specific objectives and finalize with the conclusions, recommendations and bibliography used.En la actualidad, las organizaciones exitosas y líderes en sus sectores son aquellas que cuentan con capital humano con altos estándares en competencias y habilidades, pero además con elementos en sus colaboradores no comunes y que marcan la diferencia, esta característica es la que los hace diferentes y les permiten alcanzar objetivos de manera acertadas, estos colaboradores son aquellos denominados líderes, quienes además de su formación, competencias y experticia cuentan con el manejo de la inteligencia emocional como elemento y ventaja competitiva frente a los demás. Los nuevos escenarios laborales nos retan e invitan a evolucionar y generar nuevas prácticas, una de entre tantas es el Teletrabajo, modalidad laboral que requiere de líderes con manejo de inteligencia emocional como una herramienta básica para la interacción remota con equipos de trabajo, generando en ello motivación, actitudes positivas, orientación al logro de objetivos y sobre todo compromiso y fidelización hacia la empresa y desarrollo personal.
