No full textThis study focuses on optimizing the user experience evaluation process at an Occupational Health IPS in Bogotá, focusing on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. The SERVQUAL methodology was implemented to analyze user and corporate client perceptions of service quality, identifying gaps in dimensions such as tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, security, and empathy. Additionally, compliance with current occupational health regulations and IPS certification in Colombia was evaluated, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement in infrastructure, provision, and management of medical supplies. The digitalization of surveys and the use of analytical tools facilitated real-time data processing and analysis, optimizing strategic decision-making within the institution.Este estudio se enfoca en la optimización del proceso de evaluación de la experiencia de atención al usuario en una IPS de Salud Ocupacional en Bogotá, con un enfoque de mejora continua y cumplimiento normativo. Se implementó la metodología SERVQUAL para analizar la percepción de los usuarios y clientes corporativos sobre la calidad del servicio, permitiendo identificar brechas en las dimensiones como tangibilidad, fiabilidad, capacidad de respuesta, seguridad y empatía. Adicionalmente, se evaluó el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en salud ocupacional y habilitación de las IPS en Colombia, destacando logros y áreas de mejora en infraestructura, dotación y gestión de insumos médicos. La digitalización de encuestas y el uso de herramientas analíticas facilitaron el procesamiento y análisis de datos en tiempo real, optimizando la toma de decisiones estratégicas dentro de la institución
Organizational learning: diagnosis of non-attendance to virtual courses in the technical staff of Autogermana S.A.S in Bogotá, period 2023 - 2025
No full textThe general objective of this research was to descriptively analyze the causes of non-attendance in virtual courses as part of the organizational learning of the technical staff of Autogermana S.A.S in Bogotá during the period 2023-2025. It was carried out under the guidelines of a research with a qualitative approach based on the phenomenological method. Focus groups were used as information collection techniques and an online survey was applied to triangulate the results. As an instrument, a semi-structured question guide and a Google Forms questionnaire were used. The sample was made up of twenty-four technical collaborators of the company, selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The results showed that the main factors that affect non-attendance to virtual courses are limitations in time availability, lack of training rooms and insufficient provision of basic technological tools. Additionally, there are factors related to motivation such as incentives, bonuses and feedback that also affect their attendance.La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general analizar de manera descriptiva las causas de la inasistencia a cursos virtuales como parte del aprendizaje organizacional del personal técnico de Autogermana S.A.S en Bogotá durante el periodo 2023-2025. Se llevó a cabo bajo los lineamientos de una investigación con enfoque cualitativo basada en el método fenomenológico. Se utilizaron como técnicas de recolección de información los grupos focales y para triangular los resultados se aplicó una encuesta online. Como instrumento se utilizó una guía de preguntas semiestructurada y un cuestionario en Google Forms. La muestra estuvo compuesta por veinticuatro colaboradores técnicos de la empresa, seleccionada mediante un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Los resultados demostraron que los principales factores que inciden en la inasistencia a los cursos virtuales son las limitaciones de disponibilidad de tiempo, falta de salas de formación e insuficiente dotación de herramientas tecnológicas básicas. Adicionalmente existen factores relacionados con la motivación como los incentivos, bonificaciones y retroalimentación que también afectan su asistencia

Get PDFThe following report presents the main design through various functions and implementations that have continued to be conditionally applied over the years in Nutripharma laboratories, which has led to increased production of foods and dietary supplements in the same, exposing the existing problems in the designated R&D area. Deficiencies have been identified in multiple processes such as dispensing, specification measurement, and even industrial simulation testing. Following the framework of a technical and regulatory analysis, different multi-design criteria have been established for the required equipment, which include dryers, encapsulators, sachet machines, and various mixers along with other devices necessary for the required efficient operation of the plant.El siguiente informe presenta el diseño principal a través de varias funciones e implementaciones que se han seguido aplicando condicionalmente a través de los años en los laboratorios Nutripharma lo cual ha llevado a una mayor producción de alimentos y suplementos dietarios en el mismo, exponiendo la problemática existente en el área designada de I+D, se han identificado falencias en múltiples procesos como la dispensación, la medición de especificaciones e incluso las pruebas de simulación industrial. No full textFor the development of this project, whose main objective is to analyze the bioaccumulation capacity of water snail (Eichhornia crassipes) in relation to the iron and manganese present in the La Ramada Irrigation and Drainage District - Canal C, in order to propose a water treatment strategy, four study phases were established. In the first and second phases, the extraction point for the plants and water was selected based on the physicochemical characterization carried out by SENA in the 2019 and 2021 periods, as well as the quantity of water snail present in the area. Subsequently, the samples were extracted and transferred to the laboratory for IPC analysis. This allowed for a comparison and understanding of the initial conditions of the system.Para el desarrollo de este proyecto, cuyo objetivo principal es analizar la capacidad de bioacumulación del buchón de agua (Eichhornia crassipes) en relación con el hierro y manganeso presentes en el Distrito de Riego y Drenaje La Ramada - Canal C, con el fin de proponer una estrategia de tratamiento del agua, se establecieron cuatro fases de estudio. En la primera y segunda fase, se seleccionó el punto de extracción de las plantas y del agua con base en la caracterización fisicoquímica realizada por el SENA en las vigencias 2019 y 2021, así como en la cantidad de buchón de agua presente en la zona. Posteriormente, se extrajeron las muestras y se trasladaron al laboratorio para su análisis por IPC. Esto permitió realizar un comparativo y conocer las condiciones iniciales del sistema

No full textAISI SAE 4340 steel is a high strength alloy used in mechanical and structural applications [1]. Due to its hardenability, toughness and tensile strength, the mechanical and microstructural behavior of this steel varies depending on the heat treatments applied, such as tempering, normalizing, annealing and tempering [3]. The hardenability of AISI SAE 4340 steel is a property that stands out in being able to progressively harden the steel internally [4]. This gives rise to the Jominy test to evaluate hardness as a function of distance. 4340 steel is considered a high hardenability steel due to its nickel, chromium and molybdenum content, which highlights the appearance of ferrite and pearlite, facilitating the transformation to martensite and the development of hardness [5].El acero AISI SAE 4340 constituye una aleación de alta resistencia utilizada en aplicaciones mecánicas y estructurales [1]. Debido a su templabilidad, tenacidad y resistencia a la tracción, el comportamiento mecánico y microestructural de este acero varía según los tratamientos térmicos que se apliquen como, el temple, el normalizado, el recocido y el bonificado [3]. Human capital and its effects on economic growth in Colombia (2010-2023): an analysis based on higher education
No full textThis study analyzes the effects of human capital on economic growth in Colombia during the period 2010-2023, with a particular emphasis on higher education. The main objective is to examine how university and postgraduate education impact key variables such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), productivity and national competitiveness. To do so, a multiple linear regression econometric model with logarithmic transformations is used, which allows measuring the elasticities of GDP in relation to the employed population and educational levels. The results highlight that postgraduate education has the most significant impact on GDP, followed by university education and employment. The analysis reveals a constant increase in GDP and educational levels during the period studied.Este estudio analiza los efectos del capital humano sobre el crecimiento económico en Colombia durante el periodo 2010-2023, con un énfasis particular en la educación superior. El objetivo principal es examinar cómo la educación universitaria y de posgrado impactan variables clave como el Producto Interno Bruto (PIB), la productividad y la competitividad nacional. Para ello, se utiliza un modelo econométrico de regresión lineal múltiple con transformaciones logarítmicas, que permite medir las elasticidades del PIB en relación con la población ocupada y los niveles educativos. Los resultados destacan que la educación de posgrado tiene el impacto más significativo sobre el PIB, seguida de la educación universitaria y la ocupación. El análisis revela un aumento constante del PIB y de los niveles educativos durante el periodo estudiado

No full textCyclic steam injection is an enhanced recovery method widely used in heavy oil fields worldwide. The heavy oil fields of the Middle Magdalena Valley have the right conditions for the implementation of this recovery method, without which the crude oil would not have the possibility of flowing to the surface and the recovery factor would be almost zero. The field of study implemented cyclic steam injection almost from the beginning of its development and has more than 20 years of production associated with thermal recovery through cyclic steam injection. This development has implied that on average there are 18 injection cycles per well, which as the number of cycles increases, the efficiency between the injected volume of steam and the oil recovered during the respective cycle decreases.La inyección cíclica de vapor es un método de recobro mejorado altamente utilizado en campos de crudo pesado a nivel mundial. Los campos de crudo pesado del Valle Medio del Magdalena tienen las condiciones propicias para la implementación de este método de recobro sin el cual el crudo no tendría la posibilidad de fluir a superficie y el factor de recobro sería casi nulo. El campo de estudio implementó la inyección cíclica de vapor casi desde el inicio de su desarrollo y cuenta con más de 20 años de producción asociada al recobro térmico a través de la inyección cíclica de vapor. Este desarrollo ha implicado que en promedio se tengan 18 ciclos de inyección por pozo, lo cual a medida que va incrementando en número de ciclos, va disminuyendo la eficiencia entre el volumen inyectado de vapor y el aceite recuperado durante el respectivo ciclo
