No full textThe main objective is to study the effects of diet on the circadian clock of human liver cells. High-throughput transcriptomics and proteomics collected from in vitro cell cultures are analysed by means of Bioinformatics and Data Analytics techniques, revealing diet-specific liver functionality. Moreover, an integrated analysis of mRNAs and proteins is performed for determining the role of post-transcriptional and post-translational modifications on the final shaping of circadian rhythms
