Innovative Methods in Management and Raising the Quality of Higher Professional Education in Russia
Economic and political changes in contemporary society lead to reforms of many social spheres. The system of education in general and higher professional education in particular is no exception. The issue of ensuring the quality of education has recently attracted great attention in all countries of the world. The key problem of reforming education is raising its quality. In this paper, the object of research was the quality of education provided by higher education institutions. The authors have conducted the analysis of models for raising the quality of education and qualimetry of the laboratory work quality based on a survey of teachers and students. The QFD method was described by the example of its application in five universities of the Russian Federation. It has been proved that this method can provide the university with a planning tool with which higher education institutions can provide services that fully meet the requirements of customers (students, parents, employers, the state and society as a whole), thereby ensuring the suitability of the system to meet external requirements – the Fitness-for-Purpose approach (building goals based on the external environment). In addition, it has also been substantiated that the application of this method in the system of higher professional education will ensure the suitability of the system to achieve its own goals - the Fitness-for-Purpose approach (development, improvement, effective management). Thus, the QFD method will make it possible to support of all types of coordinated activities for the leadership and management of higher education institutions in relation to quality, as well as a set of developed regulatory and methodological documents that determine the content, technologies, methods and means of work of all officials, teachers and students to further improve the quality of educational process, thereby ensuring the competitiveness of higher education institutions and effective development on the global market of educational service
Knowledge Management Practices and Transformational Leadership Traits: Predicting Process Innovation in FMCG Industry
Organizations in the current competitive and challenging situation considered organizational process innovation to sustain themselves with competitive advantage and provisioning of high value products to consumers. The current study investigates the role of transformational leadership traits and knowledge management practices on predicting the process innovation in FMCG companies. Data has been collected from the 10 FMCG companies located in major two cities i.e. Lahore and Karachi, Pakistan. Sample of 200 top line managers have been selected by convenience sampling method and adapted itemized questionnaire has been presented to the top management after a brief session of face to face interviews. Response of 170 top line employees has been registered and statistical testing has been done on SPSS 22. Results indicated that the transformational leadership traits has significantly positive impact on process innovation which effectively expedites the production efficiency of manufacturing units. The knowledge management practices such as acquisition, transfer and application has strong and positively significant association with process innovation. The knowledge management practices positively mediates with transformational leadership traits and resultantly lays foundation for continuous process improvement to survive in market. This conceptual model practically helps the production and manufacturing companies to nurture positive change management attitudes, decreasing production time, expanding products range, development of skills needed to advocate and adopt change, employee involvement, commitment and benefits of large scale economy. This study is limited to FMCGs in major cities and can be expanded to services industry and test the conceptual model
Factores que intervienen en riesgo suicida y parasuicida en jóvenes Chilenos
The establishment of intervening factors in suicide and parasuicide risk brings with it a series of conceptualizations that this article considers and presents in an orderly and simple way, thanks to a systematic review that accounts for studies carried out mainly in the American continent, and especially considering the Chilean dynamics in this regard. As main results, it establishes the explicitness ofpersonal, family and context factors, both social and community, that are reviewed by various authors and that undoubtedly contribute on the one hand to the primary understanding of suicide risk and, incidentally, become a fundamental input for the designand construction of programs to prevent suicidal behavior.El establecimiento de factores intervinientes en riesgo suicida y parasuicida trae consigo una serie de conceptualizaciones que este artículo contempla en primer lugar y que posteriormente presenta de forma ordenada y simple, gracias a una revisión sistemática que da cuenta de estudios realizados principalmente en américa del norte, meridional y del sur, considerando especialmente la dinámica chilena en este aspecto. Como principales resultados establece la explicitación de factores personales, familiares y de contexto tanto sociales como comunitarios, que son revisados desde diversos autores y que sin duda aportan por un lado a la comprensión primaria de riesgo suicidio y de paso se convierten en un insumo fundamental para el diseño y construcción de programas de prevención de la conducta suicida
The Didactic Potential of University Electronic Information and Educational Environment in the Context of a Pandemic
The article outlines the possibilities of using a University Electronic Information-Educational Environment (EIEE) that facilitates the University educational process in the context of a pandemic considering the variety of applicable e-learning tools and difficulties encountered by teachers and students in organizing and implementing distance learning within this period. The major objective of the article is revealing the didactic potential and technologies for providing remote access to University educational resources for arranging the educational process. Study results. The study identified E-resources and electronic environment activities that found to be the most popular between educational process participants in the period of forced transition to distance learning. Besides, the authors list the main difficulties in distance learning arrangement and suggested ways in their overcoming aided by EIEE didactic possibilities and potential. The principal research methods are questionnaire survey, expert assessment method and statistical processing of quantitative research results. The practical implications of the study comprise recommendations development for distance learning arrangement providing for modifying various components of students’ training system in higher education institutions, which is especially important not only in the context of a pandemic, but also under standard academic situations. The paper sets the direction of further research in upgrading the education system. The materials of the article can be helpful to teachers of higher educational institutions, further education establishments, to heads of educational institutions and school teachers in resolving the issues of organizing educational activities in the context of a pandemic for successful fulfillment of the basic educational programs
Education Transformation in the Arctic Region of the Republic Of Sakha (Yakutia) Under the Impact of New Information Technologies in Modern Conditions
Currently, education is considered as a multidimensional and comprehensive process of personality formation. Among other things, it contributes to the development of basic abilities such as critical thinking, problem solving ability, networking, adaptability, and initiative. Learning is continuous and widely accessible, both with regard to adaption and personalization. Nowadays, teachers are required to search for innovative technologies and techniques providing qualitative acquirement of the material and the development of key subject competencies. The objective of the study is to introduce information and communication technologies (ICT) in education. The authors use the methods of testing, questionnaire, study of documents, and reflection. The survey involves 312 full-time and part-time students of M. K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU), among which 178 people represent the Arctic Region. Role of School Administration in Providing an Attractive and Safe School Environment to Students under Vision 2030
This study aimed to identify the role of school administration in providing an attractive and safe school environment for students as one of the requirements to achieve Vision 2030 in public schools in Al-Kharj. A random sample of (16%) of the study population was selected. The questionnaire was distributed to all the study sample. The study has reached several results including: the average response was much higher when asked about the role of school administration in providing an attractive and safe school environment for students. Statistically significant differences between the mean values were observed from the samples towards educational stage in favor of the primary and secondary levels. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean values of the respondents according to the gender variable in the tool as a whole in favor of females. The researcher suggested several recommendations such as improving the level of students to be creative individuals in their community, encouraging educational initiatives that contribute to creating an attractive and safe school environment, and encouraging local community institutions to make donations to the schools and involve them in developing the students psychological, cognitive and physical health
Jurisprudential principles of the cultural system of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Our revolution, unlike other movements and revolutions of the twentieth century, which often had economic and political foundations, was a cultural revolution, and we find carefully in the main slogans of the revolution (independence, freedom, republic and Islam) that Apart from the word "republic", which has a socio-political meaning, other slogans show the cultural foundations of this movement. Therefore, the cultural system of the Islamic Republic of Iran can be considered as the identity and manifestation of the Islamic Revolution. The set of right and wrong infrastructures is called the habitual beliefs and mental beliefs of a country and a nation called the cultural system. In this article, which has been written by descriptive-analytical method and library collection method and the use of Quran and authentic jurisprudential books, we have achieved the following results: The main basis of the cultural system of the Islamic Republic in the era of absence based on perspective He is a revolutionary provincial jurist and at the head of it is the architect of Imam Khomeini's revolution. The goals of the cultural system of the Islamic Republic of Iran are divided into short-term, medium-term, and long-term, the main purpose of which is to pay attention to the freedom of Muslims and to promote and export monotheism. Designing an Educational Effectiveness Model for the Employees of the Selected Organization with a System Dynamics Approach
The purpose of this research is to design an educational effectiveness model for the employees of the selected organization with a system dynamics approach in Iran. In order to achieve the research goal, a sequential mixed method has been used, which includes two qualitative and quantitative parts. In the qualitative part of the research, interview has been used. Necessary information and data were collected from experts and senior managers of the selected organization and then the design of the educational effectiveness model for the employees of the selected organization with a dynamic system approach has been validated. The research results showed that the educational effectiveness model for the employees of selected organization with a system dynamics approach has two parts: the main factors and their indicators. This model has been composed of indicators that are the core and heart of this model and are the basis for evaluating the educational effectiveness, which are called effective factors. The educational effectiveness model for the employees of the selected organization with a system dynamics approach has 7 main factors: learner's readiness, training need assessment, training targeting, training program design, resources and equipment allocation, course monitoring and evaluation and training course management, which includes 56 indicators composing it.
Organization of project activities in the system of advanced training of teachers
Project activity occupies an important place in the system of professional development. Focused on a rapidly changing environment, it provides the widest opportunities for innovative development of the field of additional education. The implementation of project activities allows you to form important for students of courses, leading decisions in the context of global educational competition and high uncertainty of the educational environment. The purpose of the article is to study the experience of organizing project activities in the system of professional development of teachers. Project activity is a joint educational creative activity of course participants that has a common goal and agreed methods to achieve it. The article reveals the experience of project activities of students in the framework of the course "Management in education". In the process of implementing project activities, the project competence of students is formed. Project activity occupies an important place in the system of professional development. Its implementation allows you to radically change the entire learning process, make it active, creative and independent.
Information technologies in teaching humanitarian disciplines
The use of information technology in teaching humanitarian disciplines contributes to the formation of highly qualified, competitive specialists who can adapt to rapidly changing conditions, possessing a high level of development of critical and creative thinking, ready for professional self-development and self-improvement, for the implementation of reflection, capable of setting goals and systematically achieving them. The work actualizes the importance of information technology in the training of highly qualified competitive specialists capable of implementing professional activities at a high level.
