Evaluación diagnóstica a nuevos estudiantes de carreras pedagógicas en Universidades Chilenas del Estado: representaciones sociales sobre el ejercicio profesional docente
Get PDFThis descriptive and interpretative study accounts for results of representations regarding teaching profession which students of initial teaching training report in seven state chilean Higher Education institutions. This study arises from the updating of the national education quality assurance system in which the obligation to apply a diagnostic test is established. For such a purpose, the study population was composed by 1836 students from 2019 cohort of pedagogical programs from this national universities. A Likert - like scale instrument was applied. Numerical descriptive and inferential methods were applied to analyze the information. Generally concluding, common representations are revealed a professional performance regardless of the sex; it suggests that the evaluated subjects shape a clearly modeled professional identity before starting their Initial Teaching Training.Este estudio es de tipo descriptivo e interpretativo y da cuenta de los resultados de las representaciones sobre la profesión docente – con énfasis en el ejercicio profesional docente - que auto-reportan alumnos que ingresan a la Formación Inicial de profesores, en siete instituciones chilenas de Educación Superior estatales. Este estudio surge a partir de la actualización del sistema nacional de aseguramiento de la calidad de la educación, en donde se establece la obligatoriedad de aplicar test de evaluación diagnóstica. Para tal efecto la población estudio estuvo conformada por 1836 estudiantes de la cohorte 2019, pertenecientes a carreras de Pedagogía de estas Universidades del país. Se aplicó un instrumento escala tipo Likert. Para realizar el análisis de la información se aplicaron métodos descriptivos numéricos e inferenciales. En sus principales conclusiones, se devela representaciones comunes en dimensiones sobre ejercicio profesional docente, independiente del sexo, de lo que se desprende que los sujetos evaluados conforman una identidad profesional claramente modelada antes de comenzar su Formación Inicial Docente

Get PDFThe relationship between socioeconomic mobility and school levels has been thematized since the generalization of modern institutionalized education systems. The demand for Chilean quality education is associated with exitism and the formation of Human Capital, crashing with mismatches between public policies, the crisis of legitimization of public education, and the Latin American epistemic advance that influences the pedagogical exercise through critical pedagogy or decolonization as a new way of organizing / re-creating knowledge. Thus, the teacher is required from two dichotomous currents, which makes him a vortex with unusual edges. This article of reflection seeks to expose some aspects of these contradictions, addressing the theory of Human Capital in education and the decolonization of pedagogy, in relation to the expected role of teachers in Chile.La relación entre movilidad socioeconómica y niveles escolares se ha tematizado desde la generalización de los sistemas institucionalizados modernos de educación. La exigencia de educación de calidad chilena está asociada al exitismo y a la formación de Capital Humano, estrellándose con desajustes entre políticas públicas, la crisis de legitimación de la educación pública, y el avance epistémico latinoamericano que influye el ejercicio pedagógico a través de la pedagogía crítica o la descolonización como nueva forma de organizar/re-crear conocimiento. Es así que el docente es requerido desde dos corrientes dicotómicas, lo que le convierte en un vórtice con inusitadas aristas. Get PDFThey presented the results of qualitative and quantitative indicator study concerning the motor activity of schoolchildren of both sexes, obtained by using individual wearable devices-fitness trackers. It was found that 8.2% of students, regardless of gender and age, are characterized by low values of this indicator; 3.4% demonstrate high values of the indicator relative to the hygiene norm.Presentaron los resultados del estudio de indicadores cualitativos y cuantitativos sobre la actividad motora de escolares de ambos sexos, obtenidos mediante el uso de dispositivos portátiles individuales: rastreadores de estado físico. Se encontró que el 8.2% de los estudiantes, independientemente de su sexo y edad, se caracterizan por valores bajos de este indicador; El 3,4% demuestra valores altos del indicador en relación con la norma de higiene

Get PDFThe article analyzes the main problems and contradictions in the formation of legal regimes for the regulation of robotics, artificial intelligence and other innovative technologies of our time. The work content shows the unpreparedness of modern legal science and practice to conceptual and legal design, legal and technical development of the regulatory legal acts aimed at the legislative fixation and regulation of the processes of using artificial intelligence and robots in public relations, as well as definition of responsibility and appropriate protection modes of legitimate interests, rights, freedoms in the system of personality - society - state. The subject of this study is the resolution of these problems and contradictions, as well as the identification of directions for the formation of a legal framework for the regulation of modern innovative technologies and digital processes unfolding in the modern society. The authors distinguish and analyze two consecutive stages: 1) development and introduction of necessary changes in the existing branches of Russian law; 2) conceptual-legal and doctrinal-legal formulation of key development priorities, as well as creation of a new integrated branch of law - robotics law, which has an independent subject and method of legal regulation.El artículo analiza los principales problemas y contradicciones en la formación de regímenes legales para la regulación de la robótica, la inteligencia artificial y otras tecnologías innovadoras de nuestro tiempo. El contenido del trabajo muestra la falta de preparación de la ciencia y práctica legal moderna para el diseño conceptual y legal, el desarrollo legal y técnico de los actos legales regulatorios destinados a la fijación legislativa y la regulación de los procesos de uso de inteligencia artificial y robots en las relaciones públicas, así como definición de responsabilidad y modos apropiados de protección de intereses legítimos, derechos, libertades en el sistema de personalidad -sociedad -estado. El tema de este estudio es la resolución de estos problemas y contradicciones, así como la identificación de direcciones para la formación de un marco legal para la regulación de tecnologías modernas innovadoras y procesos digitales que se desarrollan en la sociedad moderna. Los autores distingueny analizan dos etapas consecutivas: 1) desarrollo e introducción de los cambios necesarios en las ramas existentes de la ley rusa; 2) formulación conceptual-legal y doctrinal-legal de prioridades clave de desarrollo, así como la creación de una nueva ramaintegrada del derecho: la ley de robótica, que tiene un tema y un método de regulación legal independientes

Get PDFIn Russian law, the term "good faith" ("good conscience") refers to different concepts: "honest practice" and "ignorance of the fact when such ignorance generates legal consequences." The article investigate the educational aspects of distinguishing objective and subjective good faith. The questions of application of the rules on subjective good faith to the relations arising in connection with the establishment, circulation and protection of civil rights are considered. The analysis of the content of the legal regime of objects of absolute property rights (things, property security, share in the right of common property, corporate rights) allowed us to conclude that the consideration of the rules on subjective good faith is a natural, necessary element of the legal regime of any object of civil turnover, and the real question is only the recognition of such an element of the legal regime by the rule of law and the definition of the features of its application.En la ley rusa, el término "buena fe" ("buena conciencia") se refiere a diferentes conceptos: "práctica honesta" e "ignorancia del hecho cuando tal ignorancia genera consecuencias legales". El artículo investiga los aspectos educativos de distinguir la buena fe objetiva y subjetiva. Se consideran las cuestiones de aplicación de las normas sobre buena fe subjetiva a las relaciones que surgen en relación con el establecimiento, la circulación yla protección de los derechos civiles. El análisis del contenido del régimen legal de los objetos de derechos de propiedad absolutos (cosas, seguridad de la propiedad, participación en el derecho de propiedad común, derechos corporativos) nos permitió concluir que la consideración de las reglas sobre la buena fe subjetiva es algo natural, elemento necesario del régimen legal de cualquier objeto de renovación civil, y la cuestión real es solo el reconocimiento de dicho elemento del régimen legal por el estado de derecho y la definición de las características de su aplicación
Educar a los principios de la lingüística universal en el concepto «Naturaleza»
Get PDFThe article is concerned with educating the concepts “proper name * toponym + anthroponym” linguocultural category and summarizing the analysis with regard to cognitive perception of Nakh-Dagestanian languages. If we consider the interpretation of the terms “proper name * toponym + anthroponym” from viewpoint of cognitive perception, then the world picture as a linguocultural category actualizes the concept “nature ↔ toponym + color ↔ anthroponym + color”. This procedure for analyzing the terms in the conceptualization of the Nakh-Dagestanian languages makes it possible to adjust the interpretation of the Russian language “Concept “nature” ↔ color + toponym ↕ color + anthroponym”. An analysis of the material shows that the interpretation of the terms with the designation of the concept “nature” differs in hierarchical types of asymmetry of the Nakh-Dagestanian languages of ordered types “class ↔ class member”, and the degree of influence of the scientific world picture on the meaning of the everyday picture of the region is usually structured by the analysis of translation into the Russian language.El artículo trata de educar los conceptos de "nombre propio * topónimo + antropónimo" categoría lingüística y resumir el análisis con respecto a la percepción cognitiva de las lenguas Nakh-Daguestán. Si consideramos la interpretación de los términos "nombre propio * toponym + anthroponym" desde el punto de vista de la percepción cognitiva, entonces la imagen del mundo como categoría lingüística actualiza el concepto "naturaleza ↔ toponym + color ↔ anthroponym + color". Este procedimiento para analizar los términos en la conceptualización de los idiomas Nakh-Daguestán permite ajustar la interpretación del idioma ruso "Concepto" naturaleza "↔ color + topónimo ↕ color + antropónimo". We substantiated the conclusion on constitutional structuring of the formalization of judiciary principles in the sections devoted to the state foundations (constitutional system); human and civil rights and freedoms; judiciary; higher judicial authorities (usually the constitutional court). A comparative legal study of the norms of special sections on judiciary contained in the constitutions of Eastern European countries allowed the author forming a list of principles that organize and constitute the basis of activity of this kind of judiciary; identify the specific nature of their consolidation; present quantitative and qualitative features of the declared fundamental principles.El tema de estudio en este artículo tiene como objetivo educar los conceptos de los principios judiciales en el grupo oriental. Verificamos la conclusión sobre la estructuración constitucional de la formalización de los principios judiciales en las secciones dedicadas a las fundaciones estatales (sistema constitucional); derechos y libertades humanos y civiles; judicial; autoridades judiciales superiores (generalmente el tribunal constitucional). Un estudio jurídico comparativo de las normas de secciones especiales sobre el poder judicial contenidas en las constituciones de los países de Europa del Este permitió al autor formar una lista de principios que organizan y constituyen la base de la actividad de este tipo de poder judicial; identificar la naturaleza específica de su consolidación; Presentar características cuantitativas y cualitativas de los principios fundamentales declarados
The Elimination of the Judge's Mandate and Its Effect on the Civil Judiciary
Get PDFThe function of the judiciary is to protect the law system and the law rights and centers by a request applied to it by the concerned persons, and by issuing decisions and verdicts that remove the state of ignoring which surrounds the right or the law center wanted to be protected in which it gets the binding force of the thing judged owing to its issue which prevents the review of the dispute among the same fellows for the same subject and cause. For the judicial verdict to get the binding force of the thing sentences, it must be issued by a judge in limits of his judicial sponsorship, also, it must be issued in the legally decided form. So, If the judicial sponsorship removed from the judge, for any reason, there will be important results that we will deal with them in this study. And since the Iraqi Law of civil pleadings did not address this issue, we will try in this study to find the best legal ways to address the above topic
Investigating the Effect of Training Career Path Skills based on Super’s Career Development Theory on Academic Self-Concept of Students of Isfahan University
Get PDFThe present study aimed to investigate the effect of training career path skills based on Super’s Development Theory on students’ academic self-concept. The study is a quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design with a control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all students of University of Isfahan year 2018. Using available sampling method, 30 people were selected and randomly, 15 of them were placed in the test group and 15 in the control group. The data collection tool was Academic Self-Concept Scale (ASCS) (Reynolds et al, 1980). The career path skills were trained to the test group for ten 90-minute sessions in groups, and no training was provided to the test group. The data were analyzed using SPSS software at the level of descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviation and at the level of inferential statistics by covariance analysis method. The results showed that training career path skills based on Super’s Development Theory has a significant positive effect on students’ academic self-concept
Studying Bankruptcy of Companies Falling into the Liquidity Trap in Tehran Stock Exchange
Get PDFImproper working capital policies may put companies in a situation where they may have difficulty securing their cash resources; in the financial sector, this is called a liquidity trap. The liquidity trap implies the inability of companies to provide cash resources due to inappropriate working capital policies. Theoretically speaking, companies falling into the liquidity trap have difficulty in fulfilling their obligations and paying off debts, due to applying proper liquidity policies; resulting from lack of cash flows or cash outflows, due to the internal or external factors, they are subject to financial limitations and ultimately bankruptcy. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the companies listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange that have been fallen in the liquidity trap, eventually go bankrupt; using the data of 206 companies in the period of 2008-2017 and based on the liquidity trap prediction model of Vakili Fard et al., the financial limitation prediction models of Kaplan and Zingales, Witedo and modified Kaplan and Zingales, as well as modified Altman bankruptcy prediction models and genetic algorithm, we examined this hypothesis. Confirming the research hypothesis, it was concluded that companies with liquidity trap go bankrupt, unless they reform or change their working capital policies
