Las características de la orientación pedagógica profesional
Get PDFThis study aims to investigate the characteristics of professional orientation in pedagogy. Based on the works of I.S. Yakimanskoy, E.V. Bondarevskaya, A.A. Melik-Pashayeva, I.N. Semenova, V.K. Zaretsky and other researchers, the authors clarified the principles of personal orientation of educational activities that contribute to the development of the professional orientation of students of pedagogical specialties at the university. The article also presents the author’s complex of pedagogical conditions ensuring the development of the professional orientation of students of pedagogical specialties in a higher educational institution. The complex includes the following components: identification and formation of value orientations of students of pedagogical specialties; creating in higher education educational environment that promotes self-realization of the individual; accounting of students' subject experience; development of pedagogical abilities of future teachers; development of professional skills of university teachers as the basis for the formation of professional orientation of students of pedagogical specialties. The article also describes the results of experimental work, which confirmed the effectiveness of the developed complex of pedagogical conditions that ensure the development of the professional orientation of students of pedagogical specialties in a higher educational institution on the basis of personal orientation of educational activities.Este estudio tiene como objetivo investigar las características de la orientación profesional en pedagogía.Basado en los trabajos de I.S. Yakimanskoy, E.V. Bondarevskaya, A.A. Melik-Pashayeva, I.N. Semenova, V.K. Zaretsky y otros investigadores, los autores aclararon los principios de orientación personal de las actividades educativas que contribuyen al desarrollo de la orientación profesional de los estudiantes de especialidades pedagógicas en la universidad. El artículo también presenta el complejo de condiciones pedagógicas del autor que garantizan el desarrollo de la orientación profesional de los estudiantes de especialidades pedagógicas en una institución de educación superior. El complejo incluye los siguientes componentes: identificación y formación de orientaciones de valor de estudiantes de especialidades pedagógicas; creando en la educación superior un ambiente educativo que promueva la autorrealización del individuo; contabilidad de la experiencia de los alumnos en las materias; desarrollo de habilidades pedagógicas de futuros maestros; desarrollo de habilidades profesionales de docentes universitarios como base para la formación de orientación profesional de estudiantes de especialidades pedagógicas. Afrontamiento, vida personal y familiar de profesores que pertenecen al Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI) de una universidad del sureste de México
Get PDFThis study aimed to know the self-perception of the dimensions of coping, as well as personal and family life of researchers belonging to the National System of Researchers (SNI) of a public university in southeastern, Mexico. It was developed from a quantitative, descriptive-exploratory perspective. The study was made up of 121 (96%) of the researchers assigned to the SNI, of which 72 (59.5%) are men (M age = 43.3, SD = 9.5 years) and 49 (40.5%) women (M age = 44.2, DE = 8.4 years). The information-gathering instrument was a questionnaire that was answered with a Likert scale, as well as three open questions. It was found that the members of the SNI of the University of the study are young, and have mostly recognition at level I. In relation to the dimensions of coping and personal and family life, the subjects are almost always satisfied with the variables associated with these dimensions. In sum, the factors that influence their permanence or admission to the SNI, are the skills they possess, the interest, the family and the preparation they received in the field of research.El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo conocer la autopercepción de las dimensiones de afrontamiento, vida personal y familiar de investigadores que pertenecen al Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI) de una universidad pública del sureste de México. Se desarrolló desde una perspectiva cuantitativa, descriptiva-exploratoria. El estudio estuvo conformado por 121 (96%) de los investigadores adscritos al SNI, de los cuales 72 (59.5%) son hombres (M edad = 43.3, DE = 9.5 años) y 49 (40.5%) mujeres (M edad = 44.2, DE = 8.4 años). El instrumento de recolección de la información fue un cuestionario con escala tipo Likert, así como tres preguntas abiertas. Se encontró que los miembros del SNI de la Universidad en estudio son jóvenes y tienen mayormente reconocimiento en el nivel I. En relación a las dimensiones de afrontamiento, vida personal y familiar, los sujetos se encuentran satisfechos casi siempre con las variables asociadas a estas dimensiones. En suma, los factores que influyen en su permanencia o ingreso al SNI son las habilidades que poseen, el interés, la familia y la preparación que recibieron en el campo de la investigación

The study has a quantitative approach of a descriptive type, it was applied to a sample of 361 UPFIN students and some results were that in order to achieve student satisfaction, variables such as: teaching videos, digital library service, linkage with microenterprises, extra classes for those who fail, overtime teaching second language, psychological and social guidance, study guide to present exams, classrooms and laboratories in good condition, plan according to the race, congresses and symposium in different careers, student involvement in research projects, friendly treatment of administrative staff, scholarships for student tickets, demonstrations and training with microentrepreneurs and the general public of what is done in the university.Las instituciones de educación superior se enfocan en la captación de alumnado, así como de su fidelización a la institución, esto se logra mediante la satisfacción en el estudiante. El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar el marketing educativo como estrategia de satisfacción de los alumnos de la Universidad Politécnica de Francisco I, Madero (UPFIN). El estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptiva, se aplicó a una muestra de 361 estudiantes de la UPFIN y algunos resultados fueron que para lograr la satisfacción del educando intervienen variables como: los vídeos de enseñanza, servicio de biblioteca digital, vinculación con microempresas, clases extras para los que reprueban, horas extras de enseñanza de segundo idioma, orientación psicológica y social, guía de estudios para presentar exámenes, salones y laboratorios en buenas condiciones, plan acorde a la carrera, congresos y simposium en diferentes carreras, involucramiento de estudiantes en proyectos de investigación, trato amable de los administrativos, becas para pasajes de alumnos, demostraciones y capacitaciones con microempresarios y público en general de lo que se realiza en la universidad

The authors of the article reveal the pedagogical diagnostics of readiness to creative self-realization in professional activity of higher educational institutions’ students. The purpose of the study is to reveal the results of pedagogical diagnostics of future specialists of preschool education readiness to creative self-realization in professional activity. A diagnostic methodology and criteria of future specialists of preschool education to creative self-realization in professional activity readiness has developed. The criteria of future specialists of preschool education to creative self-realization in professional activity readiness are: motivational and valuable, creative activity, assessment and reflective. Each criterion includes a group of quality indicators. The methodological tools was developed, which was used for pedagogical diagnostics of this professional quality forming in future specialists of preschool education. The experimental study helped to identify the characteristics of qualitative measurements for primary, reproductive and creative levels of readiness of future preschool teachers’ professional training. We see the prospect of further research in the development of methodology of future specialists of preschool education preparing to creative self-realization in professional activity.El artículo está dedicado a la cuestión de los futuros especialistas de formación en educación preescolar para la autorrealización creativa en la actividad profesional. Los autores del artículo revelan el diagnóstico pedagógico de la preparación para la autorrealización creativa en la actividad profesional de los estudiantes de instituciones de educación superior. El propósito del estudio es revelar los resultados deldiagnóstico pedagógico de futuros especialistas en preparación para la educación preescolar para la autorrealización creativa en la actividad profesional. Se ha desarrollado una metodología diagnóstica y criterios de futuros especialistas de educación preescolar para la autorrealización creativa en la preparación para la actividad profesional. Los criterios de los futuros especialistas de la educación preescolar para la autorrealización creativa en la preparación para la actividad profesional son: motivadores y valiosos, actividad creativa, evaluación y reflexión. Cada criterio incluye un grupo de indicadores de calidad. Se desarrollaron las herramientas metodológicas, que se utilizaron para el diagnóstico pedagógico de esta calidad profesional formando en futuros especialistas de educación preescolar. El estudio experimental ayudó a identificar las características de las mediciones cualitativas para los niveles de preparación primaria, reproductiva y creativa de la formación profesional de los futuros maestros de preescolar. Vemos la posibilidad de una mayor investigación en el desarrollo de la metodología de futuros especialistas en educación preescolar que se preparan para la autorrealización creativa en la actividad profesional
Hábitos de estudio y ansiedad en estudiantes andragogos
Get PDFThe objective of this research was to determine the relationship between study habits and self-assessment of anxiety in andragogic students. The research design was non-experimental, cross-sectional of comparative type. The study population consisted of 180 students of the Administration career of the "Working Adult" program of the Private University of the North (UPN), enrolled in the first cycle of the Communication Skills course and the sample size was 139 students. For the measurement of the research variables, the anxiety self-assessment (prepared by Zung), the study Habits inventory (prepared by Luis Vicuña Peri) was used. A significant negative correlation was found between both variables, which means that the group of people who reported higher levels of anxiety had lower rates of study habits.El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación entre hábitos de estudio y autoevaluación de la ansiedad en estudiantes andragogos. El diseño de la investigación fue no experimental transversal de tipo comparativo. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 180 estudiantes de la carrera de Administración del programa “Working Adult” de la Universidad Privada del Norte (UPN), matriculados en el primer ciclo del curso Habilidades Comunicativas y el tamaño de la muestra fue de 139 estudiantes. Para la medición de las variables de investigación, se utilizó la autoevaluación de la ansiedad (elaborado por Zung), el inventario de Hábitos de estudio (elaborado por Luis Vicuña Peri). Se encontró una correlación negativa significativa entre ambas variables, lo que significa que el grupo de personas que reportaron mayores niveles de ansiedad presentaron a su vez menores índices de hábitos de estudio

Get PDFPositive behavioral support is an approach that uses the principles of applied behavior analysis and system changes to improve individuals' quality of life and reduce problem behaviors. In positive behavior support, it is aimed to determine the functions of the problem behaviors of the child and to gain appropriate behaviors that meet the same functions. This study aims to provide an overview of the studies on positive behavior support through a comprehensive literature review and determine the current trends in the studies on positive behavior support interventions. A total number of 53 studies were examined in the study according to year of publication, country, journal, subject, research method, research sample, data collection tools, data analysis method, type of document, research sample, sample size and authors’ study interests. Data were analyzed with content analysis method and results were presented with frequency and percentages in tables and figures. Results were discussed with relevant literature and recommendations for further research and practices were provided.El apoyo conductual positivo es un enfoque que utiliza los principios del análisis de comportamiento aplicado y los cambios del sistema para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas y reducir los comportamientos problemáticos. En el apoyo de comportamiento positivo, tiene como objetivo determinar las funciones de los comportamientos problemáticos del niño y obtener comportamientos apropiados que cumplan las mismas funciones. Este estudio tiene como objetivo proporcionar una visión general de los estudios sobre el apoyo conductual positivo a través de una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura y determinar las tendencias actuales en los estudios sobre intervenciones de apoyo conductual positivo. Se examinó un total de 53 estudios en el estudio según el año de publicación, país, revista, tema, método de investigación, muestra de investigación, herramientas de recopilación de datos, método de análisis de datos, tipo de documento, muestra de investigación, tamaño de muestra y estudio de los autores. intereses. Los datos seanalizaron con el método de análisis de contenido y los resultados se presentaron con frecuencia y porcentajes en tablas y figuras. Repercusiones de las clases virtuales en los estudiantes universitarios en el contexto de la cuarentena por COVID-19: El caso de la PUCP
Get PDFDesde la aparición de la pandemia de la COVID-19, han ocurrido cambios drásticos en los hábitos de vida de los seres humanos. La educación universitaria no es ajena a las diversas reformas que la coyuntura actual demanda. Por ello, muchas de ellas adaptaron sus clases a una modalidad netamente virtual. En ese contexto, la presente investigación busca analizar las repercusiones en la salud mental de los estudiantes de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) en el marco de la cuarentena por COVID-19. Para ello, recoge las percepciones de una muestra de 74 estudiantes de la facultad de Estudios Generales Letras en base a su experiencia con las clases no presenciales en tiempos de pandemia. La muestra se dividió en dos grupos: el primer grupo, con adecuados recursos tecnológicos y el segundo grupo, carente de tecnologías de calidad. Los resultados muestran que la principal consecuencia para el primer grupo es el estrés a causa de la sobrecarga académica, y para el segundo, aparte del estrés, la frustración y la deserción universitaria

Get PDFThe purpose of this research was to analyze the relationships between the factors that influence entrepreneurial Intention (EI), using a modified version of Ajzen’s theory of planned behaviour (TPB), considering the perception of behaviour. This examination depended on participants' demographic characteristics and psycho-social behavioural traits of attitude (ATT), Subjective norm (SN), and perceived behavioural control (PBC). The establishment of a new business entails various forms of action to achieve desired results. This research analyzes entrepreneurship as the creation of business by engaging in rational behaviour to optimize the use of available technologies and financial sources. These activities are not standardized: They emerge from the entrepreneurial imagination, the perception of new opportunities, and innovation. The aim of a business is not just to produce and sell goods or services. A company must determine the appropriate means of providing them and choose the values to be adopted in the procedure of doing so. Companies should also identify the actions to be taken so that principals or employees incorporate these values into their activities and establish the character that will permit them to regards options and make correct decisions in keeping with the business’s goals

Exercises for impaired posture should be aimed primarily at preventing progression and correcting curvature and twisting of the vertebrae. It is important not only the correction of curvature, but also the stabilization of the spine in a corrected position. Saving the achieved results contributes to the formation of a new static-dynamic stereotype of the spine. This is possible by deliberately influencing the upper and lower in relation to the main curvature of the links of the musculoskeletal system and muscle tone-regulating groups involved in posture formation
