Representation of Communicative and Pragmatic Frame ‘Intellect’ In English, German and Russian Paremiological World Pictures
The purpose of the study is to conduct a cognitively-comparative analysis of the representation of the communicative-pragmatic frame intellect (Russianум, German Klugheit) objectified in proverbs of English and Russian languages, which, being a reflection of the world view of a particular ethnic group, are a conventional way of expressing stereotypes of the people. The scientific novelty of the study lies in a comprehensive analysis of stereotypical assessments of the intellectual abilities of an individual as a representative of a particular society, through the study of paremias containing the nomination of the intellect – foolishness binome in the English, German and Russian paremiological view of the world. The article bears the result of the study of 1243 proverbial units – 412 English, 433 German and 398 Russian proverbs and sayings. As a result, universal and unique stereotypical representations of the value and the availability of knowledge and intelligence were revealed; the relationship between the level of mental abilities and behavior, luck; dependence of intelligence on alcohol, age, wealth and happiness. In addition, a correlation was determined between related (English and German) and unrelated (Russian) languages, which, in turn, facilitates the process of cognitive learning of the languages studied. Consequently, the article contributes to solving the problems of intercultural communication.

During the XIX century in Kazan not only amateur music-making was actively developed but also were created music-public associations and private music teachers became widespread. The concert and performance in Kazan inevitably went through single phases and stages of development common to the whole country. Over time, amateur performance gives way to professional performance. The article is used a set of humanitarian and historical methods. The materials may be interesting for researchers of music education in Russia, as well as Russian provincial culture
Confrontations in the historical part of Shahnameh with the approach of Louis Strauss
The opposition of the opposites is also reflected in the myth of the nations and one of the main fields of the myth is the struggle of different forces. Myth is the mother of epic, and any nation that does not have a myth is also useless of epic, and the main background of the epic of any nation is its myth. So this fundamental concept has also found its way into the epic; But in the process of materialization of phenomena from myth to epic, mythical concepts are formed differently in the epic, and during this process, the confrontation of human beings or heroes with evil forces, the confrontation of two tribes and clans, The two heroes become one with each other. In general, it can be said that epic is the fruit of man's struggle with anything that is against his dreams and aspirations and in opposition to his will and action. Meanwhile, the contrast between the phenomena of nature such as night and day, darkness and light, drought and wet season, greenery and autumn and the like, had caused the human way of thinking and worldview based on the same contrast. And as a result, human mythology is full of these contradictions. Moreover, even in later periods, such a way of thinking has prevailed in the human mind and historical data have been analyzed and explained based on this approach. Another important factor in the existence of confrontation and contradiction in mythology is the existence of secondary ideas in these works; Because the important principle in the dual thought of the myths of ancient Iran is the conflict between the demonic forces and the Ahura forces, which considers the whole world as the place of these two opposing forces; Influenced by this idea, we always encounter confrontation and war between groups in Shahnameh. One of the important sources and a collection of myths and legends and even valuable historical contents of this region is Ferdowsi's Shahnameh, which is divided into three parts: mythology (from the time of Kiomars to the kingdom of Fereydoun), heroism (from the rise of the blacksmith to The assassination of Rostam and the reign of Bahman, son of Esfandiar) and historical (from the reign of Bahman and the birth of Alexander to the opening of Iran to the Arabs) has been divided
Nasser Khosrow and Sanai Poets of Bipolar or Multipolar? (Poetic awakening from dream to reality)
Different views have long been expressed about poetry, its essence and purpose. Poetry and the environment, together, are constantly changing and being influenced by each other. Poetry as a social necessity has always been a tool to promote worldly and spiritual purposes. Nasser Khosrow and Sanai, bipolar poets whose dark thoughts and ideas could not be found in the dark pole of their poetry and thought, and as a result of their inner intellectual and revolutionary awakening, marked a turning point in the history of culture and literature of this rich border. They figured out and made the poem, which they had previously employed in their worldly needs and lowly interests, as a means of spreading morality and religion, and they were epoch-making. Regardless of some of the intellectual contradictions that result from going through different mental states, their poetry has been a mirror of their society's pain and aspirations. This study, while explaining the characteristics of good and committed poetry and its mission, deals with the subject of intellectual awakening, its causes and contexts in the poetry and thought of these two poets, and examines the effect of this awakening on their intellectual orientation, whether it is possible between dark and light poles. Their thought was absolutely different, or this demarcation - in terms of their intellectual contradictions - is merely the result of views based on prejudice, absolutism and sanctification
The linguistic components of intercultural communications on an example of a multicultural society: comparative studies of cultures
Intercultural communication is considered a progressively developing trend, both abroad and in modern Russia. The concept of Western research on this topic is interdisciplinary approaches this situation is conditioned by the need for a multilateral analysis of the processes taking place in this field. Attention is focused on studying the barriers to communication of representatives of many socio-cultural systems. The information reflects the experience of using Western methodology to analyze the problems of intercultural interaction. The main barriers that reduce the effectiveness of interactions are the differences in cognitive schemes that are relevant for representatives of certain cultures (in particular linguistic and non-verbal schemes, moments of public consciousness). The results of the study do not allow the dissemination of conclusions to an extremely broad social context. But due to the experience of interpreting the problems of intercultural communication, information is useful for organizations that function in the field of education, as well as leading dialogue between Russia and the West. It was possible to identify approaches to the definition of intercultural communication as an important branch of knowledge in the context of globalization, analyzing domestic and foreign traditions. The factors that predetermine the effectiveness of communication, as well as methods for overcoming complexities in the course of intercultural communication, are listed. The approaches that form the basis of the process of preparing people for life and work in a multicultural society, in the context of intercultural communication, are at the center of attention. Thanks to the culture of communication, it is possible to achieve mutual understanding between different nations, to form national self-consciousness, as well as the effective development of traditional cultures. A valuable social function is to translate not just the national and ethnic culture, but also to introduce the younger generation to common values, the world cultural process, of which the culture of any people is considered a part. For this, a dialogue of cultures is established, inter-ethnic communication appears. Nowadays there are quite a lot of nationalistic tendencies explaining the desire of the ethnoses to revive and preserve, develop personal cultural traditions and language, and to establish modern culture at the personal and group level thanks to national forms and symbols
Examining the jurisprudential ruling on "Astrology and its teaching and learning" from the perspective of contemporary jurisprudence
"Tanjim" means "belief in the effect of the state of the constellations and the movement of stars in human life and terrestrial events" is one of the topics that have long been of interest to humans, including Muslims. The existence of some narrations, for or against this issue, has caused the jurists of Islamic religions to disagree about its permission or sanctity. As far as it is mentioned in Shiite jurisprudential books as one of the forbidden achievements. The issues related to the jurisprudential ruling of Tanjim can be examined in four areas; The principle of entering the discussion of stars and astronomy; Teaching and learning it; Practice it; and acquire it. In this research, in a descriptive-analytical manner, with the information obtained from the library method, and by analyzing the narrations, we examine the arguments of the jurists of the two sects in the second area. Research findings show that; The teaching of astrology is permissible and sometimes recommended if it means astronomy and cosmology. However, it is forbidden if it requires other prohibitions, such as believing in the independent influence of the stars in terrestrial events, or their association with God, lying, or foretelling suspicious matters

Logro de competencias en el proceso de aprendizaje durante tiempos del COVID-19
This paperpresents aresearch carried out on the achievement of competenciesduring the learning process in times of COVID-19 in Peruvian Basic Education, which has gone from a face-to-face modality to another ofdistancelearning. For the variable achievement of competencies, four dimensions have been considered: cognitive, communicative, social and ethical. It was developed within the quantitative approach, its level was descriptive explanatory, of non-experimental design, transactional exploratory, applying a survey to 212 teachers of an educational network in Metropolitan Lima. The objective was to analyze the predominant factor that hinders the achievement of the prioritized competencies. Applying the logistic regression, from the teachers' perspective, it was possible to determine that the feedback (0.589) and the portfolio evaluation (0.694) are factors that hinderthe achievement of competencies since they show significance values greater than the theoretical (α = 0.05), while the role of the family (0.00) does not hinderthis achievement. The teacher, being a learning mediator, must promote the development of competencies.Factors such as feedback and evaluation of the evidence portfolio should have significance in his/her students; but in this research they are rather factors that are limiting the achievement of competencies.
Educational Reforms in the Context of Contemporary Civilizational Changes
Analysis of educational system seems to be the most reasonable when the key points are reformation and modernization of education, since the mentioned processes are the response to transformations in adjacent social spheres caused in their turn by objective changes, which may include civilizational, transnational changes in education at national level. This article is devoted to the estimation of educational reforms in the context of contemporary civilizational changes. The research aimed to systematize the features of development of reforms in the field of education, to develop measures on coordination of activities among main participants in educational process, to determine its main features in the context of civilizational changes. It has been established that the key point is to detect balance between autonomous right of a university to render education and scientific studies for economy and society, and responsibility of state for assurance of quality, accountability, integrity, and availability of education. It has been proved that the education sector needs investment to improve learning and research conditions. Another issue is implementation of new forms of financing, including on competitive basis, to support interest and interaction between universities and business environment. It has been determined that new trends in cooperation should not only concern the development of innovations and commercialization but also attract employers to cooperation aiming at development of new or updating the existing learning programs
Informing educators by examining the features of Russian-Tatar relation coverage by Tatar historians
A special place belongs to the historical thought of the late 19th - early 20th centuries in the spiritual heritage of the Tatar people. In a short time, Tatar historians have achieved significant results in the reconstruction and study of the national past. Their successes were appreciated by Russian and European scholars and orientalists, and their unconditional leadership among other Turkic Muslims was generally recognized. The works by Sh. Mardzhani, R. Fakhrutdinov, G. Akhmarov, H. Atlasi, G. Gubaidullin are being republished today and are returned to the reader. Their work is being successfully studied, but there are no works where the formation and development of Tatar historical science at the end of the 19th - beginning of the 20th centuries would be considered specifically. A systematized study of the historical thought of the Tatars during the Jadid period, the determination of the characteristics, trends, and the directions of its development remains an urgent task of modern science. This scientific article examines the features of Russian-Tatar relation coverage by Tatar historians of the late 19th - early 20th centuries, reveals the information and analytical activities of censorship and its special attention to historical writings, contains an overview of little-known sources - popular editions and publications in time-based press, dated to the centenary of The Patriotic War of 1812 and the 300th anniversary of the House of Romanov, the authors of which, showing the commonality of the historical fate of Russians and Tatars, substantiated the thesis of "equal rights in a common Fatherland". The obtained analytical results are very effective in increasing the level of education of educators in this field
