    Desarrollo de la práctica preprofesional en el contexto no presencial: experiencias en educación inicial

    The research systematized the development of pedagogical practice in the initial education career, during the first stage of the Covid-19 pandemic. For this purpose, a qualitative study was carried out, aligned to a design for the systematization of experiences method; reflecting on the evolution of the corresponding subject, with the participation of 23 students, each in charge of 20 children and their families (n = 460), with the guidance of the university professor. The results were; application of didactic-pedagogical strategies of the processes in the remote context; use of enhanced digital resources creating contextualized materials for interaction and; the approach to the unavoidable emotional accompaniment in the face of childhood vulnerability. At the end of the study, it is concluded that it is impossible to unlink educational technology from affective aspects, which were well assumed, translating into learning achievement, collective efforts in consensual work of schools, families and universities.La investigación sistematizó el desarrollo de la práctica pedagógica en la carrera de educación inicial, durante la primera etapa de la pandemia Covid-19. En ese propósito, se realizó un estudio cualitativo, alineado a un diseño para el método sistematización de experiencias; reflexionándose sobre la evolución de la asignatura correspondiente, con la participación de 23 estudiantes, cada una a cargo de 20 niños y sus familias (n=460), con el acompañamiento de la docente universitaria. Los resultados fueron; aplicación de estrategias didáctico-pedagógicas de los procesos en el contexto remoto; empleo de recursos digitales potenciados creando materiales contextualizados para la interacción y; el abordaje del acompañamiento emocional ineludible frente a la vulnerabilidad de la infancia. Al término del estudio se concluye que, es imposible desvincular la tecnología educacional, de los aspectos afectivos, que bien fueron asumidos traduciendo en logro de aprendizaje, los esfuerzos colectivos en trabajo consensuado de escuelas, familias y universidad

    The Role of Water Resources Management in Reducing the Production Costs of Agricultural Products

    In order to achieve the goals of sustainable agricultural and rural development, agricultural education is an issue that should be in base considered and researched according to the importance of the issue and its related challenges must be realistically analyzed, Since water is one of the effective factors in the agricultural sector that plays a vital role in the production of agricultural products. There are several factors for low water productivity in the country, one of which can be considered non-optimal and unplanned use of water. It is clear that by increasing the level of awareness of farmers about the type of management of agricultural water resources it is possible to reduce current expenses and then to achieve high productivity and increasing income from crops and orchards. Therefore, in this study, the optimal management of water and reduction of production costs in the agricultural sector in Zabrkhan county of Neishabour city has been studied. The research method in this article was a descriptive- analytical method and the data was collected by two methods of library and field methods. The results show that the production cost per hectare of all crops in lands under water resources management is less than unmanaged lands. This rate varied between 3.4 to 16.8 percent. If we associate this reduction in production cost with product efficiency and use the cost per kilogram of production as a criterion, the reduction will be 165.2% for irrigated wheat, 150% for irrigated barley, 106.8% fodder corn and 54.4% for garden products. Therefore, according to the research results, the research hypothesis is confirmed

    Explaining the model of comprehensive waste management in urban and rural areas and intermediate spaces (Case study: Khorasan Razavi province)

    One of the main topics of sustainable development is environmental issues. Waste management is one of the most important environmental programs in the world. Today, statesmen have come to the conclusion that in order to achieve an ideal and sustainable society, it is necessary to pay attention to waste management. This study was conducted to identify the current status of waste management in Khorasan Razavi province and provide an optimal management model. This is a descriptive-analytical study. The sample population includes all cities and villages of Khorasan Razavi province. The sample size in cities with waste management organization was in full and in other cities and districts using random sampling method using Cochran's formula. The results were classified and analyzed using SPSS, Excel and GIS software. Data collection tools were library resources, field resources including interviews with experts, managers and professors of technology. Preparation and completion of questionnaires from urban and rural areas is the preparation of checklists and field visits. Based on the SWOT model strategy and internal and external environment analysis, the most important strength is the reduction of entrepreneurship in the implementation of waste management activities and the lack of a comprehensive plan for waste management is the most important weakness. In assessing the external environment, the existence of industries and markets for the consumption of recycled materials in the province and the region is the most important opportunity and the existence of economic crises in urban and rural communities and industrial areas in the region is the most important threat. The results of the study indicate the need to improve the framework and infrastructure of waste management in the province and the development of laws and detailed monitoring systems to implement the findings and scientific and practical experiences of other countries to achieve economic, social and environmental goals

Up to now, various approaches and interpretive books have been emerged to decipher and decode this divine blessing, but non of them has been perfect, and each is considered as a defect.     Successful results of all types of professional activities largely depend on the quality of training. At present, however, the acquired knowledge does not guarantee a university graduate stability of success throughout his/her career. Thus, the concept of lifelong education was gradually formed. From the previously established stereotype “education for life”, society is moving to the “education throughout life”. The traditional division of a person’s active life into the period of professional activity and study is blurring. There is a need for a transition to continuing professional education throughout life. One of the most important tasks for the management is to ensure the continuous development and survival of the organizations. Such a task is also vital for the institutions of additional professional education. With the transition to the newly established market relations, in the Russian Federation, the conditions for the operation of the system of additional professional education have changed significantly. First of all, a market for services in the field of additional professional education has emerged, where a large number of organizations of various forms of ownership operate, creating strong competition. In these conditions, the maximum consideration of different factors influencing on the additional professional education institutions, as well as the choice of a management strategy, is an important condition for their successful development and competitiveness. The demand of society for an effective system of additional vocational education determines its place and role in the state policy in relation to the development of human resources.     The importance of psychological factors is manifested in the ability of students to acquire knowledge, gaining skills, perception of educational information, attitude to others, mutual understanding with people around. Taking this into consideration, the purpose of the academic paper is to study the basic aspects of the development of teachers’ professional competence in the context of transformational processes in education. Such methods as: theoretical analysis, description, comparison, synthesis, grouping, measurement, observation and experiment, have been used in order to achieve the purpose and objectives outlined in the academic paper. It has been established that the motivation of students to carry out educational and professional activities is a set of psychological factors, through the influence of which the interconnection between the motivation and desire of the student to study is conducted. In the course of the investigation, it has been found that the influence of psychological factors is quite effective in the case of motivating students to study. It has been proven that increasing the motivation of students to study is possible through: a common learning environment in the students’ collective; students’ participation in discussions, conferences, competitions; work in groups; application of innovative technological methods of studying educational material

    In recent decades, various theories and movements have been formed regarding women and their role in human society, and a number of experts have sought to eliminate gender stereotypes arising from patriarchal culture. They have been identifying women. Among them is Clarissa Pincola Estes, who has taken an important step in achieving dignity for women with her theory of creative women. In the field of classical Persian literature, despite the dominance of patriarchal culture, in some cases we have witnessed the emergence of women who have broken social norms and tried to achieve an identity independent of men. Rostam Dokhtar's lady is one of these women whose thoughts and behaviors are mentioned in the's poem. In this research, with reference to library resources and descriptive-analytical method, as well as the use of components of the theory of creative women from Estes, the characteristics of Banu Ghasseb have been studied and described. The results show that this woman has an independent female personality and has made efforts to combat the culture of male monologue. His negative reaction to love and marriage to Gio, the killing of Tamratash Turani, the fight against Rustam and the Indian suitors are some of the manifestations of this effort. With complete self-knowledge, the use of creativity, as well as awareness of her physical abilities, she transforms feminine passivity and stagnation into dynamism, and with an unyielding spirit, a laudable attempt to eliminate the unfavorable life situations.     Social Female Adaptation / Resocialization in the Russian Reality

    Adaptation to the conditions of freedom and the resocialization of persons who served their terms is determined by a gender factor, especially in societies with a bright masculine characteristic, to which the Russian society belongs too. In such societies, the process of female post-penitentiary adaptation is more complicated, because it, as before, is dominated by a more negative attitude to female crime than to male one. This is a reflection of the specifics of a society of a masculine type, where the system of double standards influences public consciousness and determines the attitude towards persons who broke the law depending on their gender. Thus, the post-penitentiary female resocialization in Russia occurs under the influence of a combination of factors and difficulties that are typical for this period of women’s lifetime, typical of ex-prisoners in Russia and connected with a specific attitude of the society to female crime as well. This situation, in many respects, determines an unsuccessful scenario of the process of post-penitentiary female resocialization and, as a result, increases risks of recurrent crime in the female environment in the modern Russian societ
