Get PDFBaculoviruses have shown to be a good tool for insect pest control. Numerous natural baculoviruses have been used as biopesticides worldwide as they are naturally occurring pathogens, highly specific with limited host range, and without lethal effects on non-target organisms. The aim of the present paper is to discuss the results of two years attempt of biological control of H. cunea populations with a baculoviral product. In the report there are also submitted the results of the joint application of the biological preparation Virin ABB-3. The preparation is based on viruses of nuclear polyhedrosesis and granuoses with cumulative and synergetic action. In such context, the problem is connected to large application of baculoviral preparation that have become a reality only by elaboration and organization of production of such biological means, work registered after execution of deep biotechnological researches. Meanwhile, the experiment in which viruses were used and successfully control of the species H.cunea persistently indicate that the insect viruses play an important role in restoring and constructing stable natural and antropinated ecology system

Get PDFВ статье рассмотрен системный подход и обоснован системно-интеграционный подход, применительно к исследованию стратегического менеджмента человеческого капитала. Необходимость использования системно-интеграционного подхода обуславливается наличием трех основных уровней стратегического управления, каждый из которых рассматривается как отдельная система, с присущими им тенденциями и закономерностями развития. Интеграция управления от одной системы к другой системе или множеству систем придает процессу принятия решений особый характер, который, по мнению автора, характеризуется системно-интеграционным подходом.The article examines the system approach and substantiates the system-integration approach with reference to the study of strategic management of the human capital. The need to use the system integration approach is conditioned by the existence of three main levels of strategic management, each of which is viewed as a separate system, with its inherent tendencies and patterns of development. The integration of management from one system to another system or to a multitude of systems gives the decision-making process a special character, which, in the author’s opinion, is characterized by a system-integration approach.У статті розглянуто системний підхід і обгрунтований системно-інтеграційний підхід, стосовно до дослідження стратегічного менеджменту людського капіталу. Необхідність використання системно-інтеграційного підходу обумовлюється наявністю трьох основних рівнів стратегічного управління, кожен з яких розглядається як окрема система, з притаманними їм тенденціями і за-кономірностями розвитку. Інтеграція управління від однієї системи до іншої системи або безлічі систем надає процесу прийняття рішень особливий характер, який, на думку автора, характеризується системно-інтеграційних підходом

Get PDFData are presented on inventorying of the wild sweet cherry population (Prunus avium L.) in forest ecosystems of different soil-climatic zones of the Republic of Moldova. Multiple cases of loss of trees of this forest culture due to ecological stresses (mainly drought) were revealed that lead to change of tree stand composition and also to erosion of species gene pool. For multi-way use of the wild sweet cherry in different economic sectors it is necessary to strengthen investigations on the study of variability potential of different genotypes, create a network of genetic nurseries and establish an effective system of in situ and ex situ conservation
