Get PDFThe results of industrial tests with treatment of different types of glass containers by constant magnetic field are analyzed and integrated. Main parameters of thermomagnetic treatment of glass: temperature – between 500 and 600 0C, vector’s magnitude of magnetic induction – to 0.22 T, duration of field affect – between 1 and 4 s. Mechanical strength of glass containers after thermomagnetic treatment grows by 30-40 %, micro hardness – by 10-20 %, thermos ability – 5-10 %
