The expedience of including the biological preparation Trichodermin Th-7F or its analogues in the complex measures against the accumulation of rest stages of the dangerous wide specialisation phytopathogens on the after harvesting plant residues is pointed out. Trtichodermin contributes to plants nutrition, stimulates their growth and development and is environment-friendly The Trichodermin application not only diminishes the negative consequences of the no-till system but strengthens its positive properties

No full textExpected results in improving grapevine can be obtained only when using the technique of directed interspecific hybridization based on crossing genotypes from different eco-geographical areas, thus creating native varieties of grapevine. In this case, the genotype combines the desired properties and characteristics of the parent forms. As a result, the formation of genotypic characteristics necessary for adaptation occurs. The adaptation of the created varieties to extreme environmental conditions is possible only if they have been received as a result of crossbreeding of various species (taxa) of grapevine. Besides possessing high resistance to diseases and pests, these genotypes are characterized by high adaptability to the soil and climatic conditions

Get PDFThis article presents the comparative analysis of “Ballad", written by Nobel prize winner W. Szymborska, and its translation created by A. Akhmatova. Special attention is paid to the comparison of the main levels of the poetical texts such as: system of images, spatial-temporal frame, lyrical action, conflict, the special features of poetics, melodics. The article demonstrates the similarities and differences between the original text and its translated version. Despite the common features, there are some differences what are explained by differences between lexical structures and syntax of Russian and Polish. There is the conclusion about the adequacy of translation and similarity of worldview (world conceptions) of these poetesses in the final of the article

Get PDFThe purpose of this research to identify opportunities for counseling family in special situations of crisis.In way this goal we chose the research sample of families marked by violence, the special situation of crisis, considering a current and a major threat to families in our country. In this research we have proposed two hypotheses, according to which we have assumed that the family members who were exposed to violence are marked by trauma psycho-emotional, too, that family involvement marked by domestic violence programs in counseling family reduce trauma psycho-emotional plight as a consequence of their victimization. Research results have shown the assumptions made and showed that counseling is an effective tool to remove the family from the crisis

No full textA decision has been taken by the selection of alternatives from a variety of options available at a given moment, it is an essential part of our daily life. We will appoint decision „a solution adopted by a system (person, group, organization, mass caterer) with a view of solving a problem”. This situation leads to the approach of making-decision process from completely different perspective from that of individual decision. As it's all about group in human quality to the subject TDM, specific problems arise dynamics of the group. Collective situation becomes a potential source of activation, the mobilization of energy social phenomena. Degree of involvement of participants is different, that is reflected into the dynamic of the group. An attempt was made to identify factors affecting collective decisions. Depending on the nature of the subject problem to discussion group, the rules in relation to which it is adopted decision are different. Groups are heterogeneous by definition: the participants are driven by special interests, each of them with diverse information and different opinions and joins at different values. All these differences are translated by discrepancies, opposition between „agreement” and „disagreement” within the framework of the group. External conflict between a person and other internally transposed by a tension is required to be reduced by solving disagreement. The members of the group have different knowledge, so that the group's knowledge is greater than knowledge held by any of its members. In this case each member of the group has some of the information that the others do not hold. As a result, the knowledge, information, opinions available to each group will determine its initial orientation. In group discussion, it is much more likely that the participants to come up with arguments in favor of its initial attitude, causing segregation among all members of the group. It is shown that the members of the group of decision tend to be far less moderate in assuming decision with increased level of risk, because they believe that the potential negative consequences of their decisions will be responsible for all members of the group
