No full textThis paper addresses the issue of the place and role of universities in social development in general and in the Republic of Moldova in particular. About the role of universities in the world is spoken by taking, for example, the University of Chicago. The author refers to the state of affairs in the Moldovan higher education system, elucidating a very dangerous situation regarding the educational and formative dimension of the formation of specialists with higher education. No full textThe field research has been carried out in the first decade of July 2016. The research of flora, of the urban ecosystem in Orhei town is based on the studies of the 8 resorts. It highlights the presence of 106 species of magnoliophyte plants, grouped in 94 genres from 35 families. The majority of these species is represented by spontaneous ones. In some of the investigated sectors some species of cultivated trees have been identified: the walnut tree, cherry tree, apricot tree, pear tree. Species encountered with a higher frequency are ubiquitous, some of them are assigned into the category of invasive and are represented by: Polygonum aviculare L., Convolvulus arvensis L., Plantago lanceolata L., Ambrosia artemisifolia L., Sonchus arvensis L., Elytrigia repens (L.) Gould, Bromus arvensis L., Acer negundo L

No full textÉtant donné que le nom de personne physique a des tangences avec les autres institutions qui synthétise l’état individuel de la personne, s’impose d’être réglementé par la même loi, c’est-à-dire, la loi applicable au état personnel en ensemble. Surtout, le nom tienne directement d’état civil, et celle-ci est gouvernée, en conformité avec les normes conflictuelles moldaves, par la loi nationale. Pourtant, le nom de personne, grâce à fait que se obtienne et par les autre moyens que celui de filiation, attire l’applicabilité des autres loi, par exemple, la loi de forum ou lex causae
