Get PDFIn the context of modern educational reform, the curricular contents of artistic disciplines taught in music/arts schools reflects the internal logic structure of the particular areas of study. These contents represent a system of artistic, cultural, moral and educational values, designed in the official curriculum documents and transmitted in the educational-artistic and educational process to the subjects taught.
In the article, the didactics of artistic disciplines are conceptualized and a specific approach is made between the logic of general disciplines and the logic of the interpretative-artistic disciplines. As a result, it is established that the content of the musical-artistic disciplines represents means, didactic tools aiming to achieve general educational outcomes, as well as the formation of specific competences, corresponding to the educational-artistic field. Thus, in music/arts schools the teacher carries out a formal guided and organized process. At the basis of this specific artistic-cognitive process is the artistic knowledge

The article analyzes the problems for realizing the current evaluation in the context of the training necessity and appreciation of the graduates’ professional skills in this type of education. Get PDFStimulating the return migration of migrant workers is a strategic goal of migration policy promoted by countries facing enormous waves of departures abroad labor.Theoretical and empirical literature on migration from countries in course of developing has assessed the posibility of countries of origin to benefit from international labor migration.In this context were outlined three ways: the return migration, remittances and incentives. The national strategy on migration and asylum for 2011-2020 includes a compartment for returning migrants, as people often face problems returning socioeconomic reintegration which is why it‘s necessary to create a favorable environment for adaptation of former migrants. Thus facilitating the reintegration of returning migrant workers and their economic, social, etc. is the first objective of this point. To achieve this objective was developed an action plan on stimulating the return and reintegration of Moldovan migrant workers 2012-2014
