No full textThis thesis is devoted to the analysis of the notion of „juridical truth”. From logical-gnoseological and axiological perspectives, the content of the term „legal norm” is analyzed. It is concluded that legal statements contain not only truths about human deeds, but also express the fairness of judgments made by legal specialists regarding social events in terms of legal norms. It is argued that legal norms themselves, as imperative judgments (prescriptions), belong to axiology and, as complex rational structures, they cannot be qualified from gnoseological perspective as true or false

Gridul cuprinde instrucţiuni de utilizare a programului, repartizate în paşi cu descrierea detaliată fiecărui opţiuni.
Lucrarea este destinată conducătorilor întreprinderilor, managerilor sau specialiştilor care se ocupă de planificarea şi gestiunea investiţiilor la întreprindere, precum şi proprietarilor care evaluează activitatea investiţională în scopul verificării cheltuielilor fondului investiţional.

Full text linkThis article discusses the narrative art of writer Serafim Saka in the short story. The exponent of the generation that brought back the Romanian literature from Bessarabia to the aesthetic, Serafim Saka managed to get out of the influence of Druță - lyrical and symbolic style. The prose writer Serafim Saka tries to organize his fabula according to the rigor of modern literature. The voices of official criticism did not agree with the "experiment" of the young prose writer Saka. Mihai Cimpoi - a promoter of aesthetic critique - noted the novelty of the narrative style, calling it "working style". Thematically classified in a few categories, the stories present common stylistic features: acting narration, essayistic and ironic character, echniques of psychological investigation the inner monologue, etc
