Using Interdisciplinary Trauma-Informed Approaches to Modify University Courses and Departments: First Year Findings and Program Revisions
Five interprofessional programs at Andrews University collaborated in the development of a campus-wide initiative to infuse trauma-informed approaches (Palmer, 2020) into undergraduate courses. The Attitudes Related to Trauma-Informed Care Scale 45 (ARTIC-45) was used to measure longitudinal faculty outcomes in this two-and-a-half-year, mixed-methods study. Initial findings, needed adjustments, and campus-wide responses will be presented from the first year of this study
