    No full text
Drawing on research in both the EdTech and Professional Development fields, we\u27ll discuss the critical role that technology can, and should, play in modern education, and why that\u27s especially true for Adventist education, despite a general history of neglect. It feels counterintuitive to waste time or add one more thing to an already full day when you are an overworked and stressed-out teacher. In this presentation, De takes you on a mini-doodle journey to show how taking time out for creative self-care actually decreases your load and improves your ability to relax, think, solve, and focus. This is not about being an artist. It is about creating for the sake of the process. Treat yourself to a few minutes of pampering and remind yourself of the cheap therapy that is available 24/7
