This study explores how youth involvement in decision-making and leadership preparation influences evangelistic outreach. Using Gen Z data (N = 1,272), quantile regression showed decision-making involvement significantly predicted outreach participation. Leadership preparation also correlated positively, with its moderating effect varying across levels of outreach engagement
