A new 4-D multi-stable hyperchaotic two-scroll system with no-equilibrium and its hyperchaos synchronization
A new 4-D multi-stable hyperchaotic two-scroll system with four quadratic nonlinearities is proposed in this paper.
The dynamical properties of the new hyperchaotic system are described in terms of finding equilibrium points, phase
portraits, Lyapunov exponents, Kaplan-Yorke dimension, dissipativity, etc. We discover that the new hyperchaotic
system has no equilibrium point and hence it exhibits a hidden attractor. Furthermore, we show that the new
hyperchaos system has multi-stability by the coexistence of hyperchaotic attractors for different values of initial
conditions. As a control application, we use integral sliding mode control (ISMC) to derive new results for the
hyperchaos synchronization of the new 4-D multi-stable hyperchaotic two-scroll system with hidden attractor
Analyze the relationship of brand image and advertisement towards decision to become a customer on bank BNI Batam branch
The aim of this research is to explore the relationship of brand image and advertisement towards decision to become a
customer on Bank BNI Batam Branch. A hundred respondents of people who have become a customer on Bank BNI
Batam Branch have been chosen in the field of research in Batam, Indonesia. The methode instrument was using
questionnaires and made up of five variables. The questionnaires distributed were made up of three variables, where
two were independent variables and one was dependent variable. By using multiple regression analysis, it is found
that each independent variable has strong correlation with the single variable. it can be concluded that the brand
image and advertisement have a positive relationship
The impact of human resources management practices on turnover intention through intrinsic motivation: Evidence from the Jordanian hospitality industry
In light of the difficult challenges facing the hospitality industry, actual employee
turnover becomes an important issue facing the hospitality industry due to its negative
impacts on hotels' performance, sustainability, and growth as well as the failure to
satisfy customers' needs. Drawing on the social exchange theory, the researcher target
a sample of hotel employees in the Jordan Hospitality Industry to and using structural
equation model analyses, the current study aims to investigate the antecedents of
employee turnover intention and provides some managerial implications to decline
employees' intention to quit their workplace. For instance, human resources
management practices play a critical role in hotels' success through enhance employees'
attitudes and behaviour; lack of research existed to identify deeply the impact of these
practices on employee turnover intention. The current paper also aims to reveal the
influence of employee intrinsic motivation as a mediator in the relationship between
human resources management practices and employee turnover intention
Al-Ghazali’s thought on the existence of Allah SWT in ihya’ ‘ulum al-din
The existence of Allah SWT is among the most important topics to be considered in Islam. Islamic
scholars through their works have elaborated the concept of the existence of Allah SWT so that it can be
understood in the Muslim community. Among them is al-Ghazali (505H) which has been promoted by
the Muslim world scientists as the mujaddid (religious reformer) for the fifth century also describes it in
his masterpiece, Ihya’ ‘Ulum al-Din. This work focused on the description of a well-known Islamic
scholar, al-Ghazali about the concept of the existence of Allah SWT through his book, Ihya’ ‘Ulum alDin. This qualitative study was carried out by means of content analysis to the book Ihya’ ‘Ulum al-Din
to produce the output of the research. At the end of the discussion, it will be summarized some aspects of
the thought of the person about the existence of Allah SWT This paper will conclude that al-Ghazali
explains the existence of Allah using the passages of nature, nas and intellect. The arguments are taken
from the seven Qur'anic verses and the argument by using the theory among them is the existence of
something new (al-hadith) there must have been a reason (al-sabab) to make it

Organizational Citizenship Behaviour and Demographic Profiling: An Exploration Study Among Local Government Workforce in Terengganu, Malaysia
Start-ups are new businesses, which need a good amount of equity to finance investments.
Crowdfunding is an alternative instrument to collect money. It does not need the intervention of a
bank, but allows to obtain the funds directly from the public by network platforms.
This article focuses on the possibility for a start-up to raise capital through crowdfunding.
The argument is quite known on an international level, even if scholars often focus on specific
problems or on particular moments of the life cycle of the start-up. On the contrary, the two arguments
are really new in Italy. The Italian crowdfunding market is young – the main increase in the platforms
number (+63%) is between 2013 and 2014 - and the national regulation which allows to finance startups by crowdfunding is even more recent (latest legal document in 2017).
The novelty of the topic explains the added value of this article. To the best of our knowledge, no
previous study focused on the Italian start-ups financed by crowdfunding. We analyze the
phenomenon from the birth of the different platforms (2005 for the first one) since the end of the first
semester 2018
The Application of Artificial Neural Networks in Predicting Blood Pressure Levels of Youth Archers by Means of Anthropometric Indexes
The present investigation aims at measuring as well as predicting blood pressure (BP) levels using anthropometric
indexes. A standardised systolic blood pressure, (STBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DSBP) coupled with
anthropometric evaluations of Body Mass Index waist to hip ratio, waist to height ratio, body fat percentage, and calf
circumference was carried out on youth archers. A Backward Regression Analysis (BRA) was used to determine the
anthropometrics indexes that could predict both the STBP and DSBP whilst two models, namely Multiple Linear
Regression (MLR) and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) were developed based on the most correlated anthropometry.
The BRA identified calf circumference (CC) as the highest correlated predictor for both STBP and DSBP. The ANN
model developed demonstrated a better prediction efficacy against the MLR with an R as well as the mean absolute
percentage error values of ., ., . and . as compared to MLR ., ., ., . in the prediction of
both the STBP and DSBP, respectively. It is evident from the present study that the BP levels of youth archers could be
reliably measured using only their CC index. © , Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd
