Exegesis of the Quran is one of the most noble and highest sciences among the sciences of Sharia، because it is related to understanding the words of God and their meaning، and among its types is the subject interpretation from which the unity of subject that links the verses of different places in the Holy Qur'an is revealed. Interpretation of the holy Quran is closely related contemplating the verses of the Quran. Understanding their meaning، and standing on the unity of the subjects in order to meet the needs of Muslims of this era، in terms of drawing clear approaches to understand the Qur’an that serve contemporary reality، after the Appearance of seditions that affect in people and their insistence on learning the Qur’an and sunnah، as well as the Islamic Library lacks such refereed scientific studies ، Therefore، we decided to stand on a part of the objective interpretation، represented in the verses of the Qur’anic discourse addressed to the Messenger ، and to devise the units that link the verses، through relying on the inductive and analytical approach in analyzing the verses that addressed to the Messenger ، then interpreting them and devising the thematic units from them، and standing on the objects of hem and reflecting them on our reality. The search resulted in twenty-eight verses addressed to the Prophet in the form of the pronoun “you” . Three of them were units filled with guidance paths that serve the reality of our contemporary time. It shows the status of the Messenger، then the mission of the Messenger which is “warning”، and these verses also revealed that guidance is in the hands of God alone. Among these units، the preachers must fulfill their role in reminding and warning، they are preachers of people and not judges on them، and they know that guidance is in the hands of God alone، and if God wills، he will guide all people

Qur’anic perspective in aspect of ease in worship

Islam is a religion of ease, there is no inconvenience in its ritual obligations prescribed for its followers and when contemplating on the acts of worship which Almighty Allah has ordered Muslims to perform and the way to carry out these acts, there is ultimate ease and simplicity. Almighty Allah distinguished the Islamic religious obligations from other past nations with ease in worship. The Quranic main purpose and objectives is to make people's lives easy by guiding them to worship Almighty Allah, and to disseminate ease among people in terms of perception, mindset, behavior and coexistence. Therefore, this research aims at establishing the legal basis of the concept of ease in the aspect of worship as per perception of the Quranic expression, and manifestation of ease in worship and its objectives in order to explain the reality of Islam in terms of being a religion of ease and moderation. It also aims to highlight the tolerance aspect of Islamic law. The research aims at explaining the concept of ease, its Quranic derivations and conjugations, and to explain Quranic ease in the aspect of worship. This qualitative research depended on gathering information based on inductive descriptive approach which dissects verses about ease and interprets them, and it also followed the analytic approach through abstracting semantics of the verses and lessons learnt from such verses. Among the conclusions reached in this research is the simplicity and ease of the legal rulings, and aversion of inconvenience, bearing in mind that anything which is extreme or creates inconvenience exits the concept of ease and has no basis in the Islamic religion. Ease is a vital objective of the purposes of the Islamic law. It is the means which should lead to the worship of the Almighty Allah, and it is from this where the importance of explaining the concept of ease comes through the Holy Qur’an to present it to people, preachers and educators

Effects of 12 weeks combined weight and chain versus combined weight and elastic band variable resistance training on upper and lower body muscular strength and endurance among untrained males in Iran

Several studies have shown a positive association between variable resistance training (VRT) and the improvement of muscular performance. However, the most effective method of VRT to improve muscular performance in untrained individuals remains unclear. The objective of this study was to examine the effects of two methods of VRT on maximal muscular strength and endurance among untrained male adults. Fifty apparently healthy untrained males (age: 21.5 ± 1.95 years) were selected randomly and assigned into three groups: combined weight and chain (WC), combined weight and elastic band (WE), and freeweight (CG). All three groups completed 12 weeks of high intensity resistance training (70-80% of one-repetition maximum) with three sets of 8- 12 repetitions, two times per week. Approximately 65% of the whole resistance was provided by free-weights and the other 35% of the resistance was provided by chains and elastic bands for WC and WE groups, respectively. Dependent variables including maximal muscular strength and endurance using onerepetition maximum and maximum repetitions to muscular fatigue were measured, respectively, in the pre-test, post-test 1 (week 6) and post-test 2. The significance level was set at P < 0.05. No differences existed among all groups at baseline for dependent variables. A mixed model ANOVA with repeated measurements analysis revealed that all groups showed significant improvements in maximal muscular strength and endurance during and after the intervention (P = 0.0001). In WE and WC groups, maximal muscular strength and endurance were significantly greater than CG group during and after the intervention, and there were no significant differences between WE and WC groups in the maximal muscular strength and endurance during and after the intervention. However, the WE group showed an insignificant more improvement in maximal muscular strength and endurance compared with WC group after the intervention (chest press strength: 47.94 ± 4.2 vs. 46.76 ± 4.4 kg, squat strength: 85.29 ± 6.5 vs. 80.73 ± 6.4 kg, chest press endurance: 16.94 ± 1.24 vs. 15.47 ± 1.58 repetitions, and squat endurance: 17.94 ± 0.74 vs. 16.58 ± 1.66 repetitions). The results of this study show that VRT has a significant better effect than freeweight resistance training to improve upper and lower body muscular strength and endurance during and after 12 weeks intervention, in particular, WE training has a slightly better effect than WC training to improve upper and lower body muscular strength and endurance after 12 weeks of VRT among untrained male adults in Iran

This qualitative research applied the method of documentation and data analysis to indentify and definite taṣdīq via the works of ancient scholars and convicts the methodology of taṣdīq through ḍarūrī where is not applying any argumentation to determind the understanding of debate and naẓarī where is applying the evidence deeply in understanding the debates . The scope of this research will focus on the topic of taṣdīq’s element for detail via the view of scholars such as al-Damanhūrī, al-Bayjūrī and so on. Then, the researcher concludes out the methodology of taṣdīq that geared towards ḍarūrī and naẓarī that cause the needful of healthy mind in solving a problem. As a result, it can be proved precisely that the reason that aquires the argument is just taṣdīq of naẓarī only after having the good taṣawwur in mind. As for the the taṣdīq that categorized as ḍarūrī can be accepted by the human mind generally without a long process of thinking for undestanding an issue

The evolution of information technology has exerted great influence on nursing education via new pedagogy of knowledge delivery without time and place restriction. Mobile technology revolutionises nursing education and clinical practice via empowering skills of critical thinking and clinical decision-making through learning. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of using mobile messenger (Whatsapp) as an educational supporting tool among nursing students. The study design used is a Cluster Randomized Control Trail. Two nursing colleges were selected. Sample size was 93 participants, 48 from the Kuala Terengganu Nursing College Kuala Terengganu as the intervention group while the control group were recruited among 45 participants from UniSZA Nursing College. There is a significant difference in the level of knowledge between pre and posttest among intervention group (mean difference was -8.70 with a standard deviation 8.42, p-value< 0.001) and 93.8 percent of the respondents perceived the usefulness of using WhatsApp mobile messenger to enhance learning. This demonstrates that learning through mobile messenger (WhatsApp) enhances learning and is well received as a new method of learning by almost all students
