    The topics of political crimes, its research and implementation are important and significant topics in light of the continuation of the ruling based on the perspectives of the Islamic law (Shariah) as well as the positive law in terms of legalizations and adaptations of this important matter. Moreover, there is no doubt that it would be useful to compare the various perspectives on this matter so as to identify the similarities and the differences between the ruling of Shariah and ruling of positive law. Here lies the research problem. This research aims to clarify the meaning of political crime and its concept in the various views of the Islamic law and the positive Libyan law. The researcher follows the methods of inductive, descriptive, and comparative approach, seeking to achieve the research objectives and to answer the research questions related to the many issues and provisions in regard to political crime from the perspectives of the Islamic law and the provisions of the Libyan Penal Code. The research findings suggest that the concept of political crime is defined as: the criminal act that collides with the political system of a state, from the outside as the independence of the state and territorial sovereignty and its relationship with other states which are classified in the Islamic law into crimes of opinion, actual crimes and those have no penalty for the freedom of opinion and expression. The concept of internal political crimes is those that affected the internal sovereignty of a state, including constitutional rights, other crimes against the form of government and the organization of public authorities and constitutional institutions

    Methods of solving social problems among secondary school students in Irbid province, Jordan: Theory and practice

    The process of teaching methods of solving social problems is considered one of the most effective steps in teaching and training. This is because it helps the students to find solutions by themselves through research and experiments. It also helps them analyze and organize their ideas in unconventional situations and enables them to make decisions take responsibility for learning. This is what many of the theoretical trends which explained how to solve social problems indicated upon, being that the inability of students to solve social problems leads them to become uncertain, confused and hesitant. Therefore, this study seeks to present a theory on the most important methods of solving social problems among a sample of students in Irbid Province and identify their level of problem-solving. The findings of this study were achieved using a descriptive approach to identify the most important methods of solving social problems and identify the students’ level of solving social problems. The study recommends that there is a need to conduct research on problem-solving methods for other age groups. Hence, this study seeks to teach and train students on the use of theoretical methods that would enable them to overcome their social problems

    The effectiveness of syifa exercise module towards the psychological well-being and quality of life among teachers in Kuala Terengganu

    Psychological well-being and quality of life are important aspects of ensuring individual welfare as a whole. Nevertheless, psychological or mental problems often affect humans/people, regardless of their profession and teachers are no exception. Teachers today are frequently wound up either due to the school environment, workload or family stresses. This study aims to utilize/employ the Syifa exercise module to address this problem and improve the teachers’ psychological well-being and quality of life in Kuala Terengganu, as well as to test the effectiveness of the module. This research project is made up of two distinct phases. The first phase of the study focused on the development of the Syifa exercise module specifically its module content, expert evaluation, and pilot study. The second phase then evaluated the module based on the quasi-experimental method. Samples based on inclusive criteria were randomly placed either in the treatment group or controlled group. The treatment/experimental group was exposed to the Syifa exercise whereas, the controlled group performed an exercise regime endorsed by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Both groups continued the respective exercises for three months. The level of psychological well-being was then tested using the Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale while the quality of life was tested using the World Health Organization's Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL-BREF). Pre and post-intervention assessments were done to gauge the teachers’ level of psychological well-being and quality of life. The data were analyzed using repeated measures, ANCOVA tests. The findings showed significant differences in the mean between teachers’ psychological well-being and quality of life in the pre and post-intervention assessments for both treatments/experimental and control groups. The means that were recorded post-intervention exhibited a clear-cut difference of teachers’ psychological well-being and quality of life between treatment and control group. Overall, there was a pragmatic rise in mean value within the treatment group in comparison to the controlled group’s psychological welfare and quality of life. The results of this study demonstrated the effectiveness of the implementation of the Syifa exercise module in improving the psychological well-being and quality of life of teachers in Kuala Terengganu. It is expected to be widely used to overcome psychological and mental problems among Malaysia citizens

    The mental and cognitive characteristics of the autistic children and the role of the family in dealing with these characteristics a survey in operations research

    There are many characteristics discriminate the autistic child from other children. Studies and research have indicated that the most important characteristic of the autistic child is the cognitive disorders, and its consequences, such as the disability of the child to imitate, understand, and create as well as, the significant lack in the social communication and emotional response to the surrounding environment. Cognitive skills encompass various types and shapes which require special care and necessary roles on the part of the family and this heightens the need for analyzing the literature and studies related to these roles. The researchers therefore wrote this research, which aims to demonstrate the cognitive and mental characteristics of the autistic child as well as the difficulties that encounter the autistic child and how to deal with these difficulties in the light of the existing data, theories, research and field studies. The research has been conducted based on two approaches: The inductive approach and the descriptive approach in studying the literature and drawing these characteristics and proposing the necessary roles for them by the family. The research ended with a number of results, including the importance of good listening by the family to the autistic child when speaking, to use multitasking tasks rather than to teach tasks at once, to speak out loud to the autistic child, to help him be related to what is being said, and to use visual symbols to interpret things, especially in social relationships

    The principles of Islamic da’wah and it’s role in achieving security

    Da’wah in Islam has distinguishing role in establishing values and principles in the society, and the most important of these values is security, which, in its comprehensive sense, is required for both the individual and the society. The contemporary human life suffers from various waves of turmoil and insecurity, be it material security, which is represented in the provision of food and medicine, or psychological and emotional security, through which peace of mind and selfhappiness are realized. This article aims at examining the role of Islamic da’wah in achieving security, from Qur’anic and Sunnah perspective. It also serves a response on those who accuse Islam of violence and disorder. The article adopts descriptive analytic inductive method. The article concludes that Islamic da’wah is an effective and important means in highlighting the importance of security to both the individual and the society, and that it is a universal legitimate necessity for advocacy. The Islamic method of da’wah aims at building an individual and societal systems through which is actualized for both Muslims and non-Muslims alike. A Muslim should be a good representation of Islamic da’wah and a security measure to everyone around him. The comprehensive security can only be achieved when man cohabits harmoniously with himself and other creatures around him, and this is clearly indicated through following the Islamic da’wah guidance and fundamentals in the Qur’an and Sunnah

    Malaysian federal constitution from constitutional sociology contexts

    The constitution is the highest source of the law for a country and every individual has to adhere to the nobleness. The purpose of its existence is to serve as the guidance in arranging and coordinating national administration Malaysian Federal Constitution was formulated by the 1956 Reid Commission which requested for the suggestion and opinion of not only the political patties but also the public, individuals and Malay rulers. During the formulation of the constitution both the Malays and non-Malays agreed on several very important things to the national stability which referred to the social cataract. In the context of ethnic relations in Malaysia, several things that are thought to be of benefit to the Malays in the Federal Constitution were balanced by other allocations that also benefit non-Malay ethnic groups. The determination of Islam as the federal religion is balanced by the freedom for every individual to embrace and practise any religion in peace and harmony. The same applies to the determination of the Malay language as the national language which is also balanced by the allocation that there is not one person that can be prohibited from using (other than for official purposes) or teach or learn any other languages. The same goes for the determination of Malay and the Sabah and Sarawak native's special position, balanced with the fact that the government cannot revoke withdraw or lead to the termination of rights of other races. These have been considered in the formulation of the Federal Constitution which is maintaining the elements of locality referring to the special position, federal administration that refers to the ruling power in Negeri Sembilan the socio-economic position that refers to Malay specialty in economy and education, the administration of Constitutional monarchy that refers to the position of the Institutional Monarchy's and the position of Islam that refers to Islam as the federal religion
