تفعيل الدعوة الإلكترونية Online electronic missionary work
With the change in people’s lifestyle and its development in many areas, the modes of direct
communications with people differed from the past. In the past, the reformers meet the people in
their forums, mosques and markets to invite them to God. This matter differed today with the
development of modern technology. Nowadays the preacher is able to talk to millions via radio or
television or through the printing of books, magazines, tapes and others, and the same applies to
the Internet. The Internet is a very wonderful way to call to God. Hence, the internet is one of the
most modern technologies in the current era, because of its great importance and its many benefits
in various fields and levels, Where this technology was able to make the world as a small village,
Working to make it connected to each other, To facilitate the dissemination of news and
information between different places in all details and forms, Thus, the Internet has become one
of the most widely technical means used., Which makes a significant contribution to the
dissemination and collection of information and news from a variety of sources; reaching a mass
of people as soon as possible; It is widely used today by many different Islamic groups, and section
spite of the contemporary global trend in the application of electronic dawa’a (calling to god) in
all stages of dawa’a as many countries around the world began to race towards the use of electronic
dawa’a in public religious centers and the implementation of technology in this area. Hence, this
research is intended to demonstrate the importance of the electronic dawa’a and to urge the
students to learn it, to be a weapon for every student who calls to god in a clear vision, and to
defend the Islamic religion from suspicions raised by enemies

expression is used to insult religions and Allah (the Almight). While they propagate freedom of
woman to make Muslim woman another version of the Western woman. This is the problem that
the paper examines. The paper aims to highlight the concept of freedom and position it at the right
place. The paper executes the analytical approach by examines the Quranic texts and the Hadeeths
of the prophet Mohammed (P.B.U.H). The researcher concludes the significance of freedom in
Islam and how Islam predetermined others in confirming the freedom as one of the Islamic

Incorporating mudarabah instrument as a means for poverty alleviation in Nigeria
Mudarabah refers to a partnership investment where rabb-ul-mal (financial provider)
provides fund to mudarib (entrepreneur) so that the latter may invest the fund in profitable
commercial joint-ventures or economic enterprises. Mudarabah products are very significant and
offered by almost all Islamic financial institutions. This kind of partnership-investment product is
yet to be included as major instrument to be implemented under poverty alleviation programs.
Historically, poverty mitigation schemes have been implemented since the birth of independence
in Nigeria. Late discovery of Islamic banking concept and products across the nation imparted
several challenges on the economy of the country. Different programs had been introduced with
the goal of reducing poverty in Nigeria, but none of them showed significant success. Thus, this
paper aims at adopting mudarabah instrument into the existing schemes with the hope that poverty
will be significantly reduced amid the society. The paper is a qualitative-based research. It uses
various documents and content analysis approach to understand and analyse the process of
incorporating mudarabah instrument into poverty alleviation programs across the country.
Findings showed that the agenda of reducing poverty are achievable if financial institutions and
depositors can give their full cooperation on one edge, and proffer their maximum support in
incorporating mudarabah instrument on the other. In the light of this, this paper proposes that
mudharabah, which is essentially a profit-sharing contract of Islamic banking, should be extended
to the ordinary people so that they will become independent in their sustenance. Also, with the
implementation of this free-interest mechanism, rich people will be relieved from direct extreme
demands with no ideas and projects. Therefore, with a view of moving the country forward
economically, people just need to overlook any religion propagating an idea and concentrate on
the benefits the instrument will result in after its implementation

Konseptualisasi strategi dan pelaksanaan iklim dini di sekolah menengah agama
Pembentukan jati diri seseorang pelajar amat berkait rapat
dengan perkembangan iklim di sekolah. Perkembangan iklim
The impact of perceived value, destination service quality and tourist satisfaction on destination loyalty among international tourists visiting Malaysia
The competitive situation and challenges within the tourism industry worldwide
entailed a better understanding of destination loyalty’s determinants in achieving Malaysia’s
aspiration to retain its international reputation as one of the most desirable tourist
destinations in Asia. Literature proved that factors such as perceived value, service quality
and tourist satisfaction could influence in improving destination loyalty. In view of this, there
is a need to examine the influence of several constructs namely perceived value, service
quality and tourist satisfaction that can contribute to the loyalty of international tourists
towards Malaysia as it was suggested in the literature review. Therefore, the main objectives
of this study were to examine the influence of perceived value and service quality on tourist
satisfaction, which in turn would influence destination loyalty. In this study, tourist
satisfaction was treated as the mediating variable. The proposed model was tested using
structural equation modeling on a sample of 337 foreign tourists selected using random
sampling method. The study was conducted from August 2014 to October 2014. The proposed
model achieved acceptable goodness-of-fit. The requirements for reliability and validity were
also met. The results of the empirical study indicated that perceived value influenced tourist
satisfaction and destination loyalty. In addition, the findings revealed that service quality had
a significant effect on satisfaction. However, service quality had no significant effect on destination loyalty. Moreover, the findings indicated that tourist satisfaction had a full
mediating effect on the relationship between service quality and destination loyalty. The study
contributed to a better understanding of behavioral factors that would represent a sustainable
source for increasing customer retention at the level of individual providers as well as a
destination as a whole. Individual providers should focus on delivering quality services
related to accommodation, information and facilities, health and hygiene, and shopping that
were associated with the visitor’s travel experience. Aspects of perceived value identified in
the study could be used as a strategic tool in managing tourism offerings which could
enhance the destination’s competitive edge

pembinaan modul. Instrumen soal selidik terdiri 4 bahagian merangkumi 54 item. Dapatan
Integrated reporting and ePBT system implementation in Malaysia local authorities
Integrated Reporting is now trending in advanced countries but in Malaysia, it is
still a voluntary practice. The new reporting approach was introduced to overcome the
weaknesses in sustainability reporting. This is achieved by including non-financial
information in the integrated reporting. Many challenges come with the integrated reporting
implementation and one of them is related to the efficiency of Accounting Information System
(AIS). To improve the public sector reporting quality, investment in AIS has been given the
highest priority by the Malaysian government. An electronic system known as ePBT was
introduced and adopted by the local authorities to address the reporting issues. In the
Malaysian local authorities, reporting quality is still an on-going problem and deserves a
proper study. This study discusses the level of ePBT adoption and its weaknesses. Challenges
to the implementation of integrated reporting at the local authorities were also presented. A
qualitative approach using face-to-face interviews was adopted in order to obtain primary
data from the users of the ePBT system. The sample consists of six selected local authorities
and each of them was represented by an accountant or assistant accountant. Semi-structured
questions were used during the interviews. The results show that only 50 per cent of the
respondents have implemented the ePBT system. Two major weaknesses of the ePBT system
were identified namely, lack of financial support and low level of technical skill for system
integration. This study highlights issues for local authorities to consider in its future
implementation of the new integrated reporting
Brief review on medication error prevention and intervention
A failure in the treatment process understood as medication error (ME) leads potential harm to the patient), which
is posing a challenge to health care systems across the world. The current short review analyzes on clinical studies
on medication errors intervention practices with reduced medication errors. A literature review was completed
using electronic databases for this study reviewed 35 articles from the year 2000 to 2018.the articles focused on
common medical errors, prevention and interventions. The common errors observed were administration error,
dispensing error, prescribing error, preparation error, transcribing error, and reconciliation error. This study
concluded knowledge and practice about safe medication administration is evident by decreasing frequency of the
errors and interruptions nurses faced during medication administration after intervention. The interventions
effective in reducing the occurrence of medication errors evidenced were computerized physician order entry
(CPOE), computer-assisted prescription, Clinical Pharmacist intervention. The most common intervention used
was CPOE by Clinical Pharmacist and Computerization respectively; which was the most effective intervention
strategy, followed by Clinical pharmacist, computerization, Automatic dispensing cabinets, and bar-code. The
present study recommends conducting a continuous educational program in the health system is necessary for
reducing medication errors and interruptions to protect the patients' safety
Prevalence study on tobacco smoking and related factors of among residents of a suburb Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia
Introduction: The smoking is social malice causing ill health in smokers its prevalence commonly associated with social
and demographic factors associated with smoking, specifically people’s knowledge and attitude towards smoking.
Purpose of this study is to explore the factors associated with the prevalence of smoking among the respondents.
Methods: This is a cross-sectional community study involving 349 eligible residents aged 15 years and above in
Kampung Gong Penaga sub-urban village in Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia. Data were obtained via face-to-face interviews
using a standardized, self-administered questionnaire. Multiple logistics regression with forwarding likelihood ratio
method was applied to explore the factors associated with the prevalence of smoking among the respondents. Results:
The overall prevalence of smoking was 27.2% (95% CI: 22.5, 31.9). The respondents’ knowledge score was ranged from
14 to 57 with mean score of 47.15 (6.89) meanwhile the attitude score was ranged from 50 to 133 with mean score of
102.13 (11.93) regarding tobacco smoking and its effect on health issues. Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed
being male (p <0.001), being employed (p =0.025), having smokers in the family (p =0.002), having colleague or friend
smokers (p <0.001) and total attitude score were found to be significant associated with prevalence of smoking among
the respondents. Conclusions: The prevalence of smoking among Malaysians aged 15 years and over, remains high
despite the implementation of several anti-smoking measures over the past decades. Tobacco smoking and its effect on
health among Malaysian residents were directly influenced by overall attitude and their peers and their family smoking
behaviours. Having knowledge does not appear to be related to smoking behaviours. Thus the study recommends
health care providers, and authorities should program their preventive measures that focus on attitudinal change
among smokers which promote anti-smoking activities and curb this social malaise
