    No full text
The story of Muses, peace be upon him, is considered one of the stories mentioned many times in the Holy Qur’an. This Prophet has been mentioned while he was an infant until he became man. And God has mentioned to us in the verse that God inspired the mother of Muses to place her newborn in the casket, and this verse shows us the greatness of tenderness divine for mothers. In a hadith about the story of a mother who feared for her son. The research problem shows that the mother of Muses feared for her infant child, because God is able to save Muses, peace be upon him without reassuring his mother and without mentioning this to us, But it is the wisdom of God Almighty that He teaches his servants the great affection of motherhood and tenderness, and that the most difficult deprivation is depriving the mother from her son and the most difficult separation when the mother separates of her child, and how this broken mother would behave in such situations .. How many mothers nowadays suffer from this sense of danger and fear for the loss of thier children, and how many of them suffered from sadness and losing the sons and tasted the pain of separation. The aim of this research is to demonstrate the importance of following God’s command in everything, and that our knowledge is nothing, versus God’s knowledge. The writer focused on explaining how the Holy Qur’an addressed the problem of fear through the story of Muses, peace be upon him, in the ark and linked it to fear for children in contemporary life. The researcher in this article depends on the deductive approach, and refers to some books of contemporary interpretations, and one of the most important results of this research is that Islamic law was concerned with the matter of mothers in dealing with children and the linking of the fear for them with trust in God

    No full text
The induction of the type II diabetes model in Sprague Dawley rat is commonly performed for further laboratory experimental purposes. The main characteristic of type II diabetes mellitus is insulin resistance, which highly associated with high-fat and high-sugar diets. Therefore, to develop this condition, the current study proposed an alternative procedure of induction, wherein includes a combination of a highfat diet with multiple injections of streptozotocin and immediately, 5% glucose drinks were administered after the injection to enhance the hyperglycemic and insulin resistance state in the rat. This protocol successfully developed the hyperglycemic state. Poor glucose clearance indicated insulin resistance in the rat. In conclusion, this protocol provides an alternative procedure in inducing insulin resistance and hyperglycemic state of type II diabetes mellitus in Sprague Dawley rat

China, the current world's largest populated country is located in East of the Asian continent on a landmass of (9,596,961km) (3,705,407miles) that makes her the third world largest land area after Russia and Canada. China’s current population is (1,427,647,786) in 2018 and running its economy at a GDP of US$12.24 Trillion in 2017. Comparatively, both the USA and China are highly competitive on the issue of the World economic hegemony position, particularly in view of current Chinese economic progress. Many factors make a nation hegemonic power. With changes in international affairs, different factors are being fashioned as prerequisites for hegemonic power. Theoretically, a large growing economy, dominance in the technological sector and advanced military power, landmass, sovereignty, and large human resources. China is becoming relevant in most of these conditions. However, America has been for a long time the single hegemon since World War II. The influence burgeons stronger particularly, after the Cold War and the fall of the Soviet Union that ended a multipolar world order. However, the research after analyzed other factors, found that America is still strongly relevant as hegemonic power. It is found there are challenges confronting the U.S. in maintaining the position while there are marked indications that China may become a world hegemon in the far future should upward trends in economic prospects persist. However, China’s human rights records, her diplomatic relations with some Asian countries that are linked to the South China Sea issues, and her relationship with her extended states like Hong Kong, Taiwan, Tibet, Macao including the clampdown on the people of Xinjiang on the basis of their Islamic religious belief are serious concerns that must be addressed. China should devise scientific method to study, forecast, prevent and manage natural disaster and health issues of pandemic or epidemic context like SARS and Convid-19 that are disastrous to economic progress. The study is a library research. It sources data in secondary archives, government information, books, and published journal articles, online materials, and a few other academic sources

    No full text
Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) is a member of neurotrophins and it plays important role in both peripheral nervous system (PNS) and short-term, as well as long-term plasticity in central nervous system. Physical exercise fosters neurocognitive functions and brain plasticity at all ages. However, there was an interesting finding stated that BDNF concentration was found to be lower in the trained athletes compared to that of control. Platelet BDNF is found to be acquired from the blood circulation rather than the megakaryocyte precursor cells. This review directs attention to the role of BDNF on cognitive function intensified by exercise for future perspectives

Background: In this work, we presented a Susceptible-Infected-Removed (SIR) epidemiological model of COVID-19 epidemic in Malaysia post- and pre-Movement Control Order (MCO). The proposed SIR model was fitted to confirmed COVID-19 cases from the official press statements to closely reflect the observed epidemic trend in Malaysia. The proposed model is aimed to provide an accurate predictive information for decision makers in assessing the public health and social measures related to COVID-19 epidemic. Methods: The SIR model was fitted to the data by minimizing a weighted loss function; the sum of the residual sum of squares (RSS) of infected, removed and total cases. Optimized beta (β),), gamma (γ) parameter values) parameter values and the starting value of susceptible individuals (N) were obtained. Results: The SIR model post-MCO indicates the peak of infection on 10 April 2020, less than 100 active cases by 8 July 2020, less than 10 active cases by 29 August 2020, and close to zero daily new case by 22 July 2020, with a total of 6562 infected cases. In the absence of MCO, the model predicts the peak of infection on 1 May 2020, less than 100 active cases by 14 February 2021, less than 10 active cases by 26 April 2021 and close to zero daily new case by 6 October 2020, with a total of 1.6 million infected cases. Conclusion: The results suggest that the present MCO has significantly reduced the number of susceptible population and the total number of infected cases. The method to fit the SIR model used in this study was found to be accurate in reflecting the observed data. The method can be used to predict the epidemic trend of COVID-19 in other countries
