The Career Engine\u27s main purpose is to create a platform for job searchers to find suitable and gratifying work based on their qualifications. It also connects job searchers with the recruiting process. This career engine recognizes when a job seeker applies for a job and when a company publishes a job and chooses a candidate. A career engine\u27s principal objective is to aid job searchers in getting a quick career. In today\u27s society, there are several employment portal platforms. In this case, we must create a web-based application utilizing the Career Engine. In this period of decline, everyone, experienced or unskilled, is seeking for a job. Our career engine might be quite beneficial since it allows people with a variety of profiles to submit their CVs and search for employment depending on their qualifications. Each user may connect with their user id and apply for many jobs at the same time. Our team opted to build the website with the MVC framework in Dot Net Core for the backend and HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and Ajax for the front end, with data saved in MS-SQL. The career engine system is used by Applicants, Recruiters, and Administrators. The administrator oversees the entire application. Recruiters can post job openings as needed. Applicants may submit a CV containing both personal and professional information

Owner, Admin, and Renters The administrator can manage both the owner and the renter. Owners can only manage their vehicles, bookings, and so on. Renters can view their profile, booking history, and other information. We are using .NET Core logic in Visual Studio to create the application that will handle the functionalitie

If we consider a city where in finding a home for rent, knowing the amenities of the house, rent of the house, location of the house is difficult. In the current system, finding a house for rent is difficult for a tenant, but managing the home by the owner is also a complicated issue. Keeping in mind about the issues of the tenant and owner, a new application is developed which is known as Management system for Apartment. This application will be having the users like tenant, owner, and the administrator. If a tenant wants to find a house or apartment on rent, then he needs to go to the application and he should register with it. After registering with the application, he should log into it and at the same time he can search for the vacant houses or apartments in the given location. Application will be taking the input and provides the necessary details to the users. If we click on that information, then we can view all the details of the house or apartment. This information will help the tenant to view the home without going there, they can know the rent of the house, they can contact the owner directly. If both parties are agreed for the house, then they will be entering the house, owner will be having the right to enter the tenant details. A user name will be created for the tenant and then he can contact to the owner related to the issues of the homes, bills, payments etc. All this information will be stored in the database and whenever the owner, and the tenant is having any issue and they can make use of these details to clarify the issue. Existing applications will not be suitable for the current requirements, so we want to design and develop new applications. We are expecting to complete this application before 12th of December, 2022. This application is developed by using Java technologies and the database we use is MySQL. To design the GUI of the application, we will be using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and the coding will be written by using jQuery and PHP

Everyone\u27s learning is increasing in this competitive environment, to the point that professional chances are becoming scarce. Companies desire the greatest personnel in their areas. It was difficult to find persons who were bright enough to be recruited at the time. Companies’ attempts to find qualified employees are also increasing. The purpose of this application is to provide a system that allows employers and candidates to communicate with one another. The idea is to speed up the recruiting process by facilitating contact between interested parties. A career engine is a website that offers recruiters and job seekers with online information. Our application helps both job searchers and recruiters choose the finest company for their workers. For job seekers, the employment site presents a list of companies based on their educational credentials, experience, and interests. Furthermore, it offers appropriate candidates from a pool of shortages to recruiters. In this project, we utilized MySQL to store the data, and the frontend is constructed using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and the backend for PHP is made with the MVC CodeIgniter framework. In our application, we use the technological stacks listed above. Our application presented three responsibilities: job searchers, recruiters, and administrators. The responsibility of the job seeker is to apply for the position and offer feedback to the business. The following recruiter\u27s role is to publicize job vacancies, contact job seekers, and conduct interviews on their behalf. All users, including job seekers, recruiters, and job listings, must be tracked by the administrator

Students can develop depression symptoms, anxiety, and maladaptive behaviors as they deal with extracurricular demands, competing work / family demands, and adjust to new technology and experiences (Miech et al., 2015; Osam et al., 2017; Pedrelli et al., 2015). Arts participation can have a positive effect on mental health and psychosocial wellbeing (Archambault et al., 2020; Macpherson et al., 2016). This presentation will discuss the preliminary results of a qualitative study examining the role of arts participation in students\u27 lives across two public universities. Five themes emerged such as arts participation playing a role in promoting health, personal identity development, self-expression, socialization, and developing sociocultural insights. Infusing art into course related activities, wellness initiatives, and physical spaces may be helpful for students\u27 well-being and to juggle work/life/school responsibilities. In my multi-media piece, I utilize vignettes—micro essays—alongside photographs as an attempt to dig into that single moment in time and to share stories surrounding one’s connection their roots in a post-COVID-19 world. After two years of socially distancing, masking up, and little-to-no physical touch, the physical aspect of human connection remains a touchy subject, and we are left questioning where we stand with others who we once were physically close to. For myself, the pandemic had forced me to socially distance myself from my grandfather, who I lived 79 steps away from. Reflecting on this fragility of this moment, I am pushed to also think of those who I have lost in my life and those who I hope to be my future. With vignette #3 holding a special place in my heart as the inspiration for this series, I utilize these four vignettes to expand on each digitally photographed moment to complete the unspoken stories on where I come from and who I see in my future. As a published undergraduate English student and a self-taught freelance photographer and graphic designer, I invite my audience to interpret each as a separate entity and then see where these mediums intertwine— what can one say louder than the others?
