The website is developed by our team from scratch with all the required functionality to make the website user-friendly. It will contain mainly three user roles jobseeker, recruiter, and administrator. All of them will have a different console with unique functions. Jobseekers need to set up an account with the website before applying for a position. Recruiters will post job openings and contact applicants. The administrator will manage users and job postings. The home page will be the landing page after signup and signing in. It will be very interactive with different and useful sections to navigate
To develop this website, we have used reliable and robust programming language like Java, with spring boot framework for back-end. HTML, CSS, and Java script for front-end. As a result, users will find it extremely simple to work on. Administrators can use this system to manage customer confirm and cancel booking requests, customer testimonials, and customer issues. The vehicle data can be entered into the system. Administrators can also modify or delete existing vehicle data. There is no delay in the availability of any car information; it can be captured quickly and easily whenever required.
In this application, we had three primary responsibilities: admin, renter, and owner. Renters can locate their vehicles and communicate with the owners, owners can upload vehicle information, and administrators can manage accounts and vehicles in this application. We chose the PHP Codeigniter framework to build our car rental website, which includes HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Javascript for the user interface and MySql for the database

Our application helps both job searchers and recruiters choose the finest company for their workers. For job seekers, the employment site presents a list of companies based on their educational credentials, experience, and interests. Furthermore, it offers appropriate candidates from a pool of shortages to recruiters.
In this project, we utilized MySQL to store the data, and the frontend is constructed using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and the backend for PHP is made with the MVC CodeIgniter framework. Reformed Men: Alternative Masculinities in Experimental American Literature
Get PDFGender is an integral aspect to one’s lived experience; however, the collective understanding of gender is constantly being redefined. Consequently, the expectations attached to a particular gender identity are also being questioned. Current gender discourse calls attention to the fluidity of gender and experiences which diverge from traditional representations of gender. This thesis discusses works of contemporary experimental American literature from the perspective of masculinity studies. As a whole, masculinity studies seeks to address issues related to traditional male depictions in literature. This thesis aims to show how authors utilize traditional and experimental narrative elements to present alternatives to prescribed masculine identities. The novels discussed are as follows: The Brief Wonderous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz (2007), Invisible Monsters Remix (2012) by Chuck Palahniuk, and Brief Interviews With Hideous Men (1999) by David Foster Wallace. Though all of these novels present bold--sometimes disturbing--depictions of men and might even appear to put them on a pedestal, their work does not celebrate them. In presenting these types of men, the authors work to address confining perspectives of prescribed masculinity. The men of these novels do not need to act a certain way or possess certain characteristics to be considered a man. They often undergo experiences which challenge their--and the readers’--perception of social roles. Furthermore, the use of experimental elements adds to the authors’ ability to present alternative masculinities. By toying with the conventions of the novel, they are able to create a narrative space where social norms are challenged and a space where different ways of being can exist

The novels are viewed through the various conceptual lens, literary and otherwise, such as Marcel Danesi’s Modal Flow Principle or “perceptual stimulations” as defined by Guillemette Bolens.
Egan’s novel utilizes punk bands and tracks to construct her characters’ identities, and send them on a journey through lost time to reflect on who they once were, who they have become, and whether they have been able to preserve the authenticity the Bay area music scene once demanded of them. Smith transforms the genre of hip-hop into an authentic Black cultural proxy in order to juxtapose the artform with classical music, which is largely propelled by a lily-White discourse. Lastly, Murakami creates a work with a carefully curated selection of jazz and classical pieces, as well as pop songs, to enrich the narrative through added characterization and the establishing of mood
