Get PDFThe Career Engine\u27s main purpose is to create a platform for job searchers to find suitable and gratifying work based on their qualifications. It also connects job searchers with the recruiting process. This career engine recognizes when a job seeker applies for a job and when a company publishes a job and chooses a candidate. A career engine\u27s principal objective is to aid job searchers in getting a quick career. In today\u27s society, there are several employment portal platforms. In this case, we must create a web-based application utilizing the Career Engine. In this period of decline, everyone, experienced or unskilled, is seeking for a job. Our career engine might be quite beneficial since it allows people with a variety of profiles to submit their CVs and search for employment depending on their qualifications. Each user may connect with their user id and apply for many jobs at the same time. Our team opted to build the website with the MVC framework in Dot Net Core for the backend and HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and Ajax for the front end, with data saved in MS-SQL. The career engine system is used by Applicants, Recruiters, and Administrators. The administrator oversees the entire application. Recruiters can post job openings as needed. Applicants may submit a CV containing both personal and professional information
Rakshak (Hire a Friend)

For example: On a daily life routine, we may have come across situations where we may need skilled resources to help us for “Ex: House Keeping”, “Shifting apartments”, “Plumbing or Electrical Appliance Maintenance”, “Wall Painting…etc”. But, while we try to contact the resources we need (contacts through several sources), we often come across many challenges which are as documented below:
• Fit for purpose (Does the resource has relevant skill set). • Manual effort is always required. We need to connect with neighbors or go through search engines as we don’t have a quick medium or channel to support. • Delay or lack of communication channel. We may not be able to help the needy on-time. • Finding resources within an accessible & practically feasible location.
Considering the above defined problem statement, we have developed a web application known as “Rakshak” (i.e.,) Hire a Friend which provides a technology platform to help and facilitate people / families with the required capabilities to find the skilled resources they need. “Rakshak” is going to be a communication channel & centralized platform which bridges the gap between “Needy Customers” & “Skilled Professionals”.
With our current presence in Industry 4.0 where we consistently see technology evolve progressively starting with cyberphysical systems, IOT’s, Cognitive computing, it’s always a known fact that 100% automation “of all day-to- day tasks” is never possible or it could become possible over a decade (which means there lies significant time). We still need “Skilled Human Resources” to accomplish certain basic tasks which don’t have an equivalent substitute. So, technology platforms built with thought processes like “Rakshak” will not only help digitization, but also purposefully help bridge the gap between “what we need” vs “finding the right fit for purpose”

Jobs Planet is a website that is a one-stop solution for Recruiters and Job Seekers. We reach a more comprehensive range of audiences for Recruiters who can connect with the right candidate and Job Seekers to get information about organizations and their current openings. For the Recruiters, recommendations are given based on the qualifications and skill set mentioned in the job post. For Job Seekers, our website helps the users to easily navigate among the tabs to identify the openings as per their competency effortlessly.
The website Jobs Planet is built from scratch to smoothen and shorten the hiring process, providing the ultimate search experience for Recruiters and Job Seekers and cost savings for the Recruiter. This application has a user-friendly interface with better search results due to the basic and advanced search options and various jobs available. Our website provides alerts and a tracking mechanism so that users (both the job seeker and Recruiter) know each step of progress in their application.
The application is developed and is ready for release by the end of November 2022. Post the release, we aim to start with premium services on our website and develop a mobile application

It was difficult to find persons who were bright enough to be recruited at the time. Companies’ attempts to find qualified employees are also increasing. The purpose of this application is to provide a system that allows employers and candidates to communicate with one another. The idea is to speed up the recruiting process by facilitating contact between interested parties. A career engine is a website that offers recruiters and job seekers with online information. Our application helps both job searchers and recruiters choose the finest company for their workers. For job seekers, the employment site presents a list of companies based on their educational credentials, experience, and interests. Furthermore, it offers appropriate candidates from a pool of shortages to recruiters.
In this project, we utilized MySQL to store the data, and the frontend is constructed using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and the backend for PHP is made with the MVC CodeIgniter framework. In our application, we use the technological stacks listed above. Our application presented three responsibilities: job searchers, recruiters, and administrators. The responsibility of the job seeker is to apply for the position and offer feedback to the business. The following recruiter\u27s role is to publicize job vacancies, contact job seekers, and conduct interviews on their behalf. All users, including job seekers, recruiters, and job listings, must be tracked by the administrator

Uber and local transport are there, but it takes time. In such a scenario, one will surely miss the car. A simple solution for these challenges is a car rental service.
Easy Rides is a website that will help rent a car with a click. Here users are allowed to rent a car for the day or by the hour as per their requirements. This website also has a hosting functionality where users can host their cars. To do so, they must enroll their car in the car rent list and earn regular income.
There are three users on the website. Renter – Navigate to choose the car of their choice and book it by making an advance rental payment. Owner – They can list their car in the marketplace, view the booking details, and post rental ratings Admin - must keep track of all users, including the Renter, Owner, The listed cars, and their bookings.
After signing into the website, the user will land on the homepage. The homepage is made very interactive and user-friendly. In the homepage\u27s navigation menu, users can select various sections that will direct them to the different pages having unique functionality.
The purpose of the Easy Rides service is to make last connectivity easy and economical. To develop the website, we use HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and JavaScript for the front end. We use Java, Hibernate, and Rest APIs for the backend. Moreover, for storing data, we are using the MySQL database

Talent jet provides an easy and convenient search application for job seekers to find their desired job and recruiters to find suitable candidates. Talent jet will provide a platform where job seekers and recruiters can interact with each other irrespective of geographical barriers, with just a click. That is why Talent jet is an important project.
The website is developed by our team from scratch with all the required functionality to make the website user-friendly. It will contain mainly three user roles jobseeker, recruiter, and administrator. All of them will have a different console with unique functions. Jobseekers need to set up an account with the website before applying for a position. Recruiters will post job openings and contact applicants. The administrator will manage users and job postings. The home page will be the landing page after signup and signing in. It will be very interactive with different and useful sections to navigate
To develop this website, we have used reliable and robust programming language like Java, with spring boot framework for back-end. HTML, CSS, and Java script for front-end. MySQL for creating database and tables to store the data. Talent Jet will be release out and will be available to all the users from 29/11/2022, Tuesday
