Climate Reparations, Compensation, and Intergenerational Restorative Justice
Almassi investigates the ways in which intergenerational restorative justice enables a response to global climate change that surpasses compensation for loss and damage narrowly construed. Building on Annette Baier’s discussion of cross-generational community and his own account of reparative environmental justice, Almassi sees climate justice as an ameliorative project that requires international and intergenerational collaborative relationships and thus international and intergenerational relational repair. A restorative model of climate justice not only avoids causal, metaphysical, and ethical problems that compensatory models face, he argues, but also shines light on a wider array of climate injustices in need of a reparative response.https://opus.govst.edu/fac/1083/thumbnail.jp

The Effects of a Conservative Shoulder Rehabilitation for an Individual with Chronic Spinal Cord Injury and Persistent Shoulder Pain: A Retrospective Case Report
Nearly one out of three individuals with a spinal cord injury (SCI) will experience shoulder pain at some point in their lives. This pain can be especially debilitating due to the increased use of the upper extremities for mobility, transfers, and pressure relief. Due to this reliance on the upper extremities, conservative interventions for persistent shoulder pain may be favored over surgical interventions. The purpose of this case report is to describe the outcomes of a 6-week physical therapy (PT) treatment plan for an individual with chronic SCI who had been experiencing persistent shoulder pain.

Management System for a Restaurant
The Management System for a Restaurant is a web application that allows customers to make online orders by choosing their favorite food items from the restaurant\u27s menu. This website\u27s user-friendly layout organizes a variety of food items.
Customers can order food courses and items online and pick them up at a nearby location. This web application consists of a database that stores information about customers, the food menu, and inventory. This application provides a feasible way to order inventory for owners.
The motive for designing this web application is to encourage the cloud kitchen concept. Nowadays, due to COVID, most customers are attracted to ordering food online, which is more convenient. Due to this transition, it’s imperative that restaurants provide online services to recover from their past financial crises. Customers and restaurants benefit equally from it.
This application has the scope of enhancing the existing application in terms of performance, efficiency, and an effective user interface by using the Model-View-Controller (MVC) framework and bootstrap technologies
Career Engine
One of the greatest solutions for recruiting websites is Career Engine. This system may be used as an online job portal to manage unemployed people or to give better job placement information. Many job-search websites are springing up these days, offering information on jobs available in various parts of the country and disciplines. Our application is used to discover jobs for both job seekers and businesses in need of candidates. With the proper login, our application is online software that can be seen both within and outside of the firm. When checking in, users should be able to upload their information in the form of a CV. Recruiters who log in can search any information submitted by Job seekers. It provides recruiters with all the tools they need to schedule interviews, allows candidates to register and apply for employment, and allows interviewers to review interview details. It gives users all the necessary rights to access and modify the data that is meant for them.
In our application, there are three consoles. Job searchers, recruiters, and administrators are all included. The administrator may manage users and job postings. Recruiters are only permitted to post job openings, contact prospects, and conduct interviews. Job searchers must create an account on the website before applying for a position or rating a company. We are developing an application that will handle the functionalities using .NET Core logic in Visual Studio [3]. In addition, we will use web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript to create and maintain the application, and the database will be MSSQL [2]
Airline Search Engine Project
The Airline Search Engine Project is a tool that helps anyone to find the facts/data related to Airlines/Airports. For this project, the raw data set is available in the .dat format. We are going to use this data, which can be downloaded from [1].
The tool may also do some first cleaning of the data if needed for forming dimensional data, the cleaning process such as data value unification, data type and size unification, deduplication, dropping columns, and correcting some known errors.
The data will be processed with the help of languages like Python and Spark. By storing the data, we can distribute storage systems such as Hadoop and Amazon S3. The Integrated Development Environment (IDE) used in this project would be editors such as Google Colab and PyCharm.
This tool can be run as a job in different clusters such as EMR (Elastic MapReduce), HDInsight, Cloudera, and Databricks. It can solve/derive data by analyzing terra bytes of raw data into useful information. We can create reports out of it, which Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and businesspeople can use
Registration (Management) System for an Academic Conference
In every college or university, people will conduct different academic conferences so that students will know what is going on in the world related to the latest technological updates. The conference information should be distributed globally to reach a larger number of people. For many people, physical communication is insufficient, and it won\u27t help people clear their doubts. We propose an online registration management system for the conduct of academic conferences in any college or university to overcome all of the limitations of a physical system in conducting the conference.
This new web application will reach every nook and cranny of the globe. People can view the information, they can register with this application, can communicate with the conference people, can get suggestions or recommendations from experts in the same field, etc. To achieve these things, the user needs to sign up with the application, which he should be logged into for doing the different operations in the application. If any of the users want to change their personal information, they will be given the edit option, and they can search for people who are experts in the related field. If needed, they can communicate with them by using this application. Based on the information provided by the user, experts will recommend the related research field so that he or she can opt for it.
To create the above application, we will use.Net to create the GUI and implement the application\u27s various operations. We will be using HTML, CSS, BOOTSTRAP, JavaScript, and jQuery in coding, and to store the data, we will be using SQL Server management studio. The framework we are going to use is ASP.Net Framework 4.5. According to the schedule, the project will be completed by December 10, 2022
Management System for an Apartment
One of the fundamental aspects of society is the rental housing issue. If one searches physically nowadays, it is difficult to find acceptable housing in urban regions. However, the landowner must also rent the residence. A building owner may lose money if it is difficult to attract tenants only to post a lease sign on it. In this situation, a shared online platform might be quite important. The goal of the project is to create a standard web-based online platform for renters and homeowners so that both parties may profit from the system. This essay discusses the creation of online apps for citizens, through intelligent communication with the homeowner, owners and renters may register and tenants can have residences for rent. In this, a standard web application for smart house rentals has been created for both renters and homeowners. This online application is incredibly user-friendly, and effective, and it offers a lot of distinctive features that aren\u27t provided by other house rental websites that are now available in Bangladesh. Using online apps that have been built, tenants may register with their phone numbers, store identifying information, look for available homes, communicate with homeowners, and select a suitable home. Homeowners may sign up for the system as well
