FundRaiser website is an online network that helps individuals and organizations to help the nonprofit technology sector grow. FundRaiser website used for personal fundraising to help cover medical, tuition expenses or any other worthy cause. The project will go through the whole phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), to create a website with high quality and low cost in the shortest time, the CDLC phases are Requirement analysis, Planning, Software design such as architectural design, Software development, Testing and Deployment.
The website design will include 3 user roles: the users who start campaigns need to set up an account with the website. And donors who have access to the fund-raising page and administrator who manages users and campaigns. May earn a commission.

We are thinking of creating a website that allows individuals to raise money for a variety of occasions, including life milestones like graduations and celebrations as well as difficult situations like accidents and diseases. Users must create an account in order to request money from website subscribers since many of them will assist those in need. The site has to be pushed more on social media platforms such Advertisement Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook Pages so that our website may reach more people online. Admin will handle the users and campaigns and receive a fee of 10% for each transaction.
To promote this website, we have a distinct team, and one of its members will be employed in the field of digital marketing. The Framework we are using is .NET Framework, language we are using for Server-Side is C# and Front-End languages are HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and Bootstrap.
The three roles of this website are User, Donor, and Administrator. User-Any user may sign up on the website and raise money for a range of events, such as significant life events like graduations and celebrations as well as challenging circumstances like accidents and illnesses. Donors-We can attract a lot more donors by promoting private fundraising on social media for a person, a project, or a cause. This will allow donors to get payment URLs so they may donate. Administrator -The administrator will manage the campaigns and users and will be paid 10% of each transaction.
Databases, we want to utilize Microsoft SQL Server to store all the data so that we can access, analyze, and notify donors of changes at any time. We are using .Net MVC Core to build a full-stack website
Reducing Disposable Plastic Waste from Protein Quantitative Assays
Protein concentration quantification is important for many areas of biology and biochemistry. This quantification happens in large quantities in laboratories and needs to be done accurately and quickly. The Bradford assay is one of the most common ways of accomplishing this task (1). This assay relies on the binding of the protein and the Coomassie Blue G250 dye. The anionic blue form binds to the protein and has a maximum at 595 nm. This allows for accurate quantification by reading how much of the sample absorbs at 595 nm (2).
In 2014, it was estimated that 5.5 million tons of plastic waste was generated in all research laboratories around the world, this is equivalent to 83% of all the plastic recycled in 2012 (3). The purpose of this project is to determine laboratory techniques that can reduce the plastic waste of 96-well plates and 100 μL pipette tips by washing and reusing these plates and tips while still maintaining satisfactory results. One of the problems with the Bradford assay is that the dye used stains the 96-well plates making reuse difficult. Using a simple washing method, however, both the 96-well plates and the 100 μL pipette tips showed no statistical variation from a given standard even after significant reuse

Predictive Modeling for Lead Conversion in the EdTech Industry
The rapid growth of the EdTech industry, coupled with the increasing demand for online education, has led to a surge in the number of potential customers or leads in the market. ExtraaLearn, an emerging startup in this sector, faces the challenge of efficiently identifying which leads are most likely to convert into paid customers (Howarth, 2023). This project focuses on utilizing machine learning techniques, specifically Decision Trees and Random Forest, to analyze leads data and predict lead conversion probability (Breiman, 2001; Couronne, Probst & Boulesteix, 2018).
By harnessing the power of data science, the objective is to create a predictive model that not only distinguishes between high-conversion and low-conversion leads but also uncovers the underlying factors influencing the conversion process (James, Witten, Hastie, & Tibshirani, 2013). Through this analysis, a comprehensive profile of leads with a high likelihood of conversion will be developed. The findings of this project can be used to empower EdTech companies like ExtraaLearn to allocate its resources more effectively, optimize its lead nurturing efforts, and ultimately enhance its success in the competitive online education market (Howarth, 2023).

Efficacy of Trauma Informed Care in Reducing Anxiety and Depressive Symptoms Among Patients on Medication Assisted Therapy for Opioid Use Disorder: A Randomised Control Trial
Authors:John Akinbote Kibble Courtney Jesus Reyes William MatallanaVeronica Cardenas The concept of trauma-informed care (TIC) has been over flogged in the traditional healthcare settings of patients with mental disorders with some success but there is a need to ascertain its impact amongst patients in recovery for drug addiction. It is pertinent to state that patients with early life adverse childhood events (ACEs), ongoing stressors and significant life events remain vital targets of trauma -related diagnostic entities since these factors play role in predicting the predisposing, precipitating and perpetuating factors in the dynamics of opioid use disorder and other addictive problems. A clear understanding of how the intrinsic and extrinsic stressors culminate in trauma or how a single significant violent experience causes trauma needs more evaluation among people with addiction. Although most healthcare providers need to have an in-depth knowledge of how these traumatic experiences can influence the screening, assessment, treatment planning for these populations, there is need to use structured care backed by evidence-based therapies to see how certain symptoms such as anxiety and depression can be used to assess the effectiveness of such interventions. It will be important to assess the outcome of such interventions in behavioral health services using randomized control trials to ascertain its efficacy. Using instruments such as Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) to assess anxiety traits and the Trauma Assessment for Adults (TAA) to assess level of trauma effects, the impact of trauma-informed care can be ascertained in the recovery process of patients on medication assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder (OUD). METHODOLOGY Procedure Adult patients with diagnosis of OUD will be recruited in an out-patient care setting in Chicago. Participants will be assessed for anxiety and depressive symptoms using the HADS in the first stage of research. Those with significant anxiety and depressive symptoms will be randomized into two groups. A group will receive intensive and structured trauma informed care while the other group will not receive trauma informed care for a period of 8 weeks. Improvement in anxiety and depressive symptoms will be assessed using the HADS including level of trauma using the TAA after the 8 weeks period. A comparison between both groups will be made thereafter. Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria 1. Participants with psychotic disorders will be excluded. 2. Pregnant female participants will be excluded. 3. Participants with significant hearing impairment or visual impairment will be excluded. 4. Only participants that give consent will be allowed.to participate in the study Ethical Considerations Participants will be required to sign an informed consent form and will also be free to opt out of the research at any time. Gift cards will be given to participants that agreed to participate at the beginning and termination of the research. The approval will be sought from the Governor State University’s ethical committee and effort will be ensured to follow HIPAA rule of confidentiality. Conclusion The expected outcomes of this double blind randomized controlled trial will be to see how effective use of trauma informed care can better alleviate anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms and effects of trauma on participants that received the structured informed care compared to those that did not receive. Those that did not receive the care during the research will be provided the same level of trauma informed care for 8 weeks to fulfil the ethical principle of justice
