AI and DEI: Connecting the Pieces
This workshop introduces AI and DEI digital tools available to GSU faculty, including the “AI Design Assistant” for automating course modules in Blackboard Ultra, Ally for accessibility checks, Grammarly for writing support, and Panopto’s “Smart Chapters.” CTL will also share free AI-enhanced learning tools for course integration

As AI practices rapidly emerge in education, there is a growing focus on the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to advance student learning. Through AI-driven tools, the presentation will show how educators can foster more inclusive learning environments, ensuring that students from diverse backgrounds have equal access to resources and opportunities for success
