Companies need people in their fields with a solid educational foundation and maximum years of job experience. Finding people who are talented, intelligent, and competent enough to be given a position at that time is challenging. Companies are working harder than ever to find people who can meet their needs.[1] Thousands of applicants are competing for one job opening. When considering these difficulties, one may come up with a strategy or approach that can help manage and control them while also simplifying the work. The goal of this project is to find that one thing that will not only connect job searchers and employers but also streamline the online application process. Here, the hiring procedure is managed by the system. This project will make it possible for job seekers from various walks of life to apply for a position in the organization for a potentially exciting job opening. Job seekers can utilize the application to update their profile information, competencies, and skill set. When job seeker applies for a position, they create an account and are referred to as the applied user.[1] User will get in touch with the recruiter to get updates if user were qualified. The recruiters, on the other hand, have the opportunity to post any new job openings they may have in their companies, interact with applicants if necessary, and interview qualified applicants. This system will be entirely under the admin\u27s control, with the lone exception of the evaluation procedure, which is company-specific and hence unpredictable. The management of users, roles, and job listings is also included. Although this is a modernized and improved version of the current process or system, it is by no means a novel concept. It\u27s anticipated that this application will go live in the first week of December 2022

Uber and local transport are there, but it takes time. In such a scenario, one will surely miss the car. A simple solution for these challenges is a car rental service.
Easy Rides is a website that will help rent a car with a click. Here users are allowed to rent a car for the day or by the hour as per their requirements. This website also has a hosting functionality where users can host their cars. To do so, they must enroll their car in the car rent list and earn regular income.
There are three users on the website. Renter – Navigate to choose the car of their choice and book it by making an advance rental payment. Owner – They can list their car in the marketplace, view the booking details, and post rental ratings Admin - must keep track of all users, including the Renter, Owner, The listed cars, and their bookings.
After signing into the website, the user will land on the homepage. The homepage is made very interactive and user-friendly. In the homepage\u27s navigation menu, users can select various sections that will direct them to the different pages having unique functionality.
The purpose of the Easy Rides service is to make last connectivity easy and economical. To develop the website, we use HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and JavaScript for the front end. We use Java, Hibernate, and Rest APIs for the backend. Moreover, for storing data, we are using the MySQL database

In the current system, finding a house for rent is difficult for a tenant, but managing the home by the owner is also a complicated issue. Keeping in mind about the issues of the tenant and owner, a new application is developed which is known as Management system for Apartment. This application will be having the users like tenant, owner, and the administrator. If a tenant wants to find a house or apartment on rent, then he needs to go to the application and he should register with it. After registering with the application, he should log into it and at the same time he can search for the vacant houses or apartments in the given location. Application will be taking the input and provides the necessary details to the users. If we click on that information, then we can view all the details of the house or apartment. This information will help the tenant to view the home without going there, they can know the rent of the house, they can contact the owner directly. If both parties are agreed for the house, then they will be entering the house, owner will be having the right to enter the tenant details. A user name will be created for the tenant and then he can contact to the owner related to the issues of the homes, bills, payments etc. All this information will be stored in the database and whenever the owner, and the tenant is having any issue and they can make use of these details to clarify the issue. Existing applications will not be suitable for the current requirements, so we want to design and develop new applications. We are expecting to complete this application before 12th of December, 2022. This application is developed by using Java technologies and the database we use is MySQL. To design the GUI of the application, we will be using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and the coding will be written by using jQuery and PHP

We propose an online registration management system for the conduct of academic conferences in any college or university to overcome all of the limitations of a physical system in conducting the conference.
This new web application will reach every nook and cranny of the globe. People can view the information, they can register with this application, can communicate with the conference people, can get suggestions or recommendations from experts in the same field, etc. To achieve these things, the user needs to sign up with the application, which he should be logged into for doing the different operations in the application. If any of the users want to change their personal information, they will be given the edit option, and they can search for people who are experts in the related field. If needed, they can communicate with them by using this application. Based on the information provided by the user, experts will recommend the related research field so that he or she can opt for it.
To create the above application, we will use.Net to create the GUI and implement the application\u27s various operations. We will be using HTML, CSS, BOOTSTRAP, JavaScript, and jQuery in coding, and to store the data, we will be using SQL Server management studio. The framework we are going to use isASP.Net Framework 4.5. According to the schedule, the project will be completed by December 10, 2022

This registration system will be managing the data of students, teachers, course details, etc. For doing such operations the application will be categorizing the users into 3 types of students, teacher, and admin.
The main objective of this application is to manage the student\u27s and teachers’ data. Students who want to learn need to register with the application and then they need to sign up. This will add security to the application and the student will be identified with the help of a username and password. All the personal information of students and teachers will be maintained, they will be given additional features like adding the details, updating the data, deleting the data, searching for the data, etc. Existing applications will not suit the requirements of our system, that is the reason a new application needs to be developed. As per the requirements of the application, the estimated project completion date is 12th December 2022

Get PDFThroughout the pandemic, Governors State University (the “University” or “GSU”) has prioritized the health and safety of the GSU community while focusing on providing high-quality instruction and advising, no matter the delivery platform. It will continue to do so for Academic Year 2021-22 (AY22) as outlined in this plan. The times are unprecedented, and the campus has drawn on its history of innovation and flexibility to construct the Academic Year 2021-2022 Operating Plan (the “Operating Plan”) with its models of working and learning that meet campus needs. The University has been monitoring current public health conditions, including the recent rise of the Omicron variant, and has taken those conditions into account when updating this plan for Spring Semester 2022.
Recently, Governor Pritzker re-issued an Executive Order permitting the full reopening of educational institutions, including endorsing many the same mitigation efforts the University already had adopted voluntarily. A full list of GSU’s overlapping mitigation strategies can be found in this Operating Plan in Appendix 1. A strong component of our ability to continue to operate in person is fully implementing the mandatory vaccination plan for universities as set forth in Executive Order 202-23, which the GSU has adopted via its Interim Policy Covid-19 Executive Order posted on the campus policy page of the website. The mandatory vaccination policy requires all community members learning or working on campus to submit proof that they are fully vaccinated, unless they obtain an exemption due to medical or religious reasons. Furthermore, the mandatory policy requires all on-campus learners and workers to submit proof of a negative COVID-19 test on a weekly basis until proof of full vaccination is submitted to GSU. No full textAttachment styles within dyadic relationships affect multiple levels of the family structure that include: the relationship, the ability to navigate and adjust to change as a couple, as well as the implications it has on children. Utilizing data from the Multi-site Family Study on Incarceration, Parenting, and Partnering [MFS-IP], Actor-Partner Interdependence Modeling was used to address the correlation between dyadic adjustment and attachment between couples, as well as addressing factors of race on this correlation. Results yielded that higher rates of attachment were associated with better dyadic adjustment, especially if one partner had a higher rate of attachment.

No full textKnee replacement surgery is the most performed inpatient procedure in the geriatric population in the United States with over a million knee replacements performed annually.
Partial Knee replacement (PKR), also known as uni-compartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) is a localized and specific alternative to a total knee replacement in patients with limited osteoarthiritis affecting only specific segments of the knee. Although patients whom have undergone partial knee replacements enjoy successful outcomes, revision surgery is more often warranted in this population than patients whom have undergone total knee replacement.2 Post operative rehabilitation of total or partial knee replacement surgeries should thus crucially incorporate interventions addressing pelvic stability in the frontal plane as instability and weakness of the hip abductors may contribute to excessive medial-lateral moments of the knee during dynamic single leg stance activities, contributing to knee pain.

Importance of Early Intervention for Vision and Motor Development for a Complex Pediatric Patient with Hydrocephalus and Right Esotropia
No full textBackground and Purpose: The importance of early intervention has been explored in the literature, as has the importance of interdisciplinary care, but the combination of these two factors in developing an intervention plan for a complex child have not been fully explored. Case Description: This case report followed a 19-month-old Caucasian male with hydrocephalus, a complex medical background, and compounding factors involving his parents to explore how his early intervention team’s involvement and communication allowed for improved outcomes and greater carry over between sessions. Outcomes: This report utilized the PDMS-2 and observations from the different disciplines, including physical, occupational, speech, vision, nutrition, and developmental, to see improvements made over an 8-week period.
