    우리 사회는 최근 IMF 구제금융으로 인해 고용불안이 확산되고 있으며, 대량실업이 발생하면서 동시에 실업자는 물론 직업을 가진 사람들조차 실업에 대한 위기감이 고조되고 있다. 이에 따라 한국인의 직업관을 재조명하고 직업에 대한 가치를 조사·분석하고자 하는 의도에서 본 연구가 수행되었다. 본 연구는 1995년도 인구조사 센서스를 모집단으로 하여 제주도를 제외한 만 15세 이상의 전국 국민 3,000명을 충화추출법에 의해 우리 나라 국민의 직업의식을 조사한 결과이다. ..
