 چکیده
هنده اي آزاردهرچند یائسگي جزء وقایع طبیعي زندگي زنان است، اما برخي عالیم آن به اندازه :مقدمه
 است که بر فعالیت هاي روزانه افراد تأثیر منفي مي گذارد.
ه مراجعه این مطالعه جهت بررسی تاثیر آموزش در کیفیت زندگی و خود مراقبتی زنان یائس  هدف:
 گرفت.صورت 1400کننده به خانه های بهداشت شهرستان زابل  سال 
با گروه کنترل  از آزمون  و پس پیش از آزمونروش این پژوهش مداخله ای، طرح  مواد و روش کار:
رل ( نفر و در  گروه کنت15( نفر می باشد که در گروه مداخله )30نمونه آماری مورد مطالعه )است.  
به منظور اجرای پژوهش از هر دو گروه در  است. دردسترسار گرفتند. روش نمونه گیری ( نفر قر 15)
 وابتدا خواسته شد که به پرسشنامه ها پاسخ دهند و سپس به گروه مداخله آموزش الزم ارائه گردید 
ابزار جمع آوری اطالعات:  سپس از هر دو گروه خواسته شد مجدد به پرسشنامه ها پاسخ دهند.

Abstract 
 Introduction: Although menopause is a normal part of women's lives, some of its symptoms are so 
annoying that it negatively affects people's daily activities. 
Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of education on quality of life and self-care 
of postmenopausal women referring to health centers in Zabol city in 2021.  
Materials & Methods: The method of this interventional research is pre-test and post-test design with 
control group. The statistical sample was (30) people who were in the intervention group (15) and in the 
control group (15). Sampling method is available. In order to conduct the research, both groups were 
first asked to answer the questionnaires and then the intervention group was provided with the necessary 
training and then both groups were asked to answer the questionnaires again. Data collection tool: 
Quality of Life Questionnaires for postmenopausal women in 2014 and Faraji menopausal women in 
2017. Univariate test, correlated t-test and covariance were used to analyze the statistical data.  
 Results: The results showed that education has an effect on the quality of life of postmenopausal women 
referred to health centers in Zabol city. The effect size is 0.160. That education has an effect on the self-
care of postmenopausal women referring to health centers in Zabol city. The effect size is 0.488. 
 Discussion and Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, it can be said that increasing the 
awareness of women during menopause in the field of quality of life and self-care is an inevitable 
necessity to reduce their physical and mental injuries and stress.
