 چکیده
کلینیهک بها  ن بدون شک بیماران باردار از مهمترین چالشهایی هستند که  متصصصهین درمهان ریشه  در هدف:
. هدف از این مطالع  ک  در برخورد با  نها باید یکسری نکات کلیدی را دانست  و رعایت نمایندمواج  می شوند
 بررسی  گاهی، نگرش و عملکرد متصصصین درمان ریش  ایران در برخورد با بیماران باردار میباشد.
نفهر  60) نفر از متصصصین درمان ریش   ایهران 107تحلیلی بر روی -این مطالع  مقطعی، توصیفیروش اجرا:
پرسشنام  بطور پراکنده در میهان متصصصهین درمهان  107این منظور تعداد   انجام گردید. ب (نفر زن 47مرد و 
سوال در زمین   گاهی، نگرش و عملکرد  نها در برخورد با  20ریش  مناطق جغرافیایی مصتلف ایران ک   شامل 
و متعاقبها   زمهون  SPSSهای  نان تحت  نالیز  ماری توسط نرم افهزار توزیع گردید و پاسخبود  بارداربیماران 
chi-squareیاtestFisher's exact .قرار گرفت 
درصد از  نها عملکرد قابل قبول دارند،  1.87درصد( عملکرد مطلوب و  98.13اکثر متصصصین ):یافته ها
درصد  95.33 دارند. همچنین قابل قبول درصد نگرش 16.82و  مطلوب درصد از متصصصین نگرش83.18

Abstract 
 
Purpose:Doubtlessly, pregnant patients are one of the most important challenges in Endodontic 
practice, So the specialists in this field should know and follow a few key points regarding these 
patients. The aim of this study was to evaluate the knowledge, attitude and performance of 
Iranian endodontists regarding pregnant patients. 
 
Methods:This cross-sectional, descriptive-analytical study was performed on 107 Iranian 
endodontists, 67 men and 40 women. For this purpose, 107 questionnaires including 20 questions 
regarding the knowledge, attitude and performance of the Endodontists dealing with pregnant 
patientswere distributed among endodontists in different geographical parts of Iran and their 
responses to these questions were analyzed by SPSS program (IBM), followed by Chi-square or 
Fisher's exact test. 
 
Results:The knowledge of 95.33% of the Iranian Endodontists regarding dealing with the 
pregnant patients was favorable and 4.67% acceptable. 83.18% of Iranian Endodontists 
hadfavorable and 16.82%, acceptable attitudes. Also, 1.87% of specialists had acceptable and 
98.13% favorable performances. The relationship of none of the variables with gender was 
significant. The relationship of none of the variables with the workplace of specialists was 
significant. The relationship of none of the variables with the age of specialists was significant. 
The relationship of none of the variables with the work experience of specialists was significant. 
The relationship of none of the variables with the working hours per month of specialists was 
significant(p> 0.05). 
 
Conclusion:95.33% of Iranian Endodontists had favorable knowledge, 83.18% had favorable 
attitude, and 98.13% had favorable performance dealing with pregnant patients. Instructing the 
key notes regarding the pregnant patients to Iranian Endodontists improves and promotes 
Endodontic treatments on these patients in Iran.

 فارسی چکیده
یا ریشه های  تنگی کانال نخاع عبارت از باریک شدن فضا کانال با اثر فشاری بر طناب نخاعیزمینه و هدف:

 .انجام دهیم ۱۳۹۹مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان در سال 
ی مراجعه کننده نفر از بیماران مبتال به تنگی کانال نخاعی کمر 60مقطعی،  مطالعه این در  ها:مواد و روش
 T1Wاژیتال ستصویرهای اکزیال و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. به بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان 
بعد از  .تهیه شده بر اساس روش استاندارد مورد تایید انجمن های بین المللی تهیه و گزارش شد T2Wو 
استفاده لیل برای تجزیه و تح 20نسخه  SPSSافزار  نرم با وهای آمار توصیفی ها از روشداده جمع آوری
 شد.
 ۹/4۹ ± 0۳/۱5ن %( زن و میانگین سن بیمارا 7/۳6نفر ) 22%( مرد و  ۳/6۳نفر ) ۳8 بیمار،  60از  ها:یافته
بوط به بود. در مطالعه ما بیشترین فراوانی محل استنوزیس مر 6۳/۳2 ± 55/28سال و شاخص توده بدنی 
L3-L4 ۱7 ( بیرون زدگی خلفی دیسک مربوط به  ۳/28نفر ،)%L4-L5 ۱0 ( دیلولیستزیس ، اسپون %( 7/۱6نفر
 بود.  %( ۳/۱8نفر ) L2-L3 ۱۱و بیرون زدگی قدامی دیسک مربوط به   %( 7/2۱نفر ) L3-L4 ۱۳مربوط به 
ناقص وجود تبرخی یافته های این مطالعه با سایر پژوهش ها همخوانی ولی در پاره ای موارد  گیری:نتیجه
انجام شود  داشت. توصیه می شود بررسی های اپیدمیولوژی با حجم نمونه مناسب در نواحی جغرافیایی ایران
روز آن ها بتفاوت اشکال تا چگونگی روند پدیده های دژنراتیسیون مهره ها، شیوع جنسی و سنی بیماران و 
 در مقایسه با بررسی های کشورهای غربی ارزیابی شود.

Abstract 
Background and aim: Spinal canal stenosis is the narrowing of the canal space 
with a compressive effect on the spinal cord or its nerve roots and is the most 
common indication for lumbar spine surgery in people over 60 years of age. 
Therefore, we decided to conduct a study entitled MRI findings in patients with 
primary spinal canal stenosis referred to the teaching hospitals of Kerman 
University of Medical Sciences in 2020. 
Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 60 patients with lumbar 
spinal canal stenosis referred to Kerman University of Medical Sciences hospitals 
were studied. Axial and sagittal images of T1W and T2W were prepared and 
reported according to the standard method approved by international associations. 
After data collection, descriptive statistical methods were used for analysis with 
SPSS software version 20. 
Results: Out of 60 patients, 38 (63.3%) were male and 22 (36.7%) were female 
and the mean age of patients was 49.9. 15.03 years and body mass index was 
32.63 28 28.55. In our study, the highest frequency of L3-L4 stenosis was 17 
(28.3%), L4-L5 posterior disc protrusion was 10 (16.7%), L3-L4 
spondylolisthesis was 13 (7/7). 21%) and anterior disc protrusion was related to 
L2-L3 11 patients (18.3%). 
Conclusion: Some findings of this study were consistent with other studies, but 
in some cases there were discrepancies. It is recommended that epidemiological 
studies with appropriate sample size be performed in geographical areas of Iran 
to assess the development of vertebral degeneration, sex and age of patients and 
the differences in their incidence in comparison with Western studies.
