Social risk and the mechanism of legal regulation of social security
Protection from social risks, which one of the main ways is to compensate for their negative
consequences in the social security system, is impossible without the law regulation. Various
legal means are formed into an integral mechanism for social security legal regulation. The
article analyzes the interaction and interdependence of the mechanism of social security legal
regulation and social risk. The study is based on the theory of the legal regulation mechanism
proposed by S. S. Alekseev. The article shows how the various stages of the legal regulation
mechanism correlate with the dynamics of social risk. At the first stage, which consists in the
formation of legislation on social security, the model of social risk and its compensation are
fixed in the law. On the basis of legal acts, in combination with specific life circumstances, the
second stage of the mechanism of social security legal regulation begins — the acting of legal
norms that determines the emergence or change of legal relations for the establishment of
social benefits. At the moment, the individual’s awareness of social risk and the application for
social security acquire significance. The third stage of the mechanism of social security legal
regulation is the implementation of rights and obligations, when legal regulation achieves its
goals. This makes it possible to assess the effectiveness of the legal regulation mechanism. The
appeal to the theory of the legal regulation mechanism, its correlation with the concept of
social risk can help increase the efficiency of the realization of rights to social security. This is
all the more relevant because life gives rise to new dangers that may require their acceptance
as social risks and guaranteed protection from their negative consequences

Existential sense of trust
Investigating the lack of trust in the contemporary society, researchers tend to use various definitions
of trust in their social and cultural studies. Hence difficult is to compare the results of
such surveys and to understand the essence of the studied phenomenon clearly. In this regard,
the search for the fundamental sense of trust seems to be an urgent task. However, philosophical
literature allows to conclude that the category was used as something obvious throughout
the history of thought. Philosophers appeared to focus on analyzing phenomena either opposite (lie and deceit), or related but not identical (faith, fidelity, certainty, etc.). Thus, this study
is reasonable at the ontological level, using hermeneutic and existential analysis, as a result of
which, on one hand, it is possible to show the relation between trust and etymologically related
truth, and, on the other hand, to understand its nature and to formulate a definition that
reflects it’s basic sense. Trust is designated as a “switch” into the mode of openness to the light
of truth, which does not change either words or state of affairs, but allows to check our own
constructs for falsity and unproductiveness. Therefore, trust is offered to be studied not as a
characteristic of the relationship to others: the basic background of any relationship is found
to be the opening of human being to the “level” of truth as the full scale of reality. In this light,
the article demonstrates the existential aspects of trust giving examples of life situations and
investigates fears that lead to mistrust. Some recommendations are also formulated for overcoming
these fears and for building the most reliable, non-conflict, trustworthy relationships
On the properties of some inversion methods of the Laplace transform
The problem of inversion of the integral Laplace transform, which belongs to the class of ill-posed problems, is considered. Integral equations are reduced to ill-conditioned systems of linear algebraic equations, in which the unknowns are either the coefficients of the series expansion in terms of special functions, or the approximate values of the desired original at a number of points. Described method of inversion using special quadrature formulas of the highest degree of accuracy and the characteristics of the accuracy and stability of this method are indicated. Quadrature inversion formulas are constructed, which are adapted for the inversion of long-term and slow processes of linear viscoelasticity. A method of deformation of the integration contour in the Riemann-Mellin inversion formula is proposed, which leads the problem to the calculation of certain integrals and allows obtaining error estimates. A method is described for determining the possible breakpoints of the original and calculating the magnitude of the jump at these points.This paper was prepared with the support by a grant from StPetersburg State University “Event 3”

Remark on the precision of recurrent forecast in singular spectrum analysis
Within the family of methods named as Singular Spectrum Analysis there exist several variants of forecasting algorithms for signals corrupted by additive noise. In this paper the way to estimate the asymptotical accuracy of the recurrent variant of such a forecast for long series is shown and illustrated. It occurs that almost all elements of this construction are already studied and published, though some of them are hard to be implemented in concrete situations. Here all these elements are brought together, expanded and discussed. Discontinuous mappings and the limit load in boundary value problems of nonlinear elasticity
The article discusses a boundary value problem of nonlinear elasticity for mapping (deformation) in two weak formulations: in the form of a variational equilibrium equation and in the form of minimization of a multidimensional integral functional. Some questions of a mathematical correctness of the nonlinear elasticity BVP are discussed. Using methods of calculus of variations, by the example of two simple problems, it is proved that for some nonlinear elastic models in the corresponding boundary value problems there can be mappings that have discontinuities of the slip type, as well as there is the limit load - such a finite value of external forces, above which the boundary value problem has no solution at all

Liturgical argument in defense of Orthodoxy in the polemical collection of the Library of the Russian Academy of Sciences 16.3.13
In a poorly covered polemical collection of the 17th century of the Library of the
Academy of Sciences 16.3.13 there is a controversy between supporters of the Orthodox
and Latin teachings about the Eucharist. The writings of the brothers Likhudov
and monk Euthymius are placed along with the heretical writings of Sylvester
Medvedev and the banned deacon Athanasius. In this article, we will pay attention
to the “liturgical” direction in the argument, when the parties participating in the
controversy find confirmation of their position in the order of the Divine Liturgy.
This is done by referring to the authority of the liturgies of the Eastern Orthodox
Church: Saints John and Basil, the Apostles Mark and James, brother of God, as well
as the study of the “Latin” liturgy of the Apostle Peter. The complexity of describing
the liturgical argument lies in its arbitrary arrangement on the pages of the collection.
The purpose of this work is to consider the liturgical argument in defense of
the Orthodox teaching on the time of the transubstantiation of the Gifts in the littlecovered
polemical collection of the Library of the Academy of Sciences 16.3.13. The
content of the manuscript will be considered in the context of the polemic with the
“bread-worshipping” heresy, after which the method of liturgical polemic based on
the rites of the liturgies will be examined. In conclusion, preliminary conclusions
are made about the meaning of the liturgical argument
