Trinity United Methodist Church 
 
ALL those two (2) certain pieces, parcels or lots of land situate, lying and being in the 
Town of Andrews, County of Georgetown, State of South Carolina, being known and 
distinguished as Lots Numbers One (1) and Two (2) of Block Number Twenty-nine (29) on 
a plat of the lands of the Rosemary Land Association made by G. T. Ford, Surveyor, dated 
February, 1919, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Georgetown 
County in Plat Book “C” at page 43.  Said Two (2) lots taken together measuring and 
containing in front on Rosemary Avenue a distance of One Hundred Forty (140) feet and 
the same on the rear line, and extending back in depth from said Rosemary Avenue a 
distance of One Hundred Ninety-two (192) feet; Butting and Bounding as follows, to wit: 
On the Northeast by the Right of Way of the Seaboard Air Line Railway; On the Southeast 
by a Sixteen foot alley which bisects said Block; On the Southwest by Lot Numbers Three 
(3) of said Block; and On the Northwest by said Rosemary Avenue.  All of which will more 
fully and at large appear by reference to said plat which is hereby made a part and parcel 
hereof. 
 
This being the same property conveyed to T. W. Bellune, John B. Grant, Arthur M. 
Flowers, L. A. Rogerson and R. H. Gamble as Trustees of the Trinity Methodist Episcopal 
Church, South by deed dated February 9, 1927 and recorded in the Office of the Register 
of Deeds for Georgetown County on March 31, 1927 in Deed Book N at page 74. 
 
AND 
 
ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the Town of 
Andrews, County of Georgetown, State of South Carolina, known and distinguished as Lot 
Number Three (3) of Block Number Twenty-nine (29) on a plat of the lands of Rosemary 
Land Association made by G. T. Ford, C.E., dated February, 1919, and recorded in the 
Office of the Register of Deeds for Georgetown County in Plat Book “C” at page 43.  Lot 
Number Three (3) fronting on Rosemary Avenue, whereon and on its rear line each it 
measures in width Seventy (70) feet, running back in depth from said Rosemary Avenue a 
distance of One Hundred Ninety-Two (192) feet, maintaining said width throughout said 
depth.  Butting and Bounding as follows: To the Northeast on Lot Number Two (2) of said 
Block now owned by the Trustees of Trinity M. E. Church, South and upon which their 
Church building is partly located; To the Southeast on a Sixteen (16) foot alley that bisects 
said Block; To the Southwest on Lot Number Four (4) of said Block; and To the Northwest 
on Rosemary Avenue.   
 
This being a portion of the property conveyed to J. H. Porter, J. B. Grant, W. L. 
Hemingway, A. M. Flowers, R. B. Clemmons, T. W. Bellune and H. S. Parsons Trustees of 
Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church, South of Andrews, S.C. by deed of Rosemary Land 
Association dated August 17, 1934 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for 
Georgetown County on August 31, 1934 in Deed Book O-2 at page 522.

shown on the plat entitled "MAP OF PROPERTY OF ROSEMARY LAND 
ASSOCIATION ANDREWS, SC", prepared by G. T. Ford dated February, 1919 and 
recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Georgetown County on March 25, 1919 
in Plat Book “C” at page 43 and more particularly shown on a map prepared by Samuel 
M. Harper dated March 28, 1996 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for 
Georgetown County on April 11, 1996 in Plat Book 15 at page 841. 
 
This being the same property conveyed to Ann Blakely, Jimmy Johnson, Ina C. Livingston, 
Everett McCants, Barbara Morris, Jean Terry, Carson Watts and Alex Wildes as Trustees 
for Trinity United Methodist Church, Andrews, SC by deed of Jane Andrews Burkette and 
Diane Andrews Reid dated April 10, 1996 and recorded in the Office of the Register of 
Deeds for Georgetown County on April 11, 1996 in Deed Book 689 at page 243.

Number Eight (8) fronting on Magnolia Avenue whereon and on its rear line each it 
measures Seventy (70) feet, running back in depth from said Magnolia Avenue a distance 
of One Hundred Ninety-two (192) feet, maintaining same width throughout said depth.

fronting on Magnolia Street, N/K/A Magnolia Avenue, and measuring in width thereon 
and on the rear line Seventy (70.00) feet; and running back in depth therefrom One 
Hundred Ninety-Two (192.00) feet, retaining same width throughout said depth, and 
butting and bounding as follows:  To the North by Lot No.  Eight (8) of said Block Twenty-
Nine (29); To the East by Magnolia Street n/k/a Magnolia Avenue; To the South by Lot No.  
Ten (10) of said Block Twenty-Nine (29); and To the West by a Sixteen (16.00) foot alley, 
which bisects said Block Twenty-Nine (29).  All of which will more fully and at large

bounding as follows: On the Northeast by Lot No. 9 of Block 29; On the Southeast by 
Magnolia Avenue; On the Southwest by the remaining portion of Lot No. 10, Block 29; and  
On the Northwest by a 16-foot alleyway.

main track; Thence Easterly along Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company Southerly Right-
of-Way line 192 feet; Thence Northerly at a right angle 50 feet; Thence Westerly and 
parallel to Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company main track and everywhere 50 feet from 
the center line thereof to the Northerly prolongation of the Easterly line of Rosemary 
Avenue; Thence Southerly to the point of beginning.  Aforesaid described land being a 
strip of land 50 feet in width adjoining the Northerly line of Lot 1, Block 29 of the Town of 
Andrews.   
 
This being the same property conveyed to J. B. Grant, W. L. Hemingway, A. M. Flowers, 
A. H. Parsons, J. H. Rowell, J. B. Wooten and R. B. Clemons as and constituting the Board 
of Trustees of Trinity Methodist Church, Andrews, South Carolina by deed of Seaboard 
Air Line Railroad Company recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for 
Georgetown County on August 25, 1952 in Deed Book Y-3 at page 541.

ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the Town of 
Andrews, in No. 4 Township, County of Georgetown, State of South Carolina, being more 
fully described according to the map of land of Rosemary Land Association prepared by G. 
T. Ford, C.E., dated February 1919 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for 
Georgetown County in Plat Book “C” at page 43, as follows: Commencing at the 
Northwesternmost corner of Lot No. One (1) of Block Twenty-Nine (29) at a point on the 
Right-of-Way of Rosemary Avenue and running thence in a Northerly direction at a right 
angle to the Northern boundary of said Lot No. One (1) for a distance of One Hundred 
Thirty (130) feet along the Right-of-Way of Rosemary Avenue to a point; Thence turning in 
a right angle and running in an Easterly direction for a distance of Four Hundred (400) 
feet to a point on the Western Right-of-Way of Magnolia Avenue; Thence turning in a right 
angle and running in a Southerly direction along the Western Right-of-Way of said 
Magnolia Avenue a distance of One Hundred Thirty (130) feet to a point, which is also the 
Northeasternmost corner of Lot No. Seven (7) of said Block Twenty-Nine (29); and Thence 
turning in a right angle and running in a Westerly direction along the Northern boundary 
of Lot No. Seven (7) and Lot No. One (1) of Block Twenty-Nine (29) for a distance of Four 
Hundred (400) feet to the point of beginning.  The Lot of land hereby conveyed is in the 
form of a rectangular parallelogram and Butts and Bounds: To the West on the Right-of-
Way of Rosemary Avenue; To the North on a Seventy (70) foot Right-of-Way dedicated to 
the Town of Andrews for a Street; To the East on the Right-of-Way of Magnolia Avenue; 
and To the South by Block Twenty-Nine (29) as shown on the said map which is hereby 
made by reference a part and parcel of this conveyance.  
 
 
This being the same property conveyed to J. H. Rowell, A. H. Parsons, L. S. Rogerson, R. 
B. Clemons, A. M. Flowers, Sr. and C. C. Garris as Trustees of the Trinity Methodist 
Church, Andrews, South Carolina by deed of Rosemary Land Association recorded in the 
Office of the Register of Deeds for Georgetown County on July 3, 1961 in Deed Book 45 at 
page 406.
