    At the moment, Biro Pengadaan Barang PT Semen Padang has owned sandard work and iformation system daa record-keeping to suplier performance assessment. But, in is executuin still reguire to be completed again. Without assessment existence to supplier performance in Biro Pengadaan Barang, hence this matter will affect at incident of many loss. This matter is cause by functioning of supplier performance assessment system as a means of control and evaluate o supplier performance in spanning certain ime. scheme of supplier performance measurement model is conducted by using weighting-point method. scheme step done by determining beforhand especial criterion and criterion subs o assess, weight value and scor, info required record type, calculation method, collision type, collission scor range per each sanction type and criterion o be obtained in each supplier doing collission. As for especial criterion assessment consist of Responsibility, Price, Flecibility, Quality and Delivery. This Model will be more complete supplier performance assessment which has in Biro Pengadaan Barang. Scheme of System Model Conductes by Using Object Oriened Modelling and model Language he used is Unified Modelling Language (UML). System management database in designing od supplier performance assessment information system is to be compiled in form of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). Information system of Supplier performance assessment can give amenity in daa input supplier collision and scor process of is end supplier performance.     Acceleration of Seed Ordering and Selection For High Quality VLSI Delay Test

    Seed ordering and selection is a key technique to provide high-test quality with limited resources in Built-In Self Test (BIST) environment. We present a hard-to-detect delay fault selection method to optimize the computation time in seed ordering and selection processes. This selection method can be used to select faults for test generation when it is impractical to target all delay faults resulting large test pattern count and long Computation time. Three types of selection categories are considered, ranged in the number of seeds it produced, which is useful when we consider computing resources, such as memory and storage. We also evaluate the impact of the selection method in mixed-mode BIST when seed are expanded to more patterns, and evaluate the statistical delay quality level (SDQL) with the original work. Experimental results show that our proposed method can significantly reduce computation time while slightly sacrificing test quality

    Limbah cair yang berasal dari rumah sakit mengandung senyawa organik dan anorganik yang cukup tinggi, senyawa kimia, mikroorganisme berbahaya yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit terhadap kesehatan masyarakat maupun lingkungan. Berdasarkan analisis visual di lapangan dan data hasil laboratorium bahwa limbah cair di RSUD Lubuk Basung belum terkelola secara optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sistem pengelolaan limbah cair di RSUD Lubuk Basung tahun 2011. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan cara pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen, dan observasi langsung ke lapangan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang sistem pengelolaan limbah cair. Hasil penelitian mengenai input pengelolaan limbah cair belum sepenuhnya memadai. Kebijakan telah ada, namun tenaga dan dana masih belum memadai, sarana dan prasarana belum berfungsi secara optimal. Aspek proses dalam pengelolaan limbah cair yaitu tidak adanya perencanaan khusus, pengorganisasian dengan adanya pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing pengelola, pelaksanaannya belum sepenuhnya sesuai persyaratan, dan pengawasan dalam bentuk pemeriksaan sampel. Peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan limbah cair di RSUD Lubuk Basung belum sepenuhnya memadai baik dari segi input, proses, maupun output. Disarankan untuk melakukan upaya perbaikan terhadap masing-masing komponen agar pengelolaan selanjutnya dapat lebih baik

    Karboksimetil Kitosan sebagai Inhibitor Korosi pada Baja Lunak dalam Media Air Gambut

    Carboxymethyl chitosan (CMC) was tested as corrosion inhibitor for mild steel in peat water using weight loss methods. The result showed that the inhibition influenced by the peat water pH, contact time and CMC concentration, which the inhibition at optimum on pH 7 and contact time 3 days i.e., 93,66%. The inhibition efficiency of this inhibitor increases with increasing in the CMC concentration. The inhibition action of CMC on the steel surface obeys modified Langmuir isotherm and assumed to occur via chemisorption on the metal surface with value Goads -35,413 kJ mol-1 . The negative value Goads of indicates that the CMC inhibitor is spontaneously adsorbed onto mild steel surface. The inhibition efficiency is also characterized bases of activation energies of corrosion reaction in the absence and with presence of CMC and the formation of passive film on the surface metal studies the using Scanning Electron Microscope-Energy Dispersive X-Ray (SEM-EDX).
