It aims to provide a platform for scholarly dialogue on legal transformation, offering theoretical and empirical insights into the dynamics of Indonesia's legal system. The journal encourages the exploration of legal issues from a reformist perspective, focusing on the relevance and adaptability of national and international legal frameworks within the Indonesian context. The target audience of the journal includes legal academics and researchers who are engaged in studying and publishing in areas such as constitutional law, criminal law, customary law, administrative law, and transnational law. It also addresses legal practitioners-such as judges, lawyers, prosecutors, and notaries-who seek to stay informed about recent legal developments and reforms. In addition, the journal serves policymakers and government officials involved in legislative design and legal governance. Graduate students in law (Master's and Doctoral levels) also form part of the intended readership, using the journal as a scholarly reference for their academic work.
