Spectrophotometric study of wine color evolution

    No full text
The color evolution of malvidin-3-O-glucoside (Mv-3-O-glc), elicited by caffeic acid (CAF), (+)-catechin (CA), or syringic acid (SI) in model wine solution, was spectrophotometrically monitored over 12 months of storage, considering different malvidin-to-polyphenol molar ratios (1:1 to 1:20) and pH values (2.8–3.6). The dataset belongs to a comprehensive study aimed at modelling the copigmentation onset and its impact on the color of red wines

Iezzi (ed.) “Sounds of Ink: Lou Qi and 30 Years of Calligraphyism / 水墨的声音—洛齐与书法主义30年”, 2025, Bologna: Bologna University Press). It collects the metadata descriptions of the main artworks analyzed in the publication as formalized in the “WRITE digital archive”, that is the semantic web digital archive of the WRITE project (G.A. 949645). Among them, one file contains the metadata related to the author of these artworks (Luo Qi), and the other three contain the metadata related to the artwork(s) itself, their Calli-Writing Unit(s) (CWU – artwork content unit with calligraphic features), the series they belong to and the exhibitions where they were exhibited. The artworks were selected from a large number of works included in the archive as those displayed in the exhibition “Sounds of Ink: Lou Qi and 30 Years of Calligraphyism” that is the core of the whole book. The dataset also includes the transcription of the artist’s interview and the document “关于《福洛寿》作品” sent by the artist (20.03.2019) cited in the publication

Experimental data on in vitro sperm capacitation in presence of cAMP and MK571

    No full text
cAMP has been reported to be an essential driver of sperm capacitation and cAMP efflux through multidrug resistance-associated protein 4 (MRP4) has been suggested to maintain intracellular cAMP homeostasis and generate extracellular signaling able to regulate capacitation. Using an in vitro model of pig sperm capacitation, this study investigated the influence of extracellular cAMP on sperm capacitation and acquisition of fertilizing ability, and evaluated the role of MRP4 using MK571, a MRP4 selective inhibitor. These data sets contain the raw data on sperm tyrosine-phosphorylated protein localization, sperm viability and in vitro fertilization (IVF) output

La Governance delle Società Benefit in Italia: Processi decisionali ed Etica aziendale.

    Get PDF

    PCB method design of experiments

    No full text
This dataset contains the complete experimental matrices and multivariate responses used for the optimization of Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC–MS) analytical conditions and extraction procedures in the simultaneous determination of Polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB), brominated flame retardants (BFR) and novel brominated flame retardants (NBFR) in human serum. Four CSV files are provided. DesignOfExperiment_RF_LOQ.csv reports the D-optimal and full-factorial experimental designs used to optimize retention factor (RF), chromatographic separation, and limit of quantification (LOQ), including variable levels for injection parameters, oven temperatures, and pulse conditions. DesignOfExperiment_extraction.csv contains the extraction-optimization DoE evaluating the effect of hexane and ethyl acetate volumes and SPE elution composition on analyte recovery and matrix effects. PrincipalComponentAnalysis_RF_LOQ.csv includes A/FWHM ratios for all target analytes, used to compute Principal Component Analysis (PCA) models that summarize global chromatographic performance during method refinement. PrincipalComponentAnalysis_extraction.csv provides recovery-based PCA input data for assessing extraction efficiency across pollutant classes. Together, these datasets support full reproducibility of the chemometric workflow applied in the associated study, enabling reconstruction of DoE models, PCA analyses, and optimization paths. Typical uses include method-development benchmarking, teaching of multivariate optimization strategies, and re-analysis of GC–MS development data under alternative criteria

Experimental data on naloxone supplementation during vitrification of equine in vitro matured oocytes after overnight holding: insights from a comparative study with the bovine model

    No full text
This dataset contains the raw data from the two experiments: i) bovine oocyte IVM and viability dataset refers to Exp. 1 in which bovine immature (bGV) and mature (bMII) bovine oocytes were vitrified without (VIT) or with NX (VIT-NX) to assess protocol efficiency and evaluate whether results obtained in bovine MII oocytes (without holding) could serve as a counterpart to equine oocytes subjected to overnight holding; ii) equine oocyte viability and cleaved embryos after ICSI, equine oocyte GSH, ROS, and HMMP levels, and equine oocytes qRT-PCR datasets refer to Exp. 2 in which equine in vitro matured oocytes after overnight holding (eMII) were vitrified with or without NX, and analyzed for viability, reactive oxygen species (ROS), glutathione (GSH), high mitochondrial membrane potential (HMMP), developmental competence following intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), and expression of apoptosis-related genes (BCL2, BAX, p53) by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR)

Diritto, sessualità, differenza: riflessioni su affettività e fantascienza a partire dalla serie Sense8

    Get PDF
[Reflections on affectivity and science fiction starting from Sense8] The article examines the Wachowski sisters’ series Sense8 as a legal-philosophical metaphor for the plurality of identities and the redefinition of the legal subject. Through the lens of Critical Legal Studies and Queer Theory, the series transcends the traditional model of citizenship — rooted in the white, male, Western subject — and instead proposes an “intimate citizenship” (Plummer) grounded in diversity Law, sexuality, difference and interconnectedness. The sensates embody the possibility of a community built on equality-in-difference, echoing Habermas’s deliberative democracy and the “differentiated universalism” theorized by Young and Lister. The analysis, therefore, links the science-fictional representation to contemporary European legal realities, in which new forms of subjectivity and new rights related to gender, sexuality, and affective relationships are emerging

    L'autotraduzione in e dall'italiano

    Get PDF
One of the most significant aspects to explore in self-translation studies is the ultimate purpose or telos underlying authors’ decision to translate their own works into another language rather than entrust this task to professional translators. Focusing on the diverse self-translational landscape in Italy, whose richness has yet to be fully explored, this article examines the reasons why authors most typically translate into and from Italian. It first dwells on endogenous self-translators operating in the Italian diglossic context, from medieval autovolgarizzatori to the neo-dialect poets of the second half of the twentieth century. It then reviews exogenous self-translators, including illustrious foreign authors who since the early nineteenth century began translating their works into the prestigious language of the Italian literary tradition, as well as numerous authors migrating from Italy or, as is increasingly the case, to Italy, such as the Albanian Gëzim Hajdari, the Italian writer of Somali-Pakistani origin Shirin Ramzanali Fazel, the Eritrean-born Ribka Sibhatu and the Algerian Amara Lakhous, for whom self-translation is most fundamentally a way to account for their plural and transnational identities

Cerimoniale e musica per le incoronazioni dei dogi nella Genova di fine Settecento

    Get PDF
