Ergonomic analysis and organizational analysis for prevention / Analyse ergonomique et analyse organisationnelle pour la prévention / Analisi ergonomica e analisi organizzativa per la prevenzione

    Get PDF
The ergonomic analysis of work activities, typical of the francophone tradition, may usefully benefit from the organizational analysis that considers the well-being of the subjects of the action processes. According to the theory of organizational action, this encounter is possible: the method it proposes allows the integration of biomedical analysis and ergonomic analysis for the purpose of prevention in the workplace. A seminar of the Interdisciplinary Research Program “Organization and Well-being”, with the example of an ergonomic analysis of airline pilots’ activity and an organizational analysis of a work situation in large archives, shows the compatibility and the possible synergies between the two research paths

This document reports on activities carried out under Task 6.4 (Multiplier Events) in the framework of WP6 (Dissemination and outreach) of the CONSOLE project. This document includes information on the first round off Multiplier Events carried out by partners in the first few months of the project in order to attract attention and receive input from participants about the planned activities. In total there were 13 MEs held during the first few months of the project. A second round of Multiplier Events will take place at the end of the project

Guards vs Vigilantes: The Effect of Rule Enforcement Strategies on Sustainable Use Norms in Common Property Regimes

    Get PDF
This paper uses replicator dynamics to compare the steady states arising from two types of common property regimes - one in which over-exploiters are punished by the resource users themselves, and another where enforcement is handled by guards who collect a tax from the users. The use of guards requires a less restrictive set of parametric conditions in order to maintain an equilibrium with no over-exploiters. However, it can also stabilize an outcome in which all users over-exploit and are punished, but not enough to induce more cooperation (less resource extraction). These results can be used in guiding and structuring the formation of new common property regimes

MADFORWATER. WP6 Integration and assessment of water and land management strategies, policy recommendations and exploitation. Task6.2 Policy recommendations to promote the adoption of the proposed technologies and integrated water & land management strategies in the target countries

    No full text
This dataset was developed only for the Tunisia case study and presents the data from different Stakeholder consultation activities and the derived results of a participatory Multicriteria Mapping (MCM), a special type of the more general Multicriteria Analysis (MCA) that provides a systematic, transparent approach that increases objectivity and can generate reproducible results. The main objective of the MCM is to contrast the opinions of different stakeholders regarding the various solutions identified in the agro-economic model (see datasets of deliverable D5.2, http://doi.org/10.6092/unibo/amsacta/6482) developed in MADFORWATER project in relation to the adoption of Wastewater Treatment Technologies (WWTT) and water management instruments. These options include technological, as well as socioeconomic issues such as new irrigation technologies to increase efficiency in treated wastewater use, improvement of water management, economic incentives and increasing awareness and education. To evaluate the various options a series of criteria have been defined grouped in economic, social, environmental, policy and technological issues. The MCM was supported by multiple-stakeholder engagement actions consisting in successive fieldwork missions and by multiple interviews to selected stakeholders that represent the key interest groups in the area of study. This part of the analysis is used to evaluate potential barriers and opportunities to the adoption of Integrated Water & Land Management Strategies (IWLMS), such as social acceptance, technical requirements, economic constraints and availability of sufficient knowledge and information. It is aimed to identify potential policy measures for facilitating the implementation and social acceptance of the proposed IWLMS, with particular emphasis on the associated economic instruments. Therefore, the dataset collects information from other tasks and datasets of the project and it also includes generated information concerning stakeholder and expert views, the development of a MCM used to analyze the potential adoption of integrated strategies for using new sources of water and the associated obstacles for their implementation
