DNA of Leadership to Guide Our Existential Purposes Toward Kindness
This article examines the intersection of leadership and humanity’s quest for existential purpose, highlighting the role of human values such as kindness, empathy, respect, and ethics in guiding individuals toward meaning. It examines how existential purposes—shaped by philosophical, spiritual, social, and scientific perspectives—align with values that foster personal fulfillment and collective well-being. The article highlights the potential of leaders to address existential struggles, such as the dread of insignificance or isolation, by creating purpose-driven workplaces. Two leadership styles, servant leadership and technoversal leadership, are presented as exemplary models. Servant leadership prioritizes community, fostering environments where individuals discover purpose through shared goals. Technoversal leadership blends technological innovation with ethical and environmental responsibility to address global challenges, aligning business objectives with these challenges like biodiversity loss. The article argues that leaders who embody these values can inspire followers to find meaning, but personal reflection remains essential. It concludes that universal leadership qualities—ethics, empathy, and respect—must guide influential corporate leaders to shape a better world, addressing existential questions and global crises through compassionate, value-driven actions

Pure Leadership Model: A Framework for Leaders Desiring to Lead with an Upright Heart
Contemporary organisations face intensifying demands for value-driven decision-making, ethical consistency, and service-oriented leadership. These demands underscore the need for frameworks that integrate character formation with organisational performance. In response to these challenges, the Pure Leadership Model conceptualises leadership as a virtue-centred system in which specific virtues function as the mediating link between leadership styles and core organisational values. The model positions the virtues of meekness, compassion, courage, faithfulness, sincerity, and prudence as central mechanisms through which servant, ethical, and authentic leadership translate into the organisational values of service, accountability, and integrity. Through this virtuous mediation, the model ultimately promotes organisational purity which is the organisation’s steadfast adherence to a single institutional logic or core identity despite external pressures. Drawing on recent from contemporary research on virtue-based leadership and literature on servant, ethical, and authentic leadership, this paper develops an integrated conceptual framework for leadership practice, theoretical advancement, and future empirical testing. The Pure Leadership Model contributes to leadership studies by offering a systematic, virtue-oriented approach that strengthens ethical coherence to enhances organisational purity

This paper introduces Integral Global Attunement (IGA) as a transformative paradigm in global leadership, emerging in response to the unprecedented shifts catalyzed by theCOVID-19 pandemic. Rooted in the fusion of psychological insight, intercultural consciousness, and ethical stewardship, IGA proposes a fifth wave of leadership—one that transcends transactional strategies to embrace identity, ethics, and relational interconnectedness as central pillars of influence. The writing argues that the current global crises reflect not merely external disruption but an inner dissonance within humanity, calling for a deeper, multi-aware model of leadership. Through the triadic lens of identity (e.g., multicultural integration, visionary consciousness), ethics (e.g., relational morality, heart-centered development), and relations (e.g., coalition-building, inclusive interdependence), the manuscript outlines key attributes necessary for leaders to cultivate a globally attuned and sustainable future. IGA is presented as both a philosophical framework and a practical roadmap which enables leaders to act as stewards of collective transformation. In Tolkien’s legendarium, there are many complicated characters, vexed figures who combine aspects of what readers might think of as good and evil, but Orcs are, it seems, always and only evil. This despite the fact that Tolkien’s own writings provide ample evidence that Orcs, however loathsome they may appear, are nevertheless people, a “race” that like Elves, Dwarves, Men, and Hobbits maintains social orders and belongs to Middle-earth. The Amazon Prime show The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power offers a glimpse of Orc culture from within, as the audience is introduced to a mysterious new character, Adar, who is both a leader and patriarch of the Orcs. In this essay, Robert T. Tally Jr. analyses the role of the Orc in The Rings of Power, suggesting that the show\u27s representation provides food for thinking of a more nuanced moral universe in Middle-earth, one in which good and evil are not tied strictly to racial categories, and Tolkien\u27s narrative complexity is given the credit it is due
The Core Triplet Theory on Leadership
There are many theories about what makes a leader effective, but no area of research has been studied more than leadership. Traditional models are comprehensive lists of traits; hence, we seldom find a person who possesses them all. One such model is the Core Triplet Theory on Leadership, which simplifies leadership into three core values: Integrity, Empathy, and Vision. These qualities express themselves at three levels: personal, human, and organizational. This theory is a simple, holistic, and pragmatic model to apply, and its adaptability to modern leadership challenges instills confidence. Integrity nurtures trust and ethical consistency at the individual level; empathy strengthens relationships and teamwork at the human level, and vision provides long-term direction and adaptability at the organizational level. This model nebulizes leadership into three universally applicable metrics that will contribute to leadership, regardless of the industry, whether healthcare, education, business, or politics, compared to a standard theory of leadership that views leadership with a much broader scope of traits. This requires future leaders to have an in-depth understanding of human emotions, ambition, hidden dreams, and the innate desire of every human being to contribute to the world, but HR leaders lack the knowledge of human emotions
