    Chatbots Usage in Online Customer Service: A Review

    <p><strong><span>Abstract: </span></strong><span>This paper aims to review the impact and integration of chatbots in online platforms and to delve into the models and theories that capture user experience and adoption of chatbots through a comprehensive examination of the Theory-Context-Characteristics -Methodology (TCCM) dimensions with a view to provide valuable insights into the multifaceted impact of chatbots on customer service in the realm of online shopping. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a crucial asset for enterprises aiming to secure a competitive advantage in the digital marketplace. Within the realm of Business-to-Consumer (B2C) e-commerce, companies are progressively incorporating chatbots as virtual shopping aides to enhance the online shopping experience for customers by offering personalized and streamlined interactions. Findings emphasize that high-quality business research on chatbots is currently in its early growth stage, indicating a pressing need for further development. This necessity becomes more apparent in light of the rapid technological advancements in Conversational Agents (CAs) and their increasing adoption in business.     Zero Commissions and COVID Crisis Effects on Stock Trading

    <p><strong>Abstract: </strong>In October 2019, most brokerages eliminated trading commissions for stocks. The COVID Crash in the stock market followed in February–March of 2020. This study finds stock volatility, trading volume, and number of trades increased while trading size decreased. Permanent effects of zero cost trading, which continue after the end of the COVID Crisis, appear to include an approximate 50% decrease in average trade size as well as a doubling of the number of trades. These effects appear as dramatic shifts for low price stocks (less than 10)withthechangesforhighpricestocks(greaterthan10) with the changes for high price stocks (greater than 50) occurring more gradually over time. </p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Low Price Stock, Zero Commissions, Stock Volatility, COVID Crash</p><p><strong>JEL Classification:</strong> G01, G12, G20</p&gt

    <p><strong>Abstract: </strong>This paper aims to investigate Employee Engagement from past few years through Bibliometric Research. The objective is attained through a comprehensive, in-depth analysis of the literature. We intend to comprehend thoroughly the conceptual, theoretical, future research, and trending aspects of employee engagement. This study focuses on research questions such as most prolific in the field of employee engagement, most prolific in the field of Employee Engagement, most productive research on the subject of employee engagement has been financed by a number of authors and funding agencies throughout the world. Subject papers have shown a year-by-year increase since the field's inception. Keywords that are used the most, papers that are cited the most, themes that are currently trending, and documents organised by affiliation are some of the categories included in this research on the subject of employee engagement. This paper analyses a portfolio of 997 research papers, thereby producing results. The software VOSviewer 1.6.18 is used for analysing maps and detecting keywords. Articles are extracted from the Scopus database between 2003 and 2023 (June) and analysed practically. This study is founded on Bibliometric analysis and provides a detailed literature-based analysis. Using VOSviewer 1.6.18, the study evaluated the articles and filtered out a total of 3,796 articles. The healthcare profession, particularly for doctors, is renowned for its high-pressure environment, demanding long hours, and exposure to emotionally charged situations. Consequently, stress management becomes crucial to maintaining the well-being and job satisfaction of medical practitioners. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data. The surveys assess the stress management strategies utilized by doctors, measuring their perceived effectiveness and impact on overall well-being. Additionally, the interviews delve deeper into the challenges and problems encountered by doctors while managing stress in their daily professional lives. The findings shed light on the current state of stress management practices among doctors in private hospitals, highlighting effective strategies and areas for improvement. Moreover, the research identifies common stress-related challenges faced by doctors, such as workload, time constraints, and emotional toll. This study's outcomes offer valuable insights for healthcare institutions, policymakers, and medical professionals seeking to enhance stress management support in private hospitals in Coimbatore city.
