Preservica Service Level Agreement
This document outlines the roles and responsibilities for all those stakeholders involved with utilizing the Preservica software platform. Preservica is a cloud-hosted digital preservation and digital asset management platform that allows digital assets to be maintained over long time horizons as well as making those resources available to satisfy the daily business needs of the organization. The platform is a vended service provided by Preservica (the platform and the company having identical names). Stakeholders include curators which choose what digital assets should be saved in the platform, the Digital Asset Management (DAM) Team (which includes the Sr. DAM Specialist and the DAM Analyst II) which administers the day-to-day functionality of Preservica, and the Metadata Projects Librarian who assists with metadata creation and maintenance of preserved assets.</p
Omeka S Digital Exhibits Service Level Agreement
This document outlines the roles and responsibilities for all those stakeholders involved with utilizing the the Exhibits instance of Omeka S. Omeka S is a web content management system (CMS) that allows users to create digital exhibits or projects. The Digital Exhibits instance will be used to pull together resources from the University of Rochester's unique collections to provide context using existing standardized metadata for digital exhibits. Stakeholders include digital exhibit creators (curators, students, and library staff) and Digital Initiatives who maintain the servers hosting Omeka S as well as maintain the application and its modules.</p
