Based on the author's practical experiences in leading three digital transformation projects over four years, the paper discusses the difficulties encountered by project teams and provides solutions. The paper also delves into the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in digital transformation, such as limited resources, digital talent cultivation, and organizational culture transformation. To overcome these obstacles, practical solutions are proposed, including changing corporate culture, enhancing employees' digital skills, establishing suitable digital infrastructure, and formulating clear digital transformation strategies.

Regulatory Thinking of Security Token Issuance: A Comparative Study of Multiple Legislative Modes
The regulatory thinking of security token issuance can be divided into comprehensive prohibition, strict regulation, and active openness. The supervision of total prohibition ignores the free circulation nature of the Internet, and it is easy to cause the problem of black market transactions of virtual currencies. Similarly, strict regulations on the issuance of security tokens will cause a chilling effect in the market, and excessive government intervention will hinder the participation of enterprises and investors. If you focus on the nature of virtual currency issued by security tokens, and today, when the Internet is highly popular, trying to prevent this emerging fundraising channel from circulating between regions is already a violation of the behavior of investors who have begun to use information technology. Therefore, the government has changed from regulatory restrictions to active and open regulatory thinking, which can better promote the implementation of industrial economic policies. Research on the Strategies of Cooperate Growth and Development for a Light Steel Frame Construction Firm: A Case of Company L
The light steel frame engineering industry is an important part of Taiwan's construction industry. In the case of high cost of reinforced concrete buildings and mud works, steel structure buildings, light steel frame compartments and ceiling markets are getting more and more attention. The new materials of light steel frame and new construction methods for light compartments have now surpassed the traditional reinforced concrete and brickwork mud construction methods.However, with the rapid changes in the global political and economic situation, the domestic labor and material costs are rising year by year, which is undoubtedly a big test for the domestic firms in light steel frame engineering industry. How to maintain growth and sustainability in an increasingly severe environment is a very important issue for thelight steel frame enterprises.This research aims to use SWOT analysis, five force analysis and diamond framework as the main strategic analysis tools and take L company as the case analysis target. The results will expect to help domestic light steel frame industry to maintain growth and development, under the influence of highly uncertain political and economic environment.The research results show that the main problems currently faced by Company L are labor shortages, customers' strong bargaining power, and price competition from competitors. It is recommended that the company address these changes and threats in the industry by establishing new internal business units (on-site construction units), expanding into new markets (flooring projects), and providing differentiated services (enhancing design and construction capabilities, using non-standard products)
Exploring the Challenges and Perception of Nursing Practitioners in the Implementation of Disease Care in Interdisciplinary Team
The Institute of Medicine (IOM) has proposed that interdisciplinary teamwork is one of the five core competencies that healthcare professionals should possess. Interdisciplinary teamwork involves collaboration among healthcare professionals from different disciplines, with the shared goal of improving the quality and outcomes of patient care while reducing hospitalization, clinical errors, and mortality rates. Given that nurses are critical members of the healthcare team in the daily care of patients, it is essential to explore the characteristics that influence their participation in interdisciplinary teamwork, which is a key area of research and practice.
This study aims to investigate the differences in the level of collaborative competence among nurses in executing interdisciplinary team-based disease care based on important individual characteristics, using a quantitative research approach. Additionally, a qualitative research approach will be employed to explore nurses' perceptions and challenges related to executing interdisciplinary team-based disease care. The study adopts a two-phase mixed-methods design, with the questionnaire as the primary data collection tool supplemented by interviews to obtain in-depth information. The participants include registered nurses aged 20 and above. A total of 444 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed using Stata 14.0, including T-tests, one-way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression. Qualitative data collected through in-depth interviews with four nurses were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify ten major themes and 31 sub-themes.
The study results reveal that nurses working in different departments, holding managerial positions, having higher nursing levels, and receiving interdisciplinary teamwork education and training demonstrate higher levels of interdisciplinary teamwork performance. The in-depth interviews shed light on the participants' understanding of interdisciplinary teamwork, emphasizing the necessity of effective interdisciplinary teamwork to provide patient-centered care. Regular interdisciplinary team meetings and the development of strategies were identified as crucial for achieving successful interdisciplinary team care. However, the study also identified challenges in interdisciplinary teamwork, such as ineffective communication and issues with care continuity due to staffing difficulties. Therefore, education and training, as well as the establishment of a robust training mechanism, are crucial to maintaining successful interdisciplinary care
The study of fluorine-containing sulfonated poly(arylene ether)s blending with amino-containing silane in proton exchange membrane fuel cells
In recent years, in response to the 2050 net-zero emission target, the development of alternative energy has attracted more attention. Hydrogen energy is considered to be one of the effective alternative energy sources. Hydrogen fuel cells have a wide range of applications and can be applied to various vehicles. One of the most important parts of the fuel cell is called the proton exchange membrane. Its technology will affect the efficiency and life of the battery itself. This thesis is based on the polyarylether polymer developed by Professor Huang Wen yao's team. First, through A new type of fluorine-containing polyarylether polymer was synthesized by designing the hydrophilic and hydrophobic monomer, and then mixed with aminosilane-containing inorganic materials to make up for its short comings such as poor dimensional stability and short life.
First of all, We synthesized a new type of fluorine-containing polyaryl ether polymer by designing hydrophilic and hydrophobic terminal monomers, and conducted research on its sulfonation level, and found that its proton conductivity can reach 204~242mS/cm Under high temperature conditions, the film still has a complete morphology. In terms of thermal stability, the Td5% of the unsulfonated polymer can reach 598\uc2\ub0C. After sulfonation, it can also reach 251\uc2\ub0C~264\uc2\ub0C. The battery efficiency can also reach 1.26~1.38W/cm2, proton conductivity and battery efficiency are higher than the commercially available Nafion 211.
Furthermore, In order to improve the dimensional stability of SYS7, we added different proportions of amino-containing silanes (TPAPS). By adding additives that may reduce the proton conductivity,but the dimensional stability will get improved. Therefore, we selected the high sulfonation membrane this time. With the SYS7 as the main body, after adding 0.5%~10% TPAPS, its proton conductivity can still reach 225~289.5 mS/cm, and at 90\uc2\ub0C, the dimensional stability is improved from the original 17.3% to the best 13.15 %, and all maintain a complete morphology. Although the battery efficiency is slightly reduced, it can still reach 1.09~1.31 W/cm2. Most of the blended films are higher than the Nafion 211 (1.14 W/cm2). .
From the above information, we can know that we have synthesized a fluorine-containing sulfonated polyaryl ether polymer with good properties. After confirming its various film properties, we added amino-containing silane as an additive to improve the film and improve its film properties. Do more in-depth research on the relationship between additives and our proton exchange membrane

With the development of the economy and the advancements in data science technology, competition among enterprises in the market has intensified. In today's era of data diversity and widespread adoption of mobile network technology and devices, can deep learning techniques be leveraged to enable senior management in multi-level marketing (MLM) companies to effectively capture the key factors that influence distributor upgrade success from operational data? Subsequently, can strategies and plans for distributor management and operations be adjusted accordingly?
This study proposes a gray-scale representation learning model for multi-level MLM distributor upgrades. By utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data and collecting historical data related to distributor promotions, the study incorporates the concept of ensemble learning and integrates the results of the gray correlation degree and the important factor algorithm of random forest into a feature selection rule known as GRA RF Ensemble Learning (GARF). This rule is applied to perform feature selection. The significant representation values at different levels of operations, distributors, and distribution products are then selected and used in the construction of a Bayesian network structure using the Bayesian network structure learning method.
Ultimately, this model can incorporate domain expert knowledge or employ Bayesian inference methods to infer distributor upgrade outcomes. Moreover, it provides a visualized model to understand the important operational feature factors and their correlations that significantly influence the success of distributor upgrades at various levels. This information is valuable for senior-level decision-makers in multi-level marketing companies, enabling them to gain insights into the operational factors affecting distributor upgrades and adjust distributor services and operational decisions accordingly
The Relationship between Employee After-Work Psychological Detachment, Ego Depletion, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Moderating Role of Moral Identity
The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship and explanatory mechanisms between psychological detachment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). It integrates literature on work recovery, ethics, and OCB, with three main research objectives: (1) to provide a complementary perspective on the relationship between psychological detachment and employee OCB behavior, attempting to link it to ego depletion theory; (2) to examine whether ego depletion mediates the relationship between psychological detachment and OCB; and (3) to explore how different levels of employee moral identity moderate the relationship between ego depletion and OCB, as well as the mediating effects. The study collected data from 229 full-time employees through a questionnaire survey at different time points (three periods, two days). Using hierarchical regression analysis and conditional indirect effect analysis, the study found a negative relationship between psychological detachment and organizational citizenship behavior toward organization (OCBO). Furthermore, it confirmed that ego depletion mediates the relationship between psychological detachment after work and OCBO. Finally, the study proposes relevant theoretical and practical implications based on the research results

Research on Amorphous AlxHf1-xO with Charge Polarization and Its Application in Thin Film Transistor
In this research dissertation thesis, an oxide semiconductor thin film transistor with polarization characteristics and high stability is prepared by mist chemical vapor deposition (Mist-CVD) . This device uses InAlZnO as the active layer, and in order to optimize the electrical properties and stability of the thin film transistor , choose AlxHf1-xO with polarization characteristics as the insulating layer, and adjust the element ratio\ue3different thickness and annealing time to analyze the characteristics, which discusses the basic electrical properties, temperature stability, and negative gate bias illumination stress.
In order to understand the various characteristics of aluminum hafnium oxide applied to thin film transistors prepared by mist chemical vapor deposition, in terms of electrical analysis, the basic electrical properties and stability of thin film transistors with different insulating layers were measured, the test results show that when the insulating layer of thin film transistors uses HfO2 and Al0.1Hf0.9O, it shows poor stability. However, if the ratio of aluminum content in hafnium aluminum oxide is increased, it is found that the stability has been significantly improved.
When the Al0.2Hf0.8O film thickness is adjusted to 20nm, the maximum double remnant polarization is 60.32 \uce\ubcC/cm2.And when the annealing time is 43min53sec, the maximum double remnant polarization that can be obtained is 96.08 \uce\ubcC/cm2. Applying this parameter to the transistor can also obtain a device with good electrical properties and stability.
In terms of material analysis, it can be found from the results of X-ray diffraction that the Al0.2Hf0.8O film does not crystallize, but produces polarization characteristics in an amorphous state, so it can be known that the polarization characteristics are caused by the number of oxygen vacancies and the movement.
In this paper, amorphous aluminum hafnium oxide with charge polarization characteristics was prepared by mist chemical vapor deposition and applied to thin film transistors. The experimental results show that it has good stability and large polarization characteristics, this deposition method does not need to prepare components in a vacuum environment, which can greatly reduce the cost and complexity of the process
