Competitiveness in the Context of the Reproductive Structure Contradictions of the World Countries’ Economies
Abstract:
The specificity of interdependence and contradiction of macroeconomic competitiveness formation determined by the condition and dynamics of the reproductive structure of GDP are defined. Current trends in reproductive structure of GDP of leading countries, countries with transitional economy and developing countries are investigated. It is proved that sustainable economic growth under the global competition is only possible with an innovation-oriented economic model. It is determined that the ability of a society to produce and implement innovations is directly related to the accumulation of

The article describes the main problems associated with the acceleration of informatization process in Ukraine, that changes the requirements for employees, the attitude to business, the systems of enterprise management, the motives and methods of decision-making. The effect of this process on the economic life of Ukrainian society, its ability to lead to qualitative structural changes in the economy were researched. BASIC SCHEMES OF REALIZATION OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN SPORTS AND RECREATION
Abstract:
The importance and efficiency of the institute of public and private partnership in
solving social tasks facing the state, including the sports sphere was justified. A
mechanism of project development of public and private partnership with separation of
the main stages of project implementation in the sports sphere was offered: from
designing to making a financial model and writing a business plan. The most
widespread models and instruments of public and private partnership were considered.
The main advantages and legislative applicability of these forms of partnership were
investigated. A conceptual scheme of the project formation of public and private
partnership was suggested
FINANCIAL SECURITY OF A BUSINESS ENTITY AS A STRUCTURAL ELEMENT OF THE NATIONAL SECURITY IN THE FINANCIAL SECTOR
Abstract:
Theoretical principles of formation of the financial security management system of a
business entity were considered as a structural element of the national security system in
the financial sector. The necessity for integration of the financial monitoring system into
the financial security control system of an entity subject to primary financial monitoring
was substantiated. Component composition of the financial security management
mechanism of a business entity was presented in detail through determination of its
purpose, tasks, criteria, principles, functions, methods, levers and instruments. The
essence of management functions was specified in the context of the financial security
management. The purpose, tasks and information communications, of the local mechanisms
of diagnosing, monitoring and controlling were identified as structural constituents of the
financial security management mechanism
A PROBLEM-SOLVING METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTION OF INVESTMENTS UNDER MULTICRITERIALITY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT INTERVAL UNCERTAINTIES OF THE INPUT DATA
Abstract:
The problem of decision-making under multicriteriality is described, taking into
account interval uncertainty of the input data, reviewing an example of distribution of
investment resources in order to increase the efficiency of a diversified production
system. The problem of considering possible interval uncertainties of the input data
was studied. The main sources of uncertainty were identified. The method for solving
the problem of efficient allocation of investment resources under multicriteriality and
interval uncertainty was justified. Test calculations were performed to identify options
for efficient investment decisions with different input data: the number of production units,
the level of investment resources of an enterprise, the type of the production function

Abstract:
Recession and stagnation in the bank sector of Ukraine along with the growing
world macroeconomic instability were found to have intensified the problem of the
national banks competitiveness increase in both internal and external financial markets.

environment segmentation of the national bank services was suggested which foresees
the division of the banks into groups of competitors according to the characteristics of
the competitive positions in the leading market segments, the analysis of their

PECULIARITIES OF FORMATION OF LOCAL BUDGETS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF UNTIMELY DECISION-MAKING ABOUT LOCAL BUDGETS
Abstract:
The current Budget Code was analyzed regarding the delayed adoption of the
Law on the State Budget of Ukraine. The nature of the consequences caused by the
delayed adoption of the budget were studied. The international experience of delayed
adoption of the budget and the activities prescribed by the Constitutions of these counries
for such situations were examined. A theoretical examination of the preparation
and approval of local budgets was made.
On this basis significant deficiencies that adversely affect the timely, quality and
effective drafting of the budget and its approval were revealed. Special attention is paid
to the concept of temporary budget as the main instrument of budget financing in the
absence of an approved budget at the year's beginning. The author's own theoretical
component of the concept "temporary budget" was described. In order to improve the
Budget Code and prevent legal conflicts, the appropriate amendments to the Budgetary
Code were proposed and justified. A transition to the European practices of budget
planning was offered as a method of an early adoption of the budget
PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS AS A PATH TO UKRAINE'S TOURISM DEVELOPMENT
Abstract:
The obstacles to Ukraine's tourism development are highlighted and implementation
of public-private partnership (PPP) as a mechanism for overcoming them is suggested.
Areas of scientific research into different aspects of PPP in tourism are described
as well a definition of public-private partnership in tourism is provided. Apart
from that the analysis of PPP aims in tourism projects is made and the results and consequences
of their implementation are described, which helps to define priority projects
to be implemented in Ukraine. Conclusions are drawn about possibilities of PPP in
tourism in removing the obstacles to Ukrainian tourism development
CLASSIFICATION OF BENCHMARKING TYPES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF BANKS
Abstract:
The definition of benchmarking is clarified based on banking specifics. Benchmarking
is considered as a process of comparing a product (a service) and business
processes of a bank with products (services) and business processes of leading banks,best lenders, partners in order to borrow best practices in various areas and their
adaptation with a view to gaining competitive advantage in the banking market. In order
to improve the procedure of applying benchmarking to the activities of banks, the basic
classification features were systematized and identified and peculiarities of application
of benchmarking types were justified. This approach is proved to enable the management
of banks to deliberately apply the methodology of studying and implementing advanced
practices of competitors, partners and other organizations, and will contribute
to innovative development of credit institutions
